Abstract:

The Backpack Organizer/Divider is an insert for a school backpack. It divides a backpack into two sections, the front narrow and the back section wide. The heavy weight or medium weight poster board, colors vary, a photo, or design adhered onto the poster board, laminated, folded at the bottom then rounded slightly on each side of the top lightly, which forms a perfect divider to organize the items you will need.

BACKGROUND

Students from Kindergarten thru College must use a backpack to carry the items they need for school. Based on personal experience my son's backpack was a mess. Artwork, and his homework would come home damaged due to disarray. Backpacks with two zipper sections came out, we tried it, more disarray. The fabric between the two sections ripped, artwork and homework would come home damaged. The backpack was too small to hold everything he needed. Many school's request that you use an oversized backpack so it can hold what the students need.

SUMMARY

The benefits of the Backpack Organizer/Divider; homework, artwork, folders, notebooks can neatly be separated from there lunch box, extra pair of shoes, change of clothes, games and toys, or whatever items you put in your backpack. No more disarray. Simply insert the backpack organizer/divider into your backpack, you will see that your backpack is now divided into two sections. A large area or compartment in the back and a narrow or smaller compartment in the front. You now have quick access to the items you need.

DESCRIPTION

The Backpack Organizer/Divider fits inside any school backpack. The dimensions are 12 inches wide by 19 inches long, the fold at the bottom is 4½ inches so it lays flat inside the backpack, and I have rounded each side at the top slightly, ½ to ¾ of an inch so it is the same shape as the backpack inside.

This is a NEW design.

Claims

1. I claim the ornamental design for a backpack organizer/divider, as shown and described. I exclusively invented the backpack organizer/divider, I am the original or sole inventor.

The use of my patent for the Backpack Organizer/Divider is to make life easier for students from Kindergarten thru College, and for travel. It will offer quick access for things that are packed into a backpack. You simply insert the Backpack Organized/Divider into the backpack. You will see that your backpack is now divided into two sections. A large area or compartment in the back and a narrow, smaller compartment in the front.

The backpack organizer can be personalized by using your favorite photo, name with favorite color, school name with colors, artwork, church, sport, famous person, cartoon, movie advertisement, animal(s), flower(s), race car driver, the possibilities are endless!
