This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2005-0074106, filed on Aug. 12, 2005, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a make up case easy to discharge of powder to open and close a discharge ending coupled with screw to the upper part of a container, more particularly, a open part is formed upwardly, a moving groove and a stopper are formed in the external circumference of the upper side, a container to which a vertical rod for opening and closing is inserted to the inward center; and a discharge and a conical elasticity are formed to the central portion of a pressed plate including a brush inlet section, such case a discharge opening and a conical elasticity are formed to the central portion of a pressed plate including a brush inlet section to inlet and fix a brush upwardly, and a middle member in which an external screw section is connectedly downward of the above described a conical elasticity, and a coupled member forming an inward protrusion of a threshold in the both two places is inlet and connected to moving groove that is formed in the upper end of the outer circumference of the above described container; such that a lid in which an inward screw section is formed having recessive wheel covered with the upper end of a middle member including the above described brush coupled with screw to a external screw section of a coupled member.

2. Discussion of Related Art

As above-described, the present invention provides a effectiveness through the embodiments in which a conical elasticity forming middle members opens and closes a discharge opening formed to the central portion by the pumping action of the emission and compression as a lid coupled with screw to the upper side of the container, such that when a lid opens such case when a lid is open or closed, a discharge opening is thereby open or sealed so that powder is easily discharged such that when not used, a middle member became pressed by the coupled screw of a lid and thereby a discharge ending is naturally sealed to prevent powder accommodated in the container from leaking outside and accordingly, reducing the waste of powder so that the cosmetic case and circumference may not be contaminated and can be maintained clean

A conventional cosmetic case generally comprises a container that accommodates powder, a middle container assembled within the container thereof allowing the user to take partial powder accommodated in the container, a lid coupled with a puff mounted within the middle container and above described container, so that the user can apply the said powder onto the face and make up.

However, above described cosmetic case has a complex defect thereof, having to use by partially taking out the powder accommodated in the container and separating the middle container during every make-up and having to lay puff on the powder for being covered.

Also, the powder made of expensive complaints flies during taking the powder partially to the middle container and the powder stained lid or middle container has the defect that is not clean inside of the container.

To solve the problems shown above, as shown in FIG. 9, the present invention comprises a container 110 for accommodating power, a middle member 120 including a puff 23a in one body to the upper side of the said container 11 and a lid 130.

In the conventional cosmetic case 100 as above described, since a puff 123a is incorporated to middle member 120 coupled with a puff 123a is coupled with a container 11 in one body it is convenient to use, while a discharge ending 125 formed in a middle member in which the powder accommodated in a container 110 and the powder is unnecessarily discharged, contaminating the circumference if the container 110 is placed upside down or shake, and having the defect incapable of adjusting the discharged amount of the powder does not allows the make up intended by the user because of no means to open and close a discharge ending 125 at the time of use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is proposed to reduce the conventional defect and to provide a a make up case easy to discharge of powder 1 in which a conical elasticity 26 forming middle members 20 opens and closes a discharge opening formed to the central portion by the pumping action of the emission and compression such that when a lid opens such case when a lid is open or closed, a discharge opening is thereby open or sealed so that powder is easily discharged such that when not used, a middle member became pressed by coupled screw of a lid and thereby a discharge ending is naturally sealed to prevent powder accommodated in the container 10 from leaking outside and accordingly, reducing the waste of powder so that the cosmetic case and circumference may not be contaminated and can be maintained clean.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, preferable embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Since FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a open a lid of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a separate cross-sectional view of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a coupled sectional view of the present invention and FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a open lid of the present invention, a cosmetic case 1 of the present invention is a a make up case easy to discharge of powder 1 comprising a container 10 accommodating powder, middle member 20 discharging powder and a lid 30 having characteristics such case a open part 11 is formed, a moving groove 12 and stopper 13 are formed, a container 10 to where a vertical rod 15 opening and closing is inserted and established inwardly and centrally, such case a discharge opening 25 and a conical elasticity 26 are formed to the central side of a pressed plate 21 including a brush inlet section 22 in where a brush is set and fixed in the upper part, a external screw section 28 connectedly established to the lower part of a a conical elasticity 26 and externally formed, a middle member 20 in where a moving groove 12 formed in a upper external circumference section of the above-mentioned container 10 to a coupled member 27 forming a threshold 29 that extrudes in the both 2 places of the inward side, a lid 30 in where inward screw section 34 having a recessive wheel 33 coupled with screw to external screw section 28 of coupled member 27 covered with a middle member 20 including above-mentioned brush 23.

