A shading headgear is disclosed, which comprises a spherical headgear body which has a wearing hole at a rear lower side; an engaging band which is provided at a center portion of a rear side of the headgear body for elastically supporting a user's head; a plurality of interval maintaining protrusions which are formed at an inner upper side of the headgear body for maintaining a certain interval between the inner side of the headgear body and a user's head for thereby forming a ventilation space; a viewing window which is provided at a front side of the headgear body for obtaining a forward viewing; and a plurality of ventilation holes which are formed for ventilating the interior of the headgear body, wherein the headgear body is formed in a tinted type colored with a certain color so that a forward viewing is obtained, and ultraviolet ray is blocked off.

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a shading headgear, and in particular to a shading headgear which is able to protect a user's face from being hurt or damaged by means of ultraviolet ray by blocking off sunshine when a user acts in an outdoor space.
2. Description of the Background Art
When a direct ray of light is intensive in summer, a skin may be directly exposed to sunshine. In this case, the skin may be hurt. In case of a woven, when a face is exposed to sunshine for a longer time, a skin trouble such as freckle, etc. may occur, so that a woman generally hates direct sunshine.
People seem to understand that ultraviolet ray and sunshine are same in their properties. However, the sunshine may be classified into ultraviolet ray, visible ray and infrared ray. Among the above rays, only ultraviolet ray and infrared ray may affect a human body.
Here, the ultraviolet ray is classified into a UVB (280Λ320 nm) and UVA (320Λ400 nm) and is measured by the unit of nm. The UVB (280Λ320 nm) affects sun burn, skin cancer, pigmentation, etc. and the UVA (320Λ400 nm) affects pigmentation, pigment skin disease, etc.
So, it is preferred to concurrently block off the ultraviolet ray A and the infrared ray B. When a person has a skin pigmentation, skin aging, skin cancer or ray allergy, the skin pigmentation disease such as allergy, freckle, etc. may be worsened. In addition, the skin disease reacting with respect to rays may be also worsened.
As a means for blocking off sunshine in summer when a direct ray of light is very strong, a sun cap is generally used in recent years. However, the above sun cap is not proper when a wind is strong since it may be taken off.
In addition, in the case of a sun cap, a visor of a cap is not enough to substantially cover the whole portions of a user's face. Part of the user's face may be exposed to a direct ray of light depending on a walking direction of a user or a lighting direction or angle of sunshine. So, it is impossible to keep a visor cap user safe from ultraviolet ray.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shading headgear which overcomes the problems encountered in the conventional art.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a shading headgear which is able to protect a face skin from ultraviolet ray by covering the whole portions of a user's face.
It is further another object of the present invention to provide a shading headgear which is able to protect a face skin trouble from ultraviolet ray, while obtaining a good viewing in a front direction as well as a good ventilation.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a shading headgear which comprises a spherical headgear body which has a wearing hole at a rear lower side; an engaging band which is provided at a center portion of a rear side of the headgear body for elastically supporting a user's head; a plurality of interval maintaining protrusions which are formed at an inner upper side of the headgear body for maintaining a certain interval between the inner side of the headgear body and a user's head for thereby forming a ventilation space; a viewing window which is provided at a front side of the headgear body for obtaining a forward viewing; and a plurality of ventilation holes which are formed for ventilating the interior of the headgear body, wherein the headgear body is formed in a tinted type colored with a certain color so that a forward viewing is obtained, and ultraviolet ray is blocked off.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTSThe preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a shading headgear according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view taken along line A-A of a shading headgear according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a portion B of a shading headgear according to the present invention. A shading headgear 50 according to the present invention comprises a spherical headgear body 52 having a wearing hole 51 formed at a rear lower side so that a user can wear. An engaging band 53 is connected at a rear side of a center of the headgear body 52, with the length of the engaging band 53 being adjustable, for thereby elastically supporting a user's head in a state that the shading headgear 50 is worn.
The headgear body 52 is preferably made of a tinted type material made by adding a certain coloring agent so that a front direction viewing can be obtained, and ultraviolet ray can be blocked off.
A plurality of interval maintaining protrusions 55 are provided in an inner upper side of the headgear body 52 for forming a ventilation space 54 while maintaining a certain interval from a user's head. At a front side of the headgear body 52, there are provided a viewing window 56 for viewing in a front direction, and a plurality of ventilation holes 57 formed on the whole portions of the headgear body 52 except the viewing window 56.
Here, the viewing window 56 has a certain width enough to substantially cover the portions corresponding to the user's eyes. The ventilation holes 57 formed below the same have certain sizes smaller than the viewing window 56.
