FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure relates to the field of furniture, in particular to a bed frame and its supporting structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

Beds are very common in our daily lives and are indispensable furniture. There are two commonly used bed frames, one is foldable and the other is non-foldable. With the improvement of living standards, the demand for furniture products has also shown a diversified trend. Folding bed frames have become a mainstream in the bed frame market due to their foldable storage properties.

Due to its foldable design, the folding bed frames are less stable than non-foldable bed frames. In order to facilitate disassembly, each support connection of the folding bed frames mainly adopts a hinged structure. Notably, a structure of middle support legs of the folding bed frames must enable foldable storage and provide stable support. The conventional middle support legs are generally connected to a middle folding structure of the folding bed frames. As a relatively concentrated support point of the folding bed frames, and due to the stability of the folding bed frames, automatic folding occurs easily at the middle support legs, especially in the middle folding structure. The automatic folding is often accompanied by damage to the middle support legs, which break under heavy pressure, thereby directly affecting the service life of the folding bed frames.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

The main technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a reinforcing structure and a bed frame, which can not only ensure convenience of folding of the bed frame, but also increase stability of middle support of the bed frame.

In order to solve the technical problem, a first technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows.

A reinforcing structure for supporting a middle folding position of a bed frame is provided. The bed frame comprises a bed frame body, two frames, and a supporting leg connected to the middle folding position of the bed frame body. The supporting leg is configured to be in an unfolded state or a folded state relative to the two frames, and the reinforcing structure comprises a sliding sleeve sleeved on the supporting leg and pivotally connected to one or more connecting rods. The one or more connecting rods are pivotally connected to a respective one of the two frames, and the respective one of the two frames, the one or more connecting rods, and the supporting leg form a triangular supporting structure in the unfolded state. The one or more connecting rods are configured to be operatively coupled to the supporting leg to enable the sliding sleeve to have a certain amount of displacement along a length direction of the supporting leg, and the reinforcing structure comprises a locking structure disposed between the supporting leg and the sliding sleeve to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked in the unfolded state.

In a preferred embodiment, the locking structure comprises a locking core disposed on the supporting leg, a locking hole located on the sliding sleeve, and an unlocking member, and the locking core has a certain amount of deformation for being locked or unlocked to the locking hole.

In a preferred embodiment, the unlocking member is an unlocking button disposed on the sliding sleeve and configured to correspond to the locking hole, and the sliding sleeve is configured to slide to correspond to the locking hole during an unfolding process to enable the locking core to be locked to the locking hole to define a locking connection. The locking core is configured to be retracted by the unlocking button so as to be separated from the locking hole to define an unlocking connection.

In a preferred embodiment, the locking core is a spring piece, which is V-shaped or U-shaped, having an elastic spherical head configured to define the locking connection with the locking hole.

In a preferred embodiment, the two frames of the bed frame are divided into a left frame and a right frame respectively disposed on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body in a left-and-right direction. The one or more connecting rods are two connecting rods, the sliding sleeve is pivotally connected to the two connecting rods, and the two connecting rods are respectively connected to the left frame and the right frame.

In a preferred embodiment, the left frame and the right frame are pivotally connected to a connecting piece, and one of the left frame or the right frame is configured to be rotated around the connecting piece and folded relative to the other one of the left frame or the right frame. The supporting leg is fixedly connected to a middle position of the connecting piece to be rotated and folded synchronously with the connecting piece.

The present disclosure further provides a bed frame comprising the reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame. The bed frame comprises the reinforcing structure and a second one of the reinforcing structure respectively disposed on the supporting leg and a second one of the supporting leg located on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body in a front-and-rear direction.

In a preferred embodiment, the supporting leg and a second one of the supporting leg are connected together through a lateral rod, and the sliding sleeve comprises a position-providing groove for receiving the lateral rod.

In a preferred embodiment, the position-providing groove is a U-shaped groove, and an opening of the U-shaped groove faces the lateral rod. The position-providing groove and the lateral rod are in a buckle connection when the sliding sleeve slides to be locked in the unfolded state.

In a preferred embodiment, unfolding of the bed frame is configured to enable the supporting leg to be unfolded to drive the sliding sleeve through the one or more connecting rods to slide to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked by the locking structure, so as to enable the supporting leg to be maintained in the unfolded state.

Compared with the existing techniques, the technical solution has the following advantages.