As above described, the cosmetic case 1 of the present invention is to open and close a discharge opening 25 formed in the central portion by the requlsive and compression pumping action of the a conical elasticity 26 forming a middle member 20 according to the opening and closing of a lid 30 so that the powder accommodated in the container 10 is emitted and intercepted through the said discharge opening 25 to the side of a brush 23.

Referring to accompanying drawings, more detailed description of the present invention follows hereafter.

As shown FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a cosmetic case 1 of a present invention including a open part 11 whose upper part is open, a moving groove 12 and stopper 13 are formed in an upper external circumstance of a container 10 forming the above-mentioned open part 11, a vertical rod 15 is established by a vertical insertion and formed in the inward center of the above-mentioned container 10.

As a middle member 20 is securely established to the upper of the container described above, a pressed plate 21 in which a brush inlet section 22 is formed to inlet and fix a brush 23 to the upper part of the above described middle member 20 which is formed by the perforation of a discharge openings 25 to the central portion of the above mentioned pressed plate 21.

Also, a conical elasticity 26 is formed to the lower part of the above-described pressed plate, which is connectedly established to the lower part of the a conical elasticity 26 and a external screw section 28 outwardly and a coupled member 27 forming a threshold 29 that protrudes inwardly to the both two places of the internal side to inlet to moving groove 12 formed in an upper external circumference of the said container 10 to connect securely to the upper part of the container 10 after the suspension by a stopper 13. The above described a threshold 29 is inserted through inductive recesses 14 formed in the upper part of the external circumference of the said container 10 to inlet to moving groove 12.

Therefore, the present invention comprising as above mentioned and the detailed effect the invention in action will follow.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cosmetic case 1 of the present invention in which a lid 30, at normal times, is coupled with the screw to the upper side of a middle member 20 securely settled to the upper end of the container 10.

In this case, a middle member 20 securely inlet to the upper part of a container 10 in which a recessive wheel 33 formed inwardly of the above described lid 30 presses a pressed circumference section 24 that is formed with the circumference of a pressed plate 21 such that a conical elasticity 26 formed with the lower part of the said pressed plate 21 is compressed and pressed, such that a discharge opening 25 formed to the central portion of a pressed plate 21 becomes sealed by the upper part of a vertical rod 15 inserted as the central portion of the said container 10.

As above mentioned case, a discharge opening 25 is closed by the upper end of a vertical rod 15 and by the coupled screw of a combined member 27 formed in a middle member 20 and a lid 30, in which, as shown in FIG. 4, if a lid 30 is open from a combined member 27, a recessive wheel 33 which pressed a pressed circumference 24 forming a middle member 20 falls at the same time a conical elasticity 26 is emitted to raise a pressed plate 21 fixed by a brush 23 and a discharge opening 25 is thereby open itself.

Such case where a discharge opening 25 is in the open status, it is possible to make up by discharging of the powder accommodated in the accommodation section 10a of a container 10 and by holding the container 10 upside down.

After completing a make up as above described, a discharge opening 25 can be sealed by the screw coupled of a lid 30 to the upper part of a middle member 20 such that inward screw section 34 is coupled with the screw to an external screw section 28, a recessive wheel 33 formed inwardly of the said lid 30 adding the pressure on a pressed circumference 24 formed in the middle member to compress a conical elasticity 26 and lower, a discharge opening 25 that reaches the upper end of a vertical rod 15 inserted in a central portion of a container 10, preventing the powder from discharging in the brush 23 sides so that the powder does not leak in no use of it.

On the other hand, a vertical rod 15 inserted to the central portion of a container 10 opens and closes a discharge opening 25 and prevent the powder lump from discharging by shaking a container 10 to mix the powder accommodated in a accommodation section 10a.

Accordingly, the present invention is designed to open and shut a discharge opening 25 by emitting and compressing of a conical elasticity 26 formed in the middle member 20, facilitating to discharge of the powder by opening a discharge opening 25 when opening a lid 30 to make-up and when the lid 30 is closed, the discharge opening 25 is shut of its own preventing the powder accommodated in the accommodation section 10a of the container 10.

FIG. 5 is the sectional view of opening the lid of the FIG. 5, a present invention of a cosmetic case 1. comprising a container 10 and a middle member 20 and a lid 30 discharging the powder, such as the said middle member 20 is inlet and coupled with the cover 23c protecting a puff 23a in which an emission hole is formed to the upper part of the pressed plate 21 and cover 23c is inlet and coupled.

