Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to false eyelashes.

BACKGROUND

For a long time, false eyelashes are composed of: a plurality of eyelash main body parts, which are formed of artificial hair, etc., shaft parts that supports the base end portions of the eyelash main body parts, and structures. SUMMARY

The Problem to be Solved by the Present Disclosure

However, in existing artificial eyelashes 201 in Patent Document 1, etc., as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of eyelash main body parts 203 are arranged in an extending direction of shaft parts 202 with respect to the shaft parts 202 with a circular cross-sectional shape, and false eyelashes are formed by cutting off connection between the shaft parts 202 and the eyelash main body parts 203. Therefore, in the false eyelashes 201, burrs 204 are generated at two end portions of the shaft parts 202 in the extending direction. Therefore, after the shaft parts 202 of the false eyelashes 201 are mounted on eyelashes or after the mounting, the burrs 204 may prick roots of the eyelashes of eyelids, which may cause discomfort.

In addition, in the existing false eyelashes 201, the eyelash main body parts 203 are affixed to the shaft parts 202 in a three-dimensional and crossed manner, and therefore, thickness of the part of false eyelashes attached to roots of the eyelashes becomes thicker, which makes the false eyelashes 201 likely to be in contact with the roots of the eyelashes, such that eyes may feel uncomfortable when blinking.

Therefore, the subject of the present disclosure is to provide the false eyelashes with comfortable wearing better than existing ones.

The present disclosure is used to solve the problem.

In a technical solution of the present disclosure for solving the above problem, the false eyelashes are provided with shaft parts and a plurality of eyelash main body parts, the shaft parts extend in a curved or linear shape in a first direction, base end portions of the eyelash main body parts are connected to the shaft parts and extend from the shaft parts in a direction intersecting with the first direction, and end surfaces of the shaft parts in the first direction and end surfaces of the eyelash main body parts in the first direction form a continuous plane.

According to the technical solution, because the end surfaces of the shaft parts in an extending direction of the shaft parts are coplanar with the end surfaces of the eyelash main body parts, the end surfaces of the shaft parts do not protrude from the end surfaces of the eyelash main body parts, and the shaft parts may be prevented from pricking the eyelids when the false eyelashes are mounted to the roots of the eyelashes of the eyelids of users or after being mounted. Therefore, the wearing comfort is better than the existing ones.

In the preferred technical solution, the shaft parts are provided with second sides constituting end surfaces in the first direction when performing observation from above, first sides adjacent to the second sides on opposite sides to the eyelash main body parts, and corners formed by the first sides and the second sides are rounded when the shaft parts performs the observation from above.

In the preferred technical solution, the second sides are inclined at obtuse angles with respect to the first sides.

In the preferred technical solution, the shaft parts and the eyelash main body parts intersect in the plane.

The so-called “intersection in the plane” here refers to intersection on the same plane.

In the preferred technical solution, the shaft parts and the eyelash main body parts are integrally formed.

In the preferred technical solution, the shaft parts are in a flat shape and provided with mounted surfaces, and the mounted surfaces are smooth.

In the preferred technical solution, the eyelash main body parts are in a flat shape and have an average thickness of 0.05 mm or below.

Here, the so-called “average thickness” refers to arithmetic average of the thicknesses at three points which are more than 0.1 mm apart in any direction. The following situation is the same.

In the preferred technical solution, the shaft parts have an average thickness of 0.05 mm or below.

In a technical solution of the present disclosure, the false eyelashes are provided with the shaft parts and the plurality of eyelash main body parts, the shaft parts extend in the curved or linear shape in the first direction, the base end portions of the eyelash main body parts are connected to the shaft parts and extend from the shaft parts in the direction intersecting with the first direction, and the shaft parts and the eyelash main body parts intersect in the plane.

According to the technical solution, a part or all of the thickness of the eyelash main body parts may be absorbed as the thickness of the shaft parts, such that the overall thickness may be thinner than that in the prior art, and fitting feeling may be improved more than that in the prior art. The results show that the wearing comfort is better than the existing ones.

As long as the above technical solutions are included in the technical scope of the present disclosure, the technical solutions may be subordinate to one another, or a part of the structure may be quoted, or a part of the structure may be replaced.

The effects of the present disclosure are as follows:

According to the false eyelashes of the present disclosure, comfortable wearing is better than the existing ones.

