Details of umbrellas Devices for opening and for closing umbrellas
For convenient use, there are several automatic umbrellas have been designed to be opened or closed by a single touch to a button on its handle. The umbrella is then opened or closed automatically. Please refer to FIG. 1 to 3, which show a conventional two-folded umbrella, a three-folded umbrella, and a four-folded umbrella, all of which can be opened or closed automatically. They may have different configuration from each other but they do all include one shaft (1), wherein springs (2), controlling wire (3), and controlling means (4) are received therein. Such assembly will be troublesome and inconvenient. And in use, all means in the shaft (1) may sometimes interfere with each other and the umbrella will be then out of use.
The present invention is to provide a novel umbrella having two independent shafts for receiving springs and controlling means respectively to overcome the drawback of said known structure. Now, accompanying with the following drawings, the character of the present invention will be described here and after.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional plan view showing a traditional two-folded automatic umbrella.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional plan view showing a traditional three-folded automatic umbrella.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional plan view showing a traditional four-folded automatic umbrella.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional plan view showing an umbrella having two shafts in closed state according to the present invention.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional plan view showing an umbrella having two shafts in opened state according to the present invention.
The present invention relates to an automatic umbrella having two shafts, wherein the umbrella can be a two-folded, a three-folded, or more-folded umbrella. In this embodiment, it is illustrated to be a three-folded umbrella for describing the character of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the present invention includes a dual-shaft assembly (5), a rib frame (6), a runner (7), and a handle (8). The character of the present invention is the design of the dual-shaft assembly (5), which includes two independent shafts (51), (52). The springs (2) are received in one of the shafts, such as the shaft (51) and the controlling wire (3) and the controlling means (4) are received in the other shaft (52).
Accordingly, since the springs and the controlling means are received in different shafts, it will be easy and simple in manufacturing and assembling. In use, interference between the springs and the controlling will never happen that resolves the problem of all prior arts.
Hence, the present invention has the improved effect and should be allowed for a patent. It is also to be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only exemplary of the present invention. Any modification with the same or similar merit is still claimed in this application.
1. An umbrella having two shafts including a dual-shaft assembly, a rib frame, a runner, and a handle; the character is the dual-shaft assembly including two independent shafts, wherein the springs are received in one of the shafts, and the controlling wire and the controlling means are received in the other shaft.
2. The umbrella having two shafts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella is at least two-folded automatic umbrella.
