BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tent, and more particularly to a connector used for connecting the pole to the bottom of main body of tent.

2. Description of Prior Art

In accordance with the conventional tent, as shown in FIG. 1, it is consisted of a main body 1′ and several poles 2′. Therein the joint method of the bottom poles 2′, as shown in FIG. 2, is to apply a connector to connect a pulling ring 11′ attached on the bottom of main body 1′ of tent to the pole 2′, in which said connector an inner-clamping cotter 12′ used for plugging into the inside of the pole as unrolling the tent. But in the prime time of unrolling tent, the pole 2′ generates greater elastic force outward as bending, so that the inner-clamping cotter 12′ is easy to slide out from the inside of the pole 2′, so if open a tent successfully, at least two or more people are needed in cooperation.

On the other hand, due to the inner-clamping joint, as assembling or disassembling, the inside of bottom end of the pole 2′ is worn out by the inner-clamping cotter 12′ during a certain long time, so that the inner-clamping cotter 12′ can not catch up in place.

OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

• • It is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide a new improved connector, which can simplify the assembling process so that only one person can do it any way.

This object is achieved by a following resolution provided by the present invention: a bottom pole connector of tent includes a pulling ring of the tent main body, a cotter chaining with the pulling ring and an elastic piece pre-set on the inside of the bottom end of the pole, as assembling, just need to plug the cotter into the inside the elastic piece, or between the elastic piece and the inside wall of the bottom end of the pole, by the elastic force of the elastic piece, the cotter is to catch up tightly.

For preventing the elastic piece from sliding into the inside deeply, a locating device is needed for the pole.

Said elastic piece is a spring leaf at least with one elastic foot.

Said elastic piece is an elastic sleeve with a retaining hole made of elastic material, therein said retaining hole is smaller than the cotter, meanwhile for increasing the friction force the inner surface of the retaining hole is treated into some crowning.

In practicing, due to employing the elastic piece pre-set at inside of the bottom end of the pole, as assembling, just need to plug the cotter into the inside the elastic piece, or between the elastic piece and the inside wall of the bottom end of the pole, by the elastic force of the elastic piece, the cotter is to catch up tightly, in this case, only one person can handle it easily.

On the other hand, due to the clamping force of the elastic piece, even if any wear happens, the restoring force of the elastic piece will also catch up tightly without any loose.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, the tent applying the present invention includes a main body 1 and poles 2.

The main body 1 has pulling rings 11 attached on the bottom side, on each pulling ring 111 there is a plug head 12 in one whole, or an individual cotter 12 chained on the pulling ring, as shown in drawings; an elastic piece 3 is pre-set upon the inside of the bottom end of the pole 2; and the cotter 12 is used in launching into the elastic piece 3.

In assembling, just need to plug the cotters 12 separately into the elastic pieces 3 pre-set on the insides of the both ends of the pole 2, or between the elastic pieces 3 and the insides of the pole 2, due to the elastic force of the elastic piece 3, the cotters 12 are held in tightly to locate a pole 2, so that only one person can handle it easily.

Referring to FIG. 3, said elastic piece 3 in the present invention is a spring leaf made of elastic material with several feet (tripod is shown in drawings). It also can be built into one, two or four feet, as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, even more.

For preventing the elastic piece 12 from sliding into the inside deeply, a locating device is needed for the pole 2, as shown in FIG. 3, the locating device can be variety, but in this embodiment by pressing a recess with a tool from the outside of the pole 2, so at the inside of the pole 2 to project a salient point 21 to block the elastic piece.

Referring to FIG. 9, said elastic piece 3 is also an elastic sleeve 3″ with a conical hole 31″ made of elastic material, and located on the bottom end of the pole 2, therein said conical hole 31″ is smaller the cotter 12, and maybe also a blind conical hole. On the other hand, the conical hole 31″ is helpful to hold the cotter 12 in, and for increasing the friction force between the elastic sleeve 3″ and the cotter 12, the inside wall surface of the elastic sleeve 3″ is treated into some crowning 32″. In assembling, just need to plug the cotters 12 chained on the bottom side of the tent into the retaining hole 31″ at all, the tent is easy to be set.

Of cause, said elastic sleeve 3″ is also replaced by a bended rectangle elastic sheet located on the bottom end of the pole 2 to get same function.
