Abstract:

These special bags are made of polyurethane plastic bags, about 3 mil thickness. Similar to the Zip lock bags, my design in creating these bags was due to my need and constant wish that “there's got to be something out there in the market that will keep my daily bread fresh longer”. I truly believe that “When there is a need for something someone out there will do something about it.” To the best of my knowledge, and my research, I found no one yet like my claim and invention. (See attach note from my application research file.) Made with durable plastic poly bags, a slider zipper seal is very important to keep the moisture and freshness of the bread. This special size bread bags shall have a 2 in. bottom pleats fold to fit the bread better. The bag is reusable, a durable thickness of 4 ply. The usual brown paper bag that package our french/baguette bread is an open, weak paper material and is only good to last for about 2 days. Bread becomes dry and stale when not consumed in a day. What I have invented shall keep the bread fresh and last longer. I have 4 usable sizes in the set. They all function the same, except for the foil wrap bag, that bread can be toasted on microwave. The set of 4 bags shall have different color slider for design code.

Description

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

Other than the regular sandwich zip-lock bags, I have not seen any thing similar in shape or size or finction like my invention. What I have is specifically use for our regular daily breads.

BACKGROUND—FIELD OF INVENTION

This invention relates to a “special fresh bread container plastic bag”. It allows the user to keep their fresh bread bought from the stores, by keeping the bread into this durable cello plastic container.

BACKGROUND—DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART

What we have in the market right now is a Breadkeeper. It is a bulky, rectangular metal container that is expensive and requires extra space in ones kitchen. It is not practical, and cannot fit inside a refrigerator. So it has a very limited market.

SUMMARY

There is nothing like my bread sack/bag, in the current market. The regular brown paper wrapper container from the store is only good for a few hours and dries up the bread overnight.

OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGE

The Object of my invention is to “keep our daily bread Fresh longer”. Hereunder listed is the advantage of my “Well Bread Keeper”:

    • a) It is a reusable, washable made of high quality plastic polyethylene or the like material.
    • b) Each bag/sack will be in a “sealed zippered opening” thereby keeping bread fresh and moist, protecting them from drying up. Refrigerating bread in my “Well Bread Keeper” right after, shall keep them fresher and longer. It shall have a handy plastic zipper sealer to keep it close. It shall save a lot of bread going bad.
    • c) It shall be durable, so it can be used over than 6 months. It is washable and reusable. It shall have three regular sizes for; French Bread, Baguettes, and loaf bread, etc. for convenience.
    • d) A “Gift Bonus Sack” shall be included when a set is purchased. The forth bag in the set shall be a bonus/gift bag which is made of a microwavable foil bag which I shall call “TOAST & SERVE”. The size of it is similar to the first bag which is “French Bread Size.” This bag shall toast the bread crisp just like in the oven.
    • e) Most important of all, it is very inexpensive, everyone can afford it and most definitely would love to use it, because their breads will stay fresh & moist longer. It will be inexpensive to manufacture, so it is affordable by everyone.
    • f) These bags shall have an attractive/colored flowery designs to complement everyone's kitchen.

DESCRIPTION: MAIN EMBODIMENT

Looking at the drawings, my “Well Bread Keeper” invention is that it is a “packaging bread keeper that would seal freshness and keeps bread moist” much longer. By looking at the Drawings, it is pretty much described and usage of it, is as simple as inserting fresh bread and sealing it tight with the zipper at the end of each bag. If consumer wish to warm the bread in the “Well Bread Keeper”, just open/unzip ⅓rd part on the end. Same as the Toast & Serve, unzip ⅓rd of the way, before you toast on the microwave for about 1 minute. It shall be made out a durable plastic cellophane similar to Zip Lock sandwich bags, but much more heavier and thicker quality for longer usage. This shall be the same material for the first three drawings, for the 3 various size of bread; French, Baguette and Loaf size. It shall have a form similar to that of a brown paper bag for French bread, baguette bread and a loaf bread. For alternative embodiments of this invention, this “Well Bread Keeper” may well be used for keeping pastries, dinner rolls, bagels, cakes, and any desserts that would fit and seal in the bag.

CONCLUSION, RAMIFACATIONS AND SCOPE

To summarize the goal of this claim, I truly believe that my invention “Well Bread Keeper” shall be a very useful packaging solution that the current market is awaiting for. This idea of mine shall not be limited to this, for now, my creative mind is working day and night, for further open ideas relating to this invention. It shall create other forms with some ramifications, and other ways to use this packaging idea. I wish to claim further inventions later on, after this “Well bread Keeper” goes into manufacturing, marketing and finally for the awaiting consumer.

Claims

1. It is due to my needs and constant wish that there's got to be something out there in the market that will keep my daily bread fresh longer, that made me think of this invention. I truly believe that “When there is a need for something, someone out there will do something about it.” To the best of my knowledge, and my research, there is no one and no idea out there yet similar to my claim and invention, see attach note from the research file. These “Well Bread Keeper” will be sold as a “set of four” with each size for “French Bread, Baguette and Loaf Bread size. If bought as a set, “a bonus bag” is included as a gift. It is a special feature of a “Toast and Serve Microwavable Bag”. Made of a special Microwavable Foil, to toast brown the bread. I can also make the bags available for sale separately, for those who just need one size.

Where I might find later on, a further improvement and new portion, shape and size; I wish to cover this as part of my claim. A request to reserve all rights and patent without any limit—because of my original idea. That I shall work very hard to implement this from start to finish. From here on, to the best of my ability and research, I believe that I have followed all the rules and requirements, in putting my Regular Patent Application per your guideline. I am hoping and praying for your kind attention and approval, that my invention will be given a chance to be manufactured and marketed as soon as possible. Please call me for any question, I shall be awaiting to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