A blocking visor 58 is integrally provided on an upper side of the viewing window 56 and the ventilation holes 57 for preventing the inputs of rain or dirt when in rain with the blocking visor 58 being downwardly inclined. A blocking net 59 may be further provided on the viewing window 56 and the ventilation holes 57 for preventing the inputs of dirt when wind blows.
A fan engaging hole 61 is formed at a side portion of the headgear body 52 for detachably engaging a supply fan 60 with a small size battery therein for thereby sucking an external air into the interior of the headgear body 52 and circulating the same.
An inner blocking plate 65 of a tinted type integrally connected with the headgear body 52 via a connection rib 62 is provided in a front inner portion of the headgear body 52 for thereby double-blocking ultraviolet ray.
A viewing window 66 and ventilation holes 67 are formed at the inner blocking plate 65 for obtaining a viewing in a front direction and for ventilations.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, a headgear body 52 consists of a front part 70 and a rear part 71 so that a user can easily wear irrespective of his body style and size. Here, the front and rear parts 70 and 71 may be tied using a detachable band 73 having an adjustable length.
The shading headgear 50 is able to prevent a face skin trouble by blocking off an ultraviolet ray in summer when sunshine is very strong, and over suntan is prevented.
When a user wears the shading headgear 50, a user's face and head are inserted via the wearing hole 51 formed at a rear side of the headgear body 52, and the interval maintaining protrusions 55 formed at an inner upper portion of the headgear body 52 contact with the head for thereby forming a ventilation space 54. In this state, the engaging band 53 is substantially tightened for thereby finishing a wearing procedure of the headgear according to the present invention.
In the above state, since the headgear body 52 and the inner blocking plate 65 integrally formed inside the headgear body 52 are colored in a tinted type, it is possible to obtain a reliable forward view while blocking off ultraviolet ray.
In a state that a user wears the shading headgear 50, the ventilation space 54 is formed by means of the interval maintaining protrusions 55 with the user's face and head being not tightly contacted. External air well ventilates with the help of the viewing windows 56 and 66 and the ventilation holes 57 and 67, so that a user feels good with an enhanced ventilation effect.
The supply fan 60, which operates with a small size battery, is mounted on the fan engaging hole 61 formed at both sides of the headgear body 52 for thereby forcibly supplying external air and circulating the same, so that the interior of the shading headgear 50 can maintain a fresh state all the time.
In addition, a user can view forward via the viewing windows 56 and 66 formed at the headgear body 52 and the inner blocking plate 65 and can freely talk via the ventilation holes 57 and 67.
In the present invention, since the blocking visor 58 integral with the headgear body 52 is provided at an upper side of the viewing window 56 or the ventilation holes 57, it is possible to prevent rain from inputting into the interior of the headgear of the present invention and to prevent dirt from inputting into the interior of the same from the upper side.
As described above, the present invention makes it possible to prevent ultraviolet ray from directly radiating onto a face skin by covering the whole portions of a user's face and makes it possible to prevent a face skin trouble which may occur due to ultraviolet ray by providing an improved shading headgear that a user can easily wear.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
1. A shading headgear, comprising:
a spherical headgear body which has a wearing hole at a rear lower side;
an engaging band which is provided at a center portion of a rear side of the headgear body for elastically supporting a user's head;
a plurality of interval maintaining protrusions which are formed at an inner upper side of the headgear body for maintaining a certain interval between the inner side of the headgear body and a user's head for thereby forming a ventilation space;
a viewing window which is provided at a front side of the headgear body for obtaining a forward viewing; and
a plurality of ventilation holes which are formed for ventilating the interior of the headgear body, wherein the headgear body is formed in a tinted type colored with a certain color so that a forward viewing is obtained, and ultraviolet ray is blocked off.
2. The headgear of claim 1, wherein a blocking visor is formed at the upper sides of the viewing window and the ventilation holes for blocking off the input of rain with the blocking visor being protruded in a forward downward direction.
3. The headgear of claim 1, wherein a fan engaging hole is formed at a side portion of the headgear body for detachably engaging a supply fan for thereby forcibly sucking external air into the interior of the headgear body and circulating the same.
4. The headgear of claim 1, wherein said headgear body is separated into a front part and a rear part, and said front and rear parts are tied using a detachable band having an adjustable length.
5. The headgear of claim 1, further comprising an inner blocking plate which is provided at a front inner side of the headgear body and is integrally connected with the headgear body via a connection rib and has a viewing window and ventilation holes.
