Description

The invention relates to a device for fastening a holding bar on a trampoline, said holding bar having a multi-part housing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Known trampolines comprise a frame, in which a jumping mat is elastically suspended. Generally, metal springs, elastic bands or bungee cords are used for suspending the jumping mat on the frame. Legs are usually arranged on the frame which the trampoline stands on. Such trampolines can also be equipped with an additional holding bar which a user can hold on to when jumping. Known holding bars are generally produced from a tube with a handle on the end. The known holding bars are generally fixedly connected to the frame of the trampoline, which already has a fixed device for mounting the holding bar especially for this purpose.

With trampolines found on the market today without an integrated holding bar fastening, it is not possible to quickly and easily add a holding bar or remove it again.

Various devices for fastening a holding bar on a trampoline are known, for example, from CN 206 809 609 U, CN 207 996 383 U, CN 209 451 207 U, CN 208 319 783 U, KR 20 2008 0 005 282 U, KR 20 0 447 000 Y1, DE 20 2014 007 636 U1 and CN 201 832 323 U.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is thus to create a device for fastening a holding bar on a trampoline, with which the holding bar can be easily and quickly retrofitted and fastened or repeatedly removed on the frame of the trampoline.

According to the invention, a device for fastening a holding bar on a trampoline is proposed, which comprises a housing with one or more housing parts. In the case of a housing consisting of several housing parts, the parts are connected to one another by means of connecting elements, such as e.g. screws. The (single-part or multi-part) housing has a receiver for the holding bar and a receiver for the foot of the trampoline, wherein the receivers are designed in such a way that a rigid connection can be produced between the trampoline and the holding bar. The two receivers preferably run through the entire housing.

With a multi-part design of the housing, the receiver for the holding bar and the receiver for the foot are preferably formed on an inside of the housing parts. Each of the receivers is preferably formed partially in one of the housing parts and partially in at least one other of the housing parts. The receivers can be formed, for example, as a gutter-shaped recess. When the housing parts are assembled, the complete receiver emerges which is adjusted to the cross-section of the foot or the holding bar.

The housing parts are preferably braced with one another, wherein they receive the holding bar and the foot of the trampoline between them.

The housing preferably comprises two housing parts. However, there can also be more than two housing parts. Optionally, the housing can also be produced from only one part. The housing preferably consists of plastic.

The device according to the invention furthermore comprises an abutment, which rests on an inside of the trampoline frame in the mounted state of the fastening device and additionally stabilises the connection of the holding bar to the frame.

Said abutment can preferably be mounted on the housing and here is designed in such a way that it can be fixedly connected to the housing.

According to a preferred embodiment, the abutment can be adjusted in relation to the housing, i.e. the distance of the abutment to the housing can be set. This can be carried out, for example, by a screw connection, by means of which the abutment is fastened to the housing. One or more elongated holes, for example, can be provided on at least one of the participating elements (housing or abutment), through which elongated holes one or more screws are plugged.

The abutment is preferably fastened on a plate-shaped element, which in turn can be mounted on the housing, in particular on its outside. The abutment and the plate-shaped element preferably form an integral component.

The connecting elements preferably comprise screws and nuts. Several screws are preferably provided for connecting the housing parts.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example by means of the appended drawings. Here are shown:

FIG. 1 an exploded view of a device for fastening a holding bar on a trampoline;

FIG. 2 the device of fastening a holding bar from FIG. 1 in a state mounted on the trampoline;

FIG. 3 a depiction of a trampoline frame, on which the device of FIG. 1 is mounted.

FIG. 1 shows an exploded view of a device 1 for fastening a holding bar 4 on a trampoline 2. The trampoline 2 comprises an annular frame 3, which can be designed e.g. to be round, rectangular or polygonal and which is provided with several feet 5. The frame 3 including the feet 5 is here produced from a tubular material. It can be produced e.g. from a round tube or a 4-edged tube.

In this exemplary embodiment, the device 1 for fastening the holding bar 4 on the trampoline 2 comprises a two-part housing 6. Each of the housing parts 7 consists of a half-shell-shaped element, which has a receiver 10 for the holding bar 4 on an inside and a receiver 11 for the foot 5 of the trampoline 2. The shape of the receivers 10, 11 is adjusted to the cross-section of the holding bar 4 and the foot 5, such that the holding bar 4 and the foot 5 are received substantially without clearance in it. In this exemplary embodiment, the receivers 10, 11 are formed to be gutter-shaped and, in the assembled state, have a round cross-section.

In order to fasten the holding bar 4 on the trampoline 2, the two housing parts 7 are screwed to each other. To do so, screws 8 and corresponding nuts 9 are provided, wherein the screws 8 are plugged through several openings provided in the housing parts 7.

The fastening device 1 according to the invention further comprises two abutments 12 which, in the mounted state of the device 1, abut on an inside of the annular frame 3 of the trampoline 2. Said abutments 12 are respectively fastened on a plate-shaped element 14, which is mounted on the outside of the housing parts 7. In the plate-shaped elements 14, elongated holes are provided, such that the distance of the abutments 12 to the frame 3 can be set. These same screws 8 and nuts 9 which are also used for tensioning the housing parts 7 serve to fasten the abutments 12 on the housing 6.

In this exemplary embodiment, the holding bar 4 comprises a foot part 17 into which a separate bar 18 can be inserted perpendicularly with lateral holes applied at various heights. A horizontally attached handle 19 is on the bar 18 on the upper end. A splint 16 is provided for securing the perpendicular bar 18 at the desired height on the foot part 17, which is plugged through an opening in the holding bar 4 and through one of the lateral openings in the perpendicular bar 18.

To reduce the clearance between the foot part 17 and the perpendicular bar 18, a slot-shaped opening is applied on the upper end of the foot part 17. A ferrule sits above it on the head of the foot part 17. This is sealed by the splint 16 after inserting the perpendicular bar 18 and fixing the height. The upper end of the holding bar 4 is pressed fixedly onto the perpendicular bar by the pressing pressure and thus prevents lateral clearance of the perpendicular bar inside the foot part 17 of the holding bar 4.

With trampolines 2 with a different leg shape or holding bars 4 with another cross-section or profile, the receivers 10, 11 are correspondingly adjusted to the respective profile.

The mounting device according to the invention makes it possible for a user of the trampoline to quickly and easily fasten a holding bar 4 on the trampoline 2.

FIG. 2 shows the fastening device 1 from FIG. 1 which is mounted on a trampoline frame 3. In this state, the two housing parts 7 are screwed to each other, and the two abutments 12 abut on the inside of the frame 3 next to each other in parallel.

FIG. 3 again shows a total view of a trampoline frame 3 with a holding bar 4 mounted thereon.
