This invention describes the design of a prescription dispenser that will hold medicines in a variety of forms, and will electronically dispense them at the time of day they are to be taken. The machine will have holders to be manually filled with medicines. The electronic interface will accommodate a variety of paraphernalia such as a telephone, a vibrator, and a flashing light. In addition, the electronic interface of the device will enable at least four different time dispenses within a twenty-four hour period of time. The dispenser design will enable an over ride for manual dispensing of medication.

This is a machine that will hold medicines in tablet form and or liquid, and will dispense it at the time of day it is to be taken. The machine will have holders to be manually filled with medicines.
There will be a digital clock to be set for different times of the day to dispense medicine.
This machine will have a glass or plastic front so medication can be viewed also when it's time to refill. At the bottom will be a tray or cup to catch medicine when it is dispensed.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser will be made to operate on batteries or electric power. The electric machine will have a battery back up system.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser will also be made with an alarm that will sound when it's time to take medication.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser will be made with a computer and telephone interface that will accept a telephone call and a code that will dispense medication at time of call.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser can also be made with a vibrator to vibrate or a flashing light for the hearing impaired.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser would be a great idea for elderly persons living alone or home alone during the day that forget to take their medication.
The Time Right Rx. Dispenser would give family members peace of mind knowing that their love ones can get their medication on time and the right amount
This dispenser can be made with an over ride in case medication had to be dispense manually.

1. I claim that this invention will enable aging and elderly persons or any individual to consistently and timely take their prescriptions.
2. I claim that this invention is capable of dispensing both solid and liquid medications.
3. I claim that this device is amendable to manual loading of the desired medicines.
4. I claim that a digital clock associated with the device will enable the device to be set for different times of the day to dispense medicine.
5. I claim that the design of this device will enable the detection of the need to refill the dispenser.
6. I claim that the dispenser will operate on batteries or electric power and the latter mode of operation will have a battery back up system.
7. I claim that the dispenser will be designed to interface with an assortment of various electronics including but not limited to a telephone, a vibrator, a flashing light, computer, and/or an alarm to alert time to take medication.
8. I claim that the dispenser will be designed to enable a manual override.
