A multi base contact device is disclosed. The contact device has multiple bases providing multiple contact faces where bristles are placed for engaging a working surface. A perpendicular wall separates and extends to clean the tongue. This extension to the tongue can structure nodules squeegees arrays of nodules or squeegees and matrices but are preferably bristle structures formed from plastic resins wherein the device is configured not only to clean dentition but to clean to tongue.
