BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an improved structure of a bag body that is able to change size randomly, and more particularly to a bag body or the like that is suitable for carrying articles.

Nowadays, owing to upsurge of consciousness of environmental protection, and hardness of handling plastic bags even through it is convenient to use these plastic bags, the government has been announced the policy of carrying carrier bags by oneself without plastic bags that are provided by the shop so as to diminish the utility amount of plastic bag and to further decrease subsequent treatment of garbage.

However, the common used carrier bag for consumers is a bag body that has an ear portion so as to hold thereof. This bag body has a fixed size, and its appearance and size cannot be changed. After this bag body is used, it is put into a drawer or a cabinet to wait for a need. Another conventional structure that is disclosed, for example, in a reference with publication no. 557,905, entitled “a foldable bag body” comprises: a major bag, and a minor bag, wherein the minor bag has a smaller capacity than the major bag, and the minor bag includes a first side and a second side, in which the first side has a first lateral surface that is close to and connected to the outside of the major bag in a first usage state and a second lateral surface that is opposite to the first lateral surface, and the second side has a third lateral surface facing the second lateral surface in the first usage state and a fourth lateral surface that is opposite to the third lateral surface. When the first lateral surface and the second lateral surface of the minor bag are folded inside out such that the second lateral surface and the third lateral surface are mounted on the outside of the minor bag, the major bag can be embedded into the minor bag to form a second usage state.

Since the major bag of this aforementioned structure is merely embedded in the minor bag so as to facilitate the storage of the bag body, the bag body has a major drawback, namely, the capacity of the major bag is fixed and can not be changed according to requirements of users. Accordingly, the present inventor has been made diligent studies with a quiet mind to design and fabricate an improved structure of a bag body that is able to change size according to requirements and to provide this bag body for the consumer.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of a bag body that is able to change size according to requirements.

Another purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved structure that has a simplified design and is able to be a sandy beach pad, a picnic pad, or a tablecloth at any time.

According to the aforementioned purposes of the present invention, an improvement structure of a bag body is disclosed. The bag body comprises a large size fabric body; and two straps, wherein a plurality of holes and a plurality of zippers are mounted on peripheral edges of the fabric body, and the bag body with various sizes can be accomplished by folding the fabric body, pulling up the zippers, and utilizing the two straps so as to satisfy requirements of various situations.

The other features and preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1, the carrier bag body 1 of the present invention is composed of a large size fabric body 10 and two straps 20, wherein holes 105A, 105B, 106A, 106B, 107A, 107B 108A, and 108B are mounted on two short sides of the fabric body 10 and two sides along the central fold line on the fabric body 10. Four sets of holes 101 (A, B, C, D), 102 (A, B, C, D), 103 (A, B, C, D), and 104 (A, B, C, D) are oppositely arranged in equal distance on two long sides of the fabric body 10. A first zipper 12, and a second zipper 13 are mounted respectively from inside to outside on these two long sides of the fabric body 10, wherein the first zipper 12 has a double length than the second zipper 13. A third zipper 14 is mounted on two short side of fabric body 10. A fourth zipper 15 is mounted on one-fourth length of the fabric body 10. When the fabric body 10 is unfolded on a sandy beach, a grassplot, or a table, it can be used as a sandy beach pad, a picnic pad, or a tablecloth. After the fabric body 10 is folded up and the first zipper 12 is pulled up, the fabric body 10 becomes a large size bag. In addition, two ends of the straps 20 pass through the holes 105A, 105B and 108A, 108B on the sides near the opening of this large size bag. Then, it is needed to tie knots on two ends of the straps 20, wherein these knots are larger than the holes 105A, 105B and 108A, 108B in size such that these two straps 20 become holding portions of the large size bag, as shown in FIG. 2.

Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 3, the knots on two ends of these two straps 20 are untied, and these two ends are drawn out from the holes 105A, 105B and 108A, 108B to unfold this large size bag. Again, this large size bag is folded, and the second zipper 13 is pulled up such that the large size bag becomes a medium size bag. Thereafter, two ends of one strap 20 pass through the holes 106A, 107A and 106B, 107B respectively. The other straps 20 may merely pass through the holes 105A and 105B, or pass through the holes 105A, 105B and 108A, 108B. Then, it is needed to tie knots on the ends of the straps 20. Therefore, not only the holding portions of the medium size bag are formed but also partitions for classification of articles are formed, as shown in FIG. 3A.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, these two straps 20 of the medium size bag are untied, and the medium size bag is folded from right to left or from left to right. Thereafter, the third zipper 14 on the top of the medium size bag is pulled up so as to convert the medium size bag into a small size bag. Optionally, the first zipper 12 and the second zipper 13 can be pulled up. In the same manner, depending on whether the first zipper 12 and the second zipper 13 are pulled up the two straps 20 are passed through the holes 101 (A to D) to 104 (A to D) such that the small size bag becomes a classified carrier bag with multiple partitions, as shown in FIG. 4A. If it is desire to store up the fabric body 10 after it is used, then the small size bag is folded in sequence to form a smaller ball-shaped fabric. Thereafter, the smaller ball-shaped fabric is embedded inversely into a secret pocket 16 on the fabric body 10 to store up thereof, as shown in FIG. 5.

It is apparent that the apparatus of the present invention comprises the following advantages:

1. It is able to satisfy requirements of users for randomly changing the size of the bag body so as to apply to various shopping conditions.

2. In addition to shopping, the present invention can be used as a picnic pad or a tablecloth.

3. The fabric body is a waterproof fabric body such that it will not be polluted by uncooked or cold food.

However, the above description merely illustrates the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the applicable scope of the present invention is not limited hereto. Any obvious modification and revision made by a person skilled in the art are included within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

To sum up, the present invention is able to achieve the expected purpose of the present invention for providing with an improved structure of a bag body capable of changing size randomly. The application that complies with utility is therefore submitted for a patent.