The inside main surfaces 6 are mounted surfaces to be mounted near the roots of the eyelashes 102 of the eyelids 101 of the users 100, and are smooth surfaces substantially free from concave and convex.

<Eyelash Main Body Parts 3>

The eyelash main body parts 3 are artificial hair made of resin and extend in a curved shape when performing observation from a side view.

The eyelash main body parts 3 are made of elastic resin and may be elastically deformed.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, base end portions of the eyelash main body parts 3 are connected to an end surface to which the first side 10 of the shaft parts 2 belongs.

The eyelash main body parts 3 are in a flat shape, have a width in the first direction X, and extend from the shaft parts 2 in the second direction Y with a length.

A cross-sectional shape of the cross-section orthogonal to an extending direction of the eyelash main body parts 3 is a quadrangle or a rounded quadrangle, which is tapered from a base end portion side to a top end portion side. In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the eyelash main body parts 3 at a position 1 mm away from the base end portions (connection parts with the shaft parts 2) is a rectangle with a long side in the first direction X and a short side in the thickness direction.

The eyelash main body parts 3 preferably have an average thickness of 0.05 mm or below, still preferably 0.04 mm or below.

The false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment have the eighteen eyelash main body parts 3, and the eyelash main body parts 3 include the eyelash main body parts 3 with various lengths or the eyelash main body parts 3 in various postures relative to the shaft parts 2.

The average thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 1.2 mm or above and 35 mm or below.

Then, the positional relationship of all parts of the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment will be described.

The false eyelashes 1 are shown in FIG. 2-FIG. 4, end surfaces (axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b) of the shaft parts 2 in the first direction X and end surfaces (eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b) of the outermost eyelash main body parts 3A, 3B in the plurality of eyelash main body parts 3 in the first direction X form a continuous surface (side face).

Side surfaces of the false eyelashes 1 extend in a curved shape from the axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the shaft parts 2 to the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the eyelash main body parts 3A, 3B.

In the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 is the same as that of the shaft parts 2, the surface-side main surfaces 5 of the shaft parts 2 and surface-side surfaces of the eyelash main body parts 3 form the same plane to be coplanar, and the inside main surfaces 6 of the shaft parts 2 and inside surfaces of the eyelash main body parts 3 form the same plane to be coplanar.

In the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the eyelash main body parts 3 partially protrude in the second direction Y from the end surface to which the first side 10 of the shaft parts 2 belongs.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the shaft parts 2 in the first direction X (a longitudinal direction) and the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the eyelash main body parts 3 in the first direction X form a continuous surface. That is, because the axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the shaft parts 2 in the extending direction of the shaft parts 2 are coplanar with the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the eyelash main body parts 3, the axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the shaft parts 2 do not protrude from the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the eyelash main body parts 3, and it is possible to prevent the shaft parts 2 from pricking to the eyelids 101 when being mounted to the roots of the eyelashes 102 of the eyelids 101 of the users 100 or after being mounted. Therefore, the wearing comfort is better than the existing ones.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, when performing observation from above, the shaft parts 2 are provided with the second sides 12, 13, which constitute the axial-side end surfaces 50a and 50b in the first direction X, and the first side 11 adjacent to the second sides 12, 13 on the opposite sides to the eyelash main body parts 3, and corners formed by the second sides 12, 13 and the first side 11 are rounded when the shaft parts 2 performs the observation from above. That is, because the corners of the shaft parts 2 formed by the second sides 12, 13 and the first side 11 are bent to form arc-shaped parts 15, 16, the corners are not sharp, and even if the arc-shaped portions 15, 16 of the shaft parts 2 are in contact with the eyelids 101, skin of the eyelids 101 is not likely to be damaged.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the second sides 12, 13 are inclined at the obtuse angle with respect to the first side 11. That is, because the angles θ1 and θ2 formed by the second sides 12, 13 and the first side 11 are the obtuse angles, it is possible to make the eyelash main body parts 3 wider in the extending direction of the shaft parts 2, and appearance is better than that in the prior art.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the shaft parts 2 and the eyelash main body parts 3 intersect in a plane. Therefore, a part of the thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 may be absorbed as the thickness of the shaft parts 2, such that the overall average thickness may be thinner than that in the prior art, and fitting feeling may be improved more than that in the prior art. The results show that the wearing comfort is better than the existing ones.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the shaft parts 2 and the eyelash main body parts 3 are integrally formed. That is, according to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, because there is no interface between the shaft parts 2 and the eyelash main body parts 3, the shaft parts 2 and the eyelash main body parts 3 are integrally formed, and therefore, the shaft parts 2 and the eyelash main body parts 3 may be connected without adhesive, and the eyelash main body parts 3 are less likely to be separated from the shaft parts 2 than those in the prior art.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the shaft parts 2 are in a flat shape, and have the inside main surfaces 6 as the mounted surfaces, and the inside main surfaces 6 are smooth. That is, according to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, because the inside main surfaces 6 are mounted to the roots of the eyelashes 102 of the eyelids 101 in a planar manner, and the inside main surfaces may be firmly mounted without freely rotating around a circumferential direction of the shaft parts 2. In addition, the adhesive, etc. may be applied to the inside main surfaces 6.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the eyelash main body parts 3 are in a flat shape and have an average thickness of 0.05 mm or below. That is, according to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, because the thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 is thin, the top end portion sides of the eyelash main body parts 3 may flow with wind, which makes the false eyelashes light and more comfortable to wear.

