A slipper vamp embedded with ornaments includes a vamp made from plastics and formed by integrated injection through molds and a band type ornament pre-disposed in the molds to be embedded in a groove formed on the surface of the vamp. The band type ornament includes a plurality of beads strung by a thread. The ornament may be bonded securely to the vamp without loosening off and provide glittering decorative effect for the slipper vamp.

The present invention relates to a slipper vamp and particularly to a vamp formed by integrated injection with a band embedded with continuous and luminous beads.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONConventional slippers made from plastics such as the one shown in FIG. 1 mostly are formed by injection process. Aside from change of colors, there is no other ornament added. This is because the vamp formed by the integrated injection process is difficult to stitch ornamental patterns on its surface. Compared with man-made leather or natural leather, it looks plain and does not have much appealing. As the plastic slippers are water resistant and can be made by integrated injection processing, thus material and fabrication costs are lower, they are still well accepted on the market. To maintain product competitiveness, the plastic slippers have to be fashionable. Hence the styles are always changing. This is an issue all slipper manufacturers and vendors are constantly focusing.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTherefore the primary object of the invention is to provide a slipper vamp embedded with ornaments. The slipper vamp according to the invention is made from plastics and has a groove formed thereon to embed a band type ornament. The ornament includes a plurality of beads strung by a thread that is pre-disposed in a mold to be integrally formed with the vamp by injection. The vamp thus formed has a greater appealing and the ornament is more secured and less likely to loose off and may be fabricated simply and rapidly.
The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSFIG. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional slipper.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention after assembled.
FIG. 3 is a plain view of the vamp of the present invention.
FIG. 4 is a fragmentary longitudinal cross section of an embodiment of the invention.
FIG. 5 is a fragmentary transverse cross section of an embodiment of the invention.
FIG. 6 is a cross section of another embodiment of the bead of the present invention.
FIG. 7 is a cross section of yet another embodiment of the bead of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTSPlease referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the slipper vamp embedded with ornaments according to the invention includes a vamp 10 made from plastics and formed in T-shape by integrated injection that has respectively a longitudinal and a transverse groove 11 formed thereon (referring to FIGS. 4 and 5), and a band type ornament 12 which includes a plurality of luminous beads 13 strung by a thread a. The beads 13 are spaced from one another at a selected interval. For fabrication, the band type ornament 12 is placed in a mold of the vamp 10 to be embedded in the groove 11 during the integrated injection process. The thread a between every two beads 13 is covered by the plastics. Only a portion of the surface of the beads 13 is exposed to enable the vamp 10 to have the band type ornament 12 embedded in the groove 11. The vamp 10 thus formed has a greater appealing and increased market competitiveness. As the band type ornament 12 is formed with the vamp 10 by injection process in an integrated manner, it is bonded securely to the vamp 10 without the risk of loosening off. Fabrication also is easier and faster without increasing the cost.
The beads 13 on the band type ornament 12 may be formed in desired shapes such as an ellipse shown in FIG. 6 or a polygon shown in FIG. 7.
