Smart Summary: A scooter has a special structure that allows it to connect with a luggage case. The scooter has wheels and a base with a part that holds the luggage in place and another part that locks it securely. The luggage case has slots that fit the locking part of the scooter. It also has a groove on the bottom that helps attach it to the scooter easily. This design makes it quick to put the luggage on the scooter and take it off when needed. 🚀 TL;DR
A case disassembly structure including a scooter and a luggage case is disclosed. The bottom of the scooter has a base, and the base is equipped with wheels at its bottom. One end of the base has a positioning structure, while the other end has a locking mechanism. The luggage case features slots matching the locking mechanism; the bottom of the luggage case includes an installation groove that matches and installs onto the base. This disclosure achieves quick installation and convenient disassembly of the luggage case by positioning it with a positioning structure at one end and locking it with a locking mechanism at the other end. The bottom of the luggage case is positioned and installed via the installation groove on the scooter.

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202422812731.8, filed on Nov. 19, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
The disclosure relates to the technical field of luggage cases, specifically focusing on the technology of case disassembly structures.
Luggage cases are containers for storing articles needed for travelling or business trips, typically made from hard or soft materials to facilitate carrying and protecting various necessities such as clothing, shoes, cosmetics, electronic products, etc. To meet people's travel needs, scooter luggage cases have emerged in the market.
Existing scooter luggage cases, as shown in CN108454766B, cannot be detached from the scooter, preventing the individual use of the luggage case and the scooter. As indicated in CN206691288U, although the luggage case can be separately detached, its installation onto the scooter requires fixing through a luggage case holder, which is very cumbersome.
The purpose of this disclosure is to address the issues in existing technologies by proposing a case disassembly structure that resolves the above problems.
To achieve the above objectives, this disclosure presents a case disassembly structure including a scooter and a luggage case. The scooter has a base at its bottom, equipped with wheels at the bottom of the base, a positioning structure at one end of the base, and a locking mechanism at the other end. The luggage case features slots matching the locking mechanism; the bottom of the luggage case includes an installation groove that matches with the base for installation.
Preferably, positioning strips protrude on both sides of the installation groove, positioning between the left and right sides of the base.
Preferably, the locking mechanism is slidably mounted on an installation frame.
Preferably, the locking mechanism consists of a magnetic snap fastener, with a magnetic block inside the slot capable of magnetically attracting the snap fastener.
Preferably, the locking mechanism is an elastic plug pin.
Preferably, there is one or more than two locking mechanisms.
Preferably, when there are more than two locking mechanisms, they are connected by a linkage bar.
Preferably, the positioning structure comprises a positioning hole, with corresponding positioning protrusions on the luggage case.
The beneficial effects of this disclosure: by setting up a positioning structure at one end of the luggage case and locking it at the other end using the locking mechanism, this disclosure enables quick and convenient installation and disassembly of the luggage case. The bottom of the luggage case is positioned and installed via the installation groove, with positioning strips on both sides limiting the movement of the luggage case to the left and right, together with the locking mechanism securing the luggage case firmly in place.
The features and advantages of this disclosure will be explained in detail through examples combined with drawings.
FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of this disclosure;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the luggage case of this disclosure.
In the drawings:
Scooter—1; luggage case—2; base—3; wheel—4; positioning structure—5; locking mechanism—6; installation groove—21; positioning strip—22.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the case disassembly structure includes a scooter 1 and a luggage case 2. The scooter 1 has a base 3 at its bottom, wheels 4 equipped at the bottom of the base, a positioning structure 5 at one end of the base, and a locking mechanism 6 at the other end. The luggage case 2 has slots matching the locking mechanism 6. The bottom of the luggage case includes an installation groove 21, whose width matches that of the base 3, allowing for matching installation with the base 3. Positioning strips protrude on both sides of the installation groove 21, positioned between the left and right sides of the base 3. The locking mechanism 6 is slidably mounted on an installation frame, which consists of a magnetic snap fastener, with a magnetic block inside the slot capable of magnetically attracting the snap fastener. There may be one or more than two locking mechanisms 6. If the number of the locking mechanism is more than two, they are connected by a linkage bar. The positioning structure 5 is a positioning hole, with corresponding positioning protrusions on the luggage case.
After positioning and installing the luggage case with the base, the magnetic snap fastener is attracted by the magnetic block, automatically inserting into the slot of the luggage case to complete the locking process.
The above implementation example is an explanation of this disclosure and not a limitation. Any simple modification of this disclosure falls within its scope of protection.
