This invention relates to the field of fans, specifically a handheld fan.
This invention relates to the field of handheld fans, specifically a handheld fan that is convenient for use at night. Fans are often used to cool down in hot weather. Handheld fans are a type of fan that is convenient to carry around. They reduce the size of the fan and lighten its overall weight, and they are not restricted by power grid lines, as they are powered by built-in batteries. Additionally, they are equipped with components that are easy for users to hold, meeting the needs for portability to a certain extent. However, when using a handheld fan while walking in dimly lit conditions at night, users need to hold a lighting tool with their other hand, which makes it difficult to deal with unexpected situations when both hands are occupied, causing some inconvenience to the user.
The present invention aims to address the problem presented in the background art by providing a handheld fan designed for convenient use at night.
To achieve this, the invention features a handheld fan that includes a protective outer shell, a shroud, a front handheld shell, a power motor, fan blades, clamping blocks, a connecting plate, a digital display module, a rear handheld shell, a control board, a control switch, a battery, and a lighting device. The protective outer shell is embedded in the back of the shroud, with the lower part of the shroud fixedly connected to the front handheld shell. The power motor is secured within the shroud, with its output end connected to the fan blades. Three clamping blocks are located at the center of the shroud, with the center clamping block embedded in the side of the connecting plate. The connecting plate is fixedly connected to the digital display module. Six clamping blocks are positioned on both edges of the rear handheld shell and embedded in the edges of the front handheld shell. The control board is positioned between the front and rear handheld shells and fixedly attached to the rear shell. The control switch is mounted on the front handheld shell and electrically connected to the control board. The power motor, battery, and lighting device are all electrically connected to the control board, with the battery and lighting device also fixedly connected to the rear handheld shell. The lighting device is positioned at the lower end of the rear handheld shell.
In one embodiment, the lighting device comprises a lamp bead board and a lampshade, both fixedly connected to the front handheld shell and electrically connected to the control board. Another embodiment features a USB port on the control board for charging, positioned between the front and rear handheld shells. The rear handheld shell may also be equipped with a rotatable handle, providing additional usability. The clamping blocks are made from a trapezoidal elastic plastic material, enhancing the ease of assembly.
The invention offers a handheld fan optimized for night use with several beneficial effects: The design allows for easy assembly using clamping blocks, and the protective outer shell prevents the user from being scratched by the fan during operation. A digital display module on the connecting plate provides a clear indication of battery levels, helping users know when charging is necessary. For night use, pressing the control switch twice activates the lighting device, which provides sufficient illumination, allowing users to operate the fan safely without needing an additional light source.

For those skilled in the art, all electrical components in this invention are connected to their matching power sources via wires, and appropriate controllers should be selected based on actual conditions to meet control requirements. The specific connection and control sequence should follow the working principles described below, completing electrical connections in the order of operation of each electrical component. The detailed connection methods are well-known technologies in the field. The following mainly describes the working principles and processes without further elaboration on electrical control.
In this embodiment: The assembly of this fan is made more convenient by using clamping blocks 6. When assembling the connecting plate 7 to the shroud 2, the connecting plate 7 is pressed toward the center of the shroud 2. The trapezoidal inclined surface of the elastic clamping block 6 is squeezed outward by the side edge of the connecting plate 7 until it falls into the opening on the side edge of the connecting plate 7, completing the combination of the connecting plate 7 and the shroud 2. When combining the front handheld shell 3 and the rear handheld shell 9, the assembly is also made faster by the elastic clamping blocks 6. When using this fan, pressing the control switch 11 once activates the power motor 4 through the control board 10. The power motor 4 starts and drives the fan blades 5 to rotate inside the shroud 2. The protective outer shell 1 at the back of the shroud 2 prevents the fan 5 from being exposed and causing scratches to the user. When in use, the digital display module 8 on the connecting plate 7 at the center of the shroud 2 shows the battery level of the battery 12, allowing users to intuitively know whether charging is needed. When using at night, pressing the control switch 11 twice consecutively activates the lighting device 13 through the control board 10. The light emitted by the lamp bead board 132 passes through the lampshade 133 to illuminate the outside, allowing users to safely use the fan at night without holding an additional lighting tool. To turn off the lighting, press the control switch 11 again twice in succession to turn off the lighting device 13. The electrical components inside the fan are powered by the battery 12. When the battery 12 is low on power, it can be charged through the USB interface 14 to ensure the normal use of the invention. The handle 15 on the rear handheld shell 9 makes it convenient for users to carry this invention.
