Abstract:

We do hereby claim that Death and Forensics Trivia is a board game for adults containing factual trivia style questions and answers to be used as a fun and recreational form of entertainment. Each player will have a game piece which they will try to take around the game board a total of three times—each time around receiving a round board pass card. The first player to receive three round board passes wins the game. In order to advance around the board you must roll a die, and answer correctly the specified color question corresponding to the color of square you land on. If you do not answer the question correctly you must remain where you are without moving until your next turn. If you land on any one of the red squares, which are Bonus squares and you answer the question correctly you may move double the number shown on the die. Description

We do hereby claim that Death and Forensics Trivia is a board game for adults containing factual trivia style questions and answers to be used as a fun and recreational form of entertainment. OBJECT OF GAME

    • Each player must throw a die, pick up a card and answer the question corresponding with the color of the square you would land on. If you answer the question correctly you may advance the number of spaces on the die. If you do not answer the question correctly, you do not move your game piece.
    • Each player must collect a Board Pass card each time they pass Start.
    • The first player to collect three Board Passes wins.
    • If the player lands on a Bonus square and answers the question correctly that player gets to move double the number of the die they rolled. Bonus squares are red.

Claims

1. What we claim as our invention is a trivia style board game about Death and Forensics. The game is factual and is to be used as a recreational form of entertainment.

2. We claim that the game consists of 6 player pieces with 6 colored stands, a game board 24″×20″ unfolded, 1,200 questions on 300 cards with answers on the back, a die, a trivia card holder, a bonus card holder, 24 board pass cards. The board has 8 bonus squares, 11 blue squares, 9 black squares and 8 green squares.

3. We claim there is no existing game like ours about death and forensics.
