Abstract:

A fan blade comprises a first board and a second board, wherein the density of the first board is greater than that of the second board, so that the first board is used to strengthen the structure strength of the second board. Therefore, the fan blade is less likely to deform and can maintain its wind guide structure, and its life span is prolonged.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a fan blade structure, and more particularly to a ceiling fan blade.

2. Description of the Prior Art

The existing ceiling fan blade 10 (as shown in FIG. 1) comprises two layers of low-density boards 11. After long time of use, the two low-density boards 11 are susceptible to deformation due to the influence of environmental factors (such as humidity or temperature change), thus increasing the number of times of replacement of the fan blade 10, and as a result, cost will also be increased.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a fan blade the structure strength of which is improved by the cooperation of a first board and a second board.

To achieve the above objective, the fan blade in accordance with the present invention comprises a first board and a second board, wherein the density of the first board is greater than that of the second board, so that the first board is used to strengthen the structure strength of the second board.

It is concluded from further analysis that:

With design that the structure of the first board is greater than that of the second board, and the first board strengthens the structure of the second board, therefore, the fan blade is less likely to deform to maintain its wind guide structure, so the number of replacing the fan blade reduces, which results in a reduction of the cost.

With the design that the first board and the second board are different in density, any kind of wood at hand can be fully utilized; it not only reduces deforestation, relieves greenhouse-caused environmental deterioration, but also meets the requirement of environment protection.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a cross sectional view of a conventional fan blade;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a fan blade in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of a two-layer fan blade in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of a three-layer fan blade in accordance with the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is another cross sectional view of a three-layer fan blade in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, a fan blade 20 in accordance with the present invention is shown and comprises a first board 21 and a second board 22.

The first board 21 is a type of low-density board or particle board, and one side of the first board 21 is a jointing surface 211.

The second board 22 is a plywood or wood board, and one side of the second board 21 is a jointing surface 221.

The first board 21 of the fan blade 20 is formed corresponding to the shape of the second board 22, and the first board and second boards 21, 22 are different in density. The jointing surface 211 of the first board 21 is jointed to the jointing surface 221 of the second board 22, so that the first board 21 is used to strengthen the structure strength of the second board 22. Therefore, the fan blade 20 is less likely to deform and is prolonged in life span.

Furthermore, the fan blade 20 can further be provided with an additional second board 22′ which also has a jointing surface 221′, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.

For a better understanding of the present invention, its operation and function, reference should be made to FIGS. 2 and 3 again.

The jointing surface 211 of the first board 21 is jointed to the jointing surface 221 of the second board 22, the structural density of the first board 21 is greater than that of the second board 22, so that the first board 21 strengthens the structure strength of the second board 22. Therefore, the fan blade 20 is less likely to deform to maintain its wind guide structure, so the number of replacing the fan blade 20 reduces, which results in a reduction of the cost.

To summarize, the fan blade in accordance with the present invention comprises a first board and a second board, wherein the density of the first board is greater than that of the second board, so that the first board is used to strengthen the structure strength of the second board. Therefore, the fan blade is less likely to deform and can maintain its wind guide structure, and its life span is prolonged.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
