An auxiliary Yoga exercising device generally comprises a main base, a handle rod, and a seat cushion. The main base has an angle-adjusting unit on the front center. The angle-adjusting unit has a pair of pivotal-connecting plates fixed thereon and spaced apart by a determined distance. The pivotal-connecting plates have several pin holes arranged at several predetermined angles. The angle-adjusting unit allows the height of the handle rod to be adjustable. The seat cushion has several hooking trenches on both sides for pivotally holding the handle rod. The seat cushion is rotatable about the handle rod. Depending on the required swaying angle, the handle rod is pivotally coupled with the hooking trenches such that the seat cushion is rotatable about the handle rod. Accordingly, the purpose of performing multiple Yoga motions can be achieved.

The present invention relates to an auxiliary Yoga exercising device that helps the practice of Yoga exercise, and more particularly to a simple-constructed structure that allows the operator to perform the Yoga exercise.
In the commonly seen Yoga exercise, a Yoga mat is typically placed on the ground so as to allow the operator to release his/her body and spirit. Moreover, an auxiliary towel or a Yoga brick may be utilized simultaneously to perform multiple motions of Yoga exercise. A commercial auxiliary machine having the assembled base and top support place has been disclosed to enable a beginner to practice the Yoga motions by himself/herself, wherein an upward-adjustable rod and a downward-adjustable rod are pivotally mounted under the top support plate. The purposes of positioning the structure and adjusting the operation height can be achieved by choosing the upward-adjustable rod or the downward-adjustable rod and coupling this chosen rod with one of the trenches according to requirements.
This kind of auxiliary Yoga exercising device has the adjustable height, but it has the non-adjustable angle in the front-rear direction. Accordingly, the swaying motion can not be performed.
It is a main object of the present invention to provide an auxiliary Yoga exercising device with an adjustable height by connection between a main base and a handle rod and an adjustable angle in the front-rear direction by connection between a seat cushion and the handle rod. Depending on the required swaying angle, the handle rod is pivotally coupled with several hooking trenches of the seat cushion such that the seat cushion is rotatable about the handle rod. Accordingly, the purpose of performing multiple Yoga motions can be achieved.
It is another object of the present invention to provide various Yoga motions by means of an elastic rope of the seat cushion so as to exercise hands or feet.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an individually usable seat cushion that has a rotatable plate mounted pivotally inside the bottom thereof. When the seat cushion is placed on the ground, the rotatable plate is able to touch the ground directly. Accordingly, the operator who sits on the seat cushion is able to perform the torsion exercise by means of the rotation of the rotatable plate.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the second utilization status of the present invention.
FIG. 7 is an elevational diagram showing the structure of the seat cushion of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 through 3, an auxiliary Yoga exercising device of the present invention generally comprises a main base 1, a handle rod 2, and a seat cushion 3. The main base 1 is an H-shaped structure for providing support. The main base 1 has an angle-adjusting unit 11 on the front center. The angle-adjusting unit 11 has a pair of pivotal-connecting plates 111 fixed thereon and spaced apart by a determined distance for holding the handle rod 2. The pivotal-connecting plates 111 have several pin holes 112 arranged at several predetermined angles. For the purpose of fixing, a pin 113 is insertable into the pin holes 112.
The handle rod 2 is a T-shaped structure. The handle rod 2 has a pillar 21 on the lower portion and a pivotal-connecting hole 211 penetrating through the pillar 21.
The seat cushion 3 is designed to conform to human factors. The seat cushion 3 has several hooking trenches 31 on both sides and several anti-slip lines 32 on the rear surface. The hooking trenches 31 on both sides of the seat cushion 3 are able to pivotally hold the handle rod 2 and rotatable about the handle rod 2.
Referring to FIGS. 3 through 5, which show the utilization statuses of the auxiliary Yoga exercising device, the pillar 21 of the handle rod 2 is held between these two pivotal-connecting plates 111. After choosing the operation angle of the handle rod 2, the pin 113 is inserted through the pivotal-connecting hole 211 and the pin holes 112 of the angle-adjusting unit 11 for fixing them. The height of the seat cushion 3 is controllable by adjusting the included angle between the handle rod 2 and the main base 1. When the included angle is decreased, the height of the seat cushion 3 is decreased correspondingly. In addition, the seat cushion 3 is rotatable about the handle rod 2. Therefore, the swaying angle of the seat cushion 3 can be changed by coupling the handle rod 2 with different hooking trench 31.
Referring further to FIG. 6, in addition to the ability to move body, the operator is additionally provided with the assistance in performing Yoga motions by the use of an elastic rope 4, which couples with the seat cushion 3 to provide multiple usages.
Furthermore, the sear cushion 3 can be applied individually. Referring to FIG. 7, the structure of the seat cushion 3 is shown. The seat cushion 3 has a rotatable plate mounted pivotally inside the bottom. The rotatable plate 5 is protruded slightly beyond the bottom of the seat cushion 3. Therefore, when the seat cushion 3 is detached from the handle rod 2 and placed on the ground, the rotatable plate 5 is allowed to touch the ground directly. Accordingly, the operator who sits on the seat cushion 3 is able to perform the torsion motions by means of the rotation of the rotatable plate 5.