    • 1. The present disclosure provides the reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame. The locking structure for the support leg of the bed frame is added to achieve a fixed support function for the support leg of the bed frame during use and avoid shaking during use. The support leg in the middle folding position of the bed frame is reliably locked, which will not causing automatic folding
    • 2. The present disclosure provides the reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame. An oblique supporting structure is added on the supporting leg to increase stability of the middle folding position of the bed frame, and the oblique supporting structure can cooperate with the locking structure to inhibit the supporting leg from being automatically retracted due to one side of a bed board being pressed downward and the other side of the bed board is tilted up.
    • 3. The present disclosure provides the reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame, which achieves positioning locking and unlocking by pressing the unlocking button. The triangular supporting structure can not only ensure convenience of folding of the bed frame, but also increase the stability of the middle folding position of the bed frame.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will be further described below in combination with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a portion of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms “upper”, “lower”, “inner”, “outer”, “top/bottom”, etc. indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation shown in the drawings. The positional relationship is only for the convenience of describing the present disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referenced device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed, and be operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, the positional relationship should not be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure. In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms “installed”, “provided with”, “sleeved/connected”, “connected”, etc., should be understood broadly. For example, “connected” can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection, a mechanical connection, an electrical connection, a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, and it can be a connection between two members. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, this embodiment provides a reinforcing structure for supporting a middle folding position of a bed frame. The reinforcing structure is mainly disposed on a supporting leg 2 on the middle folding position of the bed frame, and the reinforcing structure comprises an oblique supporting structure and a locking structure. The specific structure will be described as follows.

The bed frame comprises a bed frame body 1, two frames 11, and the supporting leg 2 connected to the middle folding position of the bed frame body 1. The two frames 11 of the bed frame are divided into a left frame 11a and a right frame 11b respectively disposed on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body 1 in a left-and-right direction, and the left frame 11a and the right frame 11b are pivotally connected to a connecting piece 12. The connecting piece 12 comprises two hinge positions respectively connected to the left frame 11a and the right frame 11b. One of the left frame 11a or the right frame 11b can be rotated around the connecting piece 12 and folded relative to the other one of the left frame 11a or the right frame 11b, and the supporting leg 2 is fixedly connected to a middle position of the connecting piece 12. The two frames 11 are configured to be folded to drive the connecting piece 12 to rotate, so as to achieve a folding function of the supporting leg 2.

The reinforcing structure comprises a sliding sleeve 3 having the locking structure and one or more connecting rods 4 to define the oblique supporting structure for the two frames 11. The sliding sleeve 3 is slidably sleeved on the supporting leg 2. The sliding sleeve 3 is operatively coupled to a respective one of the two frames 11 through the one or more connecting rods 4. Two ends of the one or more connecting rods 4 are respectively and pivotally connected to the sliding sleeve 3 and the respective one of the two frames 11. The supporting leg 2 is configured to be in an unfolded state or a folded state relative to the respective one of the two frames 11 to enable the sliding sleeve 3 to move up and down along the supporting leg 2 in a length direction of the supporting leg 2. When in an unfolding process of the respective one of the two frames 11, the sliding sleeve 3 slides to enable the locking structure to be locked, the bed frame body 1 is in a fully unfolded state, and the supporting leg 2 is locked and maintained in the unfolded state. In the unfolded state, the respective one of the two frames 11, the one or more connecting rods 4, and the supporting leg 2 form a triangular supporting structure.

In this embodiment, the one or more connecting rods 4 are two connecting rods 4, the two connecting rods 4 are respectively and pivotally connected to the left frame 11a and the right frame 11b, and the two connecting rods 4 are riveted to the sliding sleeve 3. When the sliding sleeve 3 is in a locked state, the two frames 11, the two connecting rods 4, and the supporting leg 2 form a triangle supporting structure. The two connecting rods 4 are used as the oblique supporting structure and cooperate with the locking structure to enhance stability of a middle support of the bed frame, preventing the supporting leg 2 from automatically folding when one side of a bed board is pressed downward and the other side of the bed board tilts up. Using the two of the connecting rods 4 as the oblique supporting structure can increase supporting strength of a middle part of the bed frame body 1 and avoid collapse of the middle folding position of the bed frame due to insufficient support when the middle folding position of the bed frame is pressed.

In this embodiment, the locking structure comprises a locking core 21 disposed on the supporting leg 2, a locking hole 31 disposed on the sliding sleeve 3, and an unlocking button 32 disposed on the sliding sleeve 3 and configured to correspond to the locking hole 31. The locking core 21 has a certain amount of deformation to enable the locking core 21 to be locked or unlocked from the locking hole 31, and the sliding sleeve 3 slides to correspond to the locking hole 31 when in the unfolding process to enable the locking core 21 to be locked to the locking hole 31 to define a locking connection. The locking core 21 is retracted by the unlocking button 32 so as to be separated from the locking hole 31 to define an unlocking connection.

Specifically, the locking core 21 is a spring piece, which is V-shaped or U-shaped, having an elastic spherical head 22. After the sliding sleeve 3 slides to correspond to the locking hole 31 through one or more of the supporting legs 2 in the unfolded state, the elastic spherical head 22 pops up to block the locking hole 31 of the sliding sleeve 3 to form a locking fit to lock the sliding sleeve 3. The elastic spherical head 22 is pressed by pressing the unlocking button 32 to enable the elastic spherical head 22 to leave the locking hole 31 to achieve unlocking to enable the sliding sleeve 3 to slide, so as to achieve the folding and the unfolding of the supporting leg 2. At the same time, the bed frame body 1 can be stabilized in the unfolded state, and the support stability of the supporting leg 2 can be ensured when the supporting leg 2 is not unlocked.