In other embodiments as above, a cosmetic case 1 in which a discharge opening 25 is open and shut by the emission and compression of the conical elasticity 26 formed in the middle member 20 according to the opening and closing of the lid 30, such as when a discharge 25 is open by opening a said lid 30, holding a container 10 upside down allows the accommodated powder in the accommodation section 10a of a container 10 to soak through inwardly of a puff 23a through a emission hole 23b formed in a puff 23a and discharge opening 25 formed in a middle member 20, and pressing onto the user's face for make-up and the opening and closing action and effect of the discharge opening is the same as the above mentioned present invention

FIG. 7 is coupled sectional view of the second embodiments of the present invention. and FIG. 8 is a sectional view of a lid opened illustrated the FIG. 7, the present invention comprising a container 10 for accommodating the present invention and a middle member 20 for discharging the powder and a cosmetic case 1 coupled with the lid 30, having the said middle member 20 in which a discharge opening 25 formed to the central portion of the pressed plate 21 comprising and combining a support discharge 25a in which plural discharge holes 25b are formed in it and a spring 25c supported in the upper end of a vertical rod 15.

In this case, a puff 23a fixedly inlet to the upper part of the above-mentioned pressed plate 21, and has more ventilation functioning smoothly than a puff 23a described in other embodiments.

According to the above-mentioned other embodiments, a powder container inlet and coupled with a puff 23a having a smooth ventilation

in which a discharge opening 25 is open and shut by the emission and compression of the conical elasticity 26 formed in the middle member 20 according to the opening and closing of the lid 30, such as when a discharge 25 is open by opening a said lid 30, holding a container 10 upside down allows the accommodated powder in the accommodation section 10a of a container 10 to soak through inwardly of a puff 23a through a emission hole 23b formed in a puff 23a and discharge opening 25 formed in a middle member 20, and pressing onto the user's face for make-up and the opening and closing action and effect of the discharge opening is the same as the above mentioned present invention

On the other hand, above said support discharge 25a prevents much powder from discharging to puff 23a at the time of a discharge opening 25 opens, allocating it to a puff 23a at an appropriate distribution.

The opening and closing action and the effect of a discharge opening 25 formed in the said middle plate 20 are the same as the above described present invention.

FIG. 9 is a separation cross-sectional view of the third embodiment of the present building, FIG. 10 is a coupled sectional view of FIG. 9, FIG. 11 is the sectional view of which the lid in the third embodiment of the present invention, the present invention of a cosmetic case 1 comprising a container 10 for accommodating the powder, a middle member 20 for discharging the powder and a lid 30, a open section 11 is formed upwardly, such that a tubular container 10a inserted with a vertical rod 15 opening and closing, at the same time forming a perforation hole 16 to the inward center of the upper movable part 10d where the internal and external screw section 12a 13a is formed, such that a liquid transfer passage 24a, discharge opening 25 and a conical elasticity 26 are formed to the central portion of the pressed plate 21 including a brush inlet section 22 to be inlet and fixed by a brush 23 to the upper part, that are connectedly established to the upper part of a conical elasticity 26 and a middle member 20 coupled with the screw to a internal screw section 12a formed inwardly of a the upper movable part 10d formed to the upper part of the said tubular container 10b, such as a middle member 20 including the said brush 23, is covered with the upper end, being coupled with the external screw section 13a of a the upper movable part 10d, and having a lid 30 in which a inward screw section 34m having a recessive wheel 33.

According to the third embodiment as described above, a cosmetic case in which a discharge opening opens and closes by the emission and the compression of a conical elasticity 26 formed in a middle member 20 by opening and closing of a lid 30 and therefore, it is possible to mainly accommodate the liquid cosmetics and use by comprising a tubular container 10b.

Therefore, according to opening a lid 30 at the time of use, a discharge 25 opens itself by the emission of a conical elasticity 26 and by rising of a middle member 20, and holding a container 10 upside down allows the cosmetics liquid accommodated in the accommodation section 10a to being discharged to a brush 23 side through a liquid transfer passage 24a formed in a middle member 20 and perforation hole 16 formed in the central portion of a the upper movable part 10d, and the user to make up and the opening and closing action and effect of the discharge opening 25 are the same as the above mentioned present invention

As above-described, the present invention provides a effectiveness through the embodiments in which conical elasticity 26 forming middle members 20 opens and closes a discharge opening formed to the central portion by the pumping action of the emission and compression as a lid coupled with screw to the upper side of the container, such that when a lid opens such case when a lid is open or closed, a discharge opening is thereby open or sealed so that powder is easily discharged such that when not used, a middle member became pressed by the coupled screw of lid and thereby a discharge ending is naturally sealed to prevent powder accommodated in the container 10 from leaking outside and accordingly, reducing the waste of powder so that the cosmetic case and circumference may not be contaminated and can be maintained clean.
