During daily activity, it may be necessary to protect objects from potential damage. This invention can be scaled in any such was as to enable one to protect a variety of objects from a variety of potentially damaging circumstances including but not limited to impact or abrasion. The nature of the design allows the product to be expanded around objects for temporary or permanent use. The product is designed to be lightweight and reusable.

The present invention relates generally to protective devices designed to surround objects of varying sizes and protect them from damage, destruction, abrasion or any undesirable contact with outside forces or objects.
DESCRIPTIONFIG. 1 is a top down view of the design depicting the components and orientation of such components in the assembly. The outer shell of the product [C] is to be a semi-rigid material that can be manipulated by the user by expanding the rolled ends [A] of the product over the object to be protected and allowing the material to spring back, thereby affixing itself temporarily or permanently to the object it is protecting. The inner lining of the object [D] is to be a material that will not allow the more rigid external shell to come in direct contact with the object being protected. The inner lining [D] will be affixed to the outer shell [C] with some form of adhesive in the space between the two materials [E] that will mate the two together. The rolled end [A] of the product will be adhered to the inner and outer lining of the external shell [C] to prevent the sharp edge of the outer shell [C] from coming into contact with the object to be protected. The inner void [B]; though cylindrical is not limited to protecting cylindrical objects. Since the product is scalable as is the inner void [B] this can be used to protect any object of any shape that can either fit inside the cylinder or the cylinder can be applied over the end of an object of varying sizes to thereby protect the distal end of said object from potentially damaging factors. The process of protection is distributing the force of an external impact over a large area through the semi-rigid outer shell and using the inner padding to prevent the protected object from the same force.
FIG. 2 is a side view depicting the view from the open end of the product. In this view, a texture is used to show the inner portion of the cylinder. The length of this design is not limited to fixed dimensions and can be made in any length, height or width.
FIG. 3 Is a side view of the closed section of the product design. In this section you can see the turned end of the protective interior material [A]. Again as depicted in FIG. 2 the length of this design is not limited to fixed dimensions and can be made in any length, height or width.
FIG. 4 Is an isometric view of the same product design showing an alternate view for determination of the overall orientation of the components and potential operation of the product design.