This embodiment also provides the bed frame comprising the above-mentioned reinforcing structure, and the bed frame comprises the reinforcing structures respectively disposed on two of the supporting legs 2 located on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body 1 in a front-and-rear direction. The two of the supporting legs 2 located on the two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame are connected together through a lateral rod 5 serving as a stable connection structure for the two of the supporting legs 2, so that the two of the supporting legs 2 can be folded synchronously and the support stability of the two of the supporting legs 2 can be improved.

Specifically, the sliding sleeve 3 comprises a position-providing groove 33 for receiving the lateral rod 5. The position-providing groove 33 is a U-shaped groove. An opening of the U-shaped groove faces the lateral rod 5. When the bed frame body 1 is unfolded and the sliding sleeve 3 slides in place, the U-shaped groove receives the lateral rod 5 so as to enable the lateral rod 5 not to shake in the left-and-right direction and increase connection stability. At the same time, the sliding sleeve 3 is locked.

The aforementioned embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and the scope of the disclosure is not limited thereto. Thus, it is intended that the present disclosure cover any modifications and variations of the presently presented embodiments provided they are made without departing from the appended claims and the specification of the present disclosure.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A reinforcing structure for supporting a middle folding position of a bed frame, wherein:

the bed frame comprises a bed frame body, two frames, and a supporting leg connected to the middle folding position of the bed frame body,

the supporting leg is configured to be in an unfolded state or a folded state relative to the two frames,

the reinforcing structure comprises a sliding sleeve sleeved on the supporting leg and pivotally connected to one or more connecting rods,

one of:

the one or more connecting rods are all pivotally connected to a same one of the two frames, or

the one or more connecting rods are two connecting rods respectively pivotally connected to different ones of the two frames,

the respective one of the two frames, the one or more connecting rods, and the supporting leg form a triangular supporting structure in the unfolded state,

the one or more connecting rods are configured to be operatively coupled to the supporting leg to enable the sliding sleeve to move along a length direction of the supporting leg, and

the reinforcing structure comprises a locking structure disposed between the supporting leg and the sliding sleeve to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked in the unfolded state.

2. The reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according to claim 1, wherein:

the locking structure comprises a locking core disposed on the supporting leg, a locking hole located on the sliding sleeve, and an unlocking member, and

the locking core is configured to be deformed to be locked to or unlocked from the locking hole.

3. The reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according to claim 2, wherein:

the unlocking member is an unlocking button disposed on the sliding sleeve and configured to correspond to the locking hole,

the sliding sleeve is configured to slide to correspond to the locking hole during an unfolding process to enable the locking core to be locked to the locking hole to define a locking connection, and

the locking core is configured to be retracted by the unlocking button so as to be separated from the locking hole to define an unlocking connection.

4. The reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according to claim 3, wherein:

the locking core is a spring piece, which is V-shaped or U-shaped, having an elastic spherical head configured to define the locking connection with the locking hole.

5. The reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according to claim 1, wherein:

the two frames of the bed frame are divided into a left frame and a right frame respectively disposed on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body in a left-and-right direction,

the one or more connecting rods are the two connecting rods,

the sliding sleeve is pivotally connected to the two connecting rods, and

the two connecting rods are respectively connected to the left frame and the right frame.

6. The reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according to claim 5, wherein:

the left frame and the right frame are pivotally connected to a connecting piece,

one of the left frame or the right frame is configured to be rotated around the connecting piece and folded relative to the other one of the left frame or the right frame, and

the supporting leg is fixedly connected to a middle position of the connecting piece to be rotated and folded synchronously with the connecting piece.

7. A bed frame, comprising the reinforcing structure for supporting the middle folding position of the bed frame according claim 1, wherein:

the bed frame comprises the reinforcing structure and a second one of the reinforcing structure respectively disposed on the supporting leg and a second one of the supporting leg located on two sides of the middle folding position of the bed frame body in a front-and-rear direction.

8. The bed frame according to claim 7, wherein:

the supporting leg and the second one of the supporting leg are connected together through a lateral rod, and

the sliding sleeve comprises a position-providing groove for receiving the lateral rod.

9. The bed frame according to claim 8, wherein:

the position-providing groove is a U-shaped groove,

an opening of the U-shaped groove faces the lateral rod, and

the position-providing groove and the lateral rod are in a buckle connection when the sliding sleeve slides to be locked in the unfolded state.

10. The bed frame according to claim 7, wherein:

unfolding of the bed frame is configured to enable the supporting leg to be unfolded to drive the sliding sleeve through the one or more connecting rods to slide to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked by the locking structure, so as to enable the supporting leg to be maintained in the unfolded state.

11. The bed frame according to claim 8, wherein:

unfolding of the bed frame is configured to enable the supporting leg to be unfolded to drive the sliding sleeve through the connecting rod to slide to enable the sliding sleeve to be locked by the locking structure, so as to enable the supporting leg to be maintained in the unfolded state.