According to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, the shaft parts 2 have an average thickness of 0.05 mm or below. That is, according to the false eyelashes 1 of the present embodiment, because the thickness of the shaft parts 3 is thin, when the shaft parts are mounted to the roots of the eyelashes 102 of the eyelids 101, higher fit feeling may be got, and the false eyelashes are comfortable to wear.

In the above embodiment, the thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 is the same as that of the shaft parts 2, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the thickness. The thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 may be thicker than that of the shaft parts 2.

In the above embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the eyelash main body parts 3 is a quadrangle or a rounded quadrangle, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the cross-sectional shape. The cross-sectional shape of the eyelash main body parts 3 may be circular, elliptical or oval. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the eyelash main body parts 3 may be polygons such as a triangle, a pentagon and a hexagon. In the case, the corners may be rounded.

In the above embodiment, the thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 is equal to that of the shaft parts 2, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the thickness. The thickness of the eyelash main body parts 3 may be thicker or thinner than that of the shaft parts 2. In the case that when the thickness of the eyelash may body parts 3 is thicker than that of the shaft parts 2, as shown in FIG. 5, a part of the eyelash main body parts 3 is preferably provided so as to overlap with the shaft parts 2. Therefore, a connection area between the eyelash main body parts 3 and the shaft parts 2 is increased, and the eyelash main body parts 3 may not be likely to be taken off from the shaft parts 2.

In the above embodiment, the eyelash main body parts 3 are arranged, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the eyelash main body parts. The number of the eyelash main body parts 3 are not specifically restricted.

In addition, the type of the length of the eyelash main body parts 3 or the posture thereof with respect to the shaft parts 2 is not specifically restricted.

In the above embodiment, the inside main surfaces 6 of the shaft parts 2 are smooth surfaces, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the inside main surfaces. The inside main surfaces 6 of the shaft parts 2 may be formed with fine concave and convex.

In the above embodiment, the corners formed by the first side 11 and the second sides 12, 13 are rounded, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the corners. The corners formed by the first side 11 and the second sides 12, 13 may be angular.

In the above embodiment, the second sides 12, 13 are inclined relative to the first side 11, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the second sides. The second sides 12, 13 may be orthogonal to the first side 11, and may be inclined at acute angles with respect to the inclination angles θ1 and θ2 of the first side 11.

In the above embodiment, the axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the false eyelashes 1 and the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the outermost eyelash main body parts 3A, 3B in the plurality of eyelash main body parts 3 form a continuous plane, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the continuous plane. The axial-side end surfaces 50a, 50b of the false eyelashes 1 and the eyelash-side end surfaces 60a, 60b of the outermost eyelash main body parts 3A, 3B in the plurality of eyelash main body parts 3 form a continuous curved surface.

In the above embodiment, the false eyelashes 1 are local false eyelashes, but the present disclosure has no restrictions on the false eyelashes. The false eyelashes may be whole false eyelashes with the same width as the eyelids 101 of the users 100.

In the above embodiments, as long as they are included in the technical scope of the present disclosure, various structural components can be freely replaced or added among the embodiments.
