Abstract:

BusyDay Essentials Kit utilizes the notion that women need to maintain their make-up through out the day. It contains everything necessary to be able to successfully do so, while retaining a practical small wallet sized format. It is possible to maintain the small size of the kit, by using small one-time-use sample-sized aluminum packages containing such essentials as: Cold cream, Cleansing milk, Lotion, Moisturizing cream and others. The packages are designed for one-time use, and it is possible to refill the kit up on need.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Class 150 “PURSES, WALLETS, AND PROTECTIVE COVERS” refers to all sorts of receptacles that hold various objects. This pertains directly to our invention, as the BusyDay Essentials Kit is contained within a wallet-like receptacle, with subdivisions to contain the contents for the kit as described in the subclass 138.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

BusyDay Essentials Kit solves a problem that most busy women have-make-up maintenance. With this kit they are able to carry all their skin care products in a compact wallet-sized receptacle, to be able to remove and reapply their make-up through out the day.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Most busy women have a problem during the day, where they need to remove and reapply make-up throughout the day, but it is bulky and awkward to carry bottles and tubes of Cold cream, Cleansing milk, Lotion, Moisturizing cream. This is addressed with BusyDay Essentials Kit. With use of sample like packages (flat one-time-use aluminum foil containers, normally used as samples by various companies), we are able to fill the kit with all that a woman would need to be able to successfully manage her make-up during the day, in a flat wallet like format—convenient to carry all day long. The kit can also contain such essentials as: flat cotton pads (for make-up removal), dental floss, mascara or lipstick and other essentials that could assist her through out the day. BusyDay Essentials Kit contains supply for one or two days and is refillable upon need.

Claims

1. We claim as our invention the following concept:

Using small, flat, one-time-use, aluminum foil containers (normally used as samples for creams, lotions and alike, by various companies) in a make-up maintenance kit. It will contain everything needed to maintain make-up through out the day. The kit Includes, among others: Cold cream, Cleansing milk, Lotion, Moisturizing cream and other necessary extras that a woman would need through out the day.

2. We claim as our invention:

Use of the concept described in the claim number 1 in a kit that utilizes a wallet-like receptacle, with separations able to hold all of the contents of the kit, while retaining a small enough size, to be able to fit in a purse.
