Description

A primary object of the present invention is to provide a protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart. This cover will provide protection to the wheels from the common elements found in a golf course. These elements can include mud, dirt, bird droppings, fresh cut grass, and others.

Another object is to provide a protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart which can be disposable.

An additional object is to provide a protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart in which the crown of the cover (A) is fabricated out of a waterproof pliable material that can be held in place by an attached elastic band (B).

A further object is to provide a protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart which is simple and easy to put on and take off of the wheel.

A further object is to provide a protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart which is economical in cost to manufacture.

The crown (A) can be fabricated out of a thin flexible plastic sheet. The crown can also be fabricated out of a water repellent fabric. Other types of materials can be utilized, such as wool, nylon, cotton, acrylic, and polyvinylchloride. The materials can be of all synthetics and man made fibers. Any non-metallic and autonomous materials can be used for the crown.

The retaining structure (B) can be fabricated out of any elastic band which will secure the crown to the wheel of the golf cart.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart which comprises: A band to be placed around the wheel(s) of a golf pull or push cart, said band being fabricated out of elastic material, so that said band will fit onto various sized wheels; A waterproof pliable crown affixed to said band so to extend over the wheel of the golf cart.

2. A protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart as recited in claim 1, wherein the crown is fabricated out of a thin flexible plastic sheet.

3. A protective cover for the wheels of any golf pull or push cart as recited in claim 2, wherein the crown is fabricated out of a water repellent fabric.
