FIG(1) This document is a non technical description of the advanced propulsion system. This invention can be used for varies applications by configuring for a specific use. The propulsion system can be used to propell a large range of automotive, marine & air vehicles requireing considerably less energy to create the same propulsion value as required with other propulsion systems. In summary the propulsion system will provide more performance than conventional systems at substsntualy less energy consumed. All of the above attributes make the propulsion system more efficient. More economical and overall more practical to opperate.
(2) Other important benefits are reduced damage to highway surfaces since traction loads are eliminated the advanced propulsion system has no drive connection to the wheels bearing verry heavy traction loads. Heavy traction loads are known to create damage to road surfaces & astronomical increase to the nations highway repair costs.
(3) In marine use the propulsion system requires no propeller in the water causing marine life damage or disturbance in shallow water. In aviation uses noise levels are nil making vertical lift helicopter like air vehicles quiet and more desireable.

Propulsive elements directly acting on water of rotary type with rotation axis substantially in propulsive direction Propellers
FIG(1) The principal components of the propulsion system consists of two structural outer shell halves, two circular rails, a pivot tower, a slotted impeller and a specific number of propulsion elements more clearly defined as free mass weights. A specific dimension will offset the pivot tower by a determined amount to accomplish a specific result and may be changed to varied offsets to create lessor or greater propulsion values. The weight and number of propulsion elements will vary with size of a unit and desired propulsion values.
(2) Text, enclosed documents make clear the technology. PTO/SB/01 one of two & two of two, PTO/SB/05 and PTO/SB/17 with enclosed drawings one through five.
(3) Drawing 001 identifies a propulsion unit designed for vertical lift because of special mounting requirements. Drawing 002 identifies a unit designed for all horizontal mounted units. Drawing 003 identifies a cross section of of the propulsion system internal design. Drawing 004 identifies optional elements one two & three, rails 1A & 2B are also included on drawing 004. Drawing 005 identifies two outer case designes. I believe the text, documents and drawings present a comprehensive presentation of the of the advanced propulsion system.
1. The advanced propulsion system will create a specific amount of propulsion for variable specific configureations as further identified in the specialty research advanced propulsion systems specification.
2. The propulsion systems can be configured for vertical lift or horizontal applications as detailed in the advanced propulsion systems specification
3. All advanced propulsion systems will be equipped with a adequate spray lube system with filter.
