Description

This application claims priority of Provisional Application No. 60-675430 filed on Apr. 28, 2005.

FIELD OF INVENTION

The invention is related to drywall, gypsum board, green board and etc.

DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART

Drywall is typically used for interior residential and commercial wall and ceiling close in. Manufacturing drywall and similar products typically require deforestation and mining of gypsum which produces products that are extremely heavy, brittle, non water-resistant, dent prone, non flexible, dusty, and has a low insulation factor.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention is described in detail with regards to the following figures, in which like elements are referred to with like numerals an in which:

FIG. 1 is an exemplary diagram of a side view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is exemplary diagram of a quarter side view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a quarter segmented or split side view of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an exemplary diagram of a quarter segmented or split side view of the present in with additional embodiments.

FIG. 5 is an exemplary diagram of a quarter segmented or split side view of the present in with additional embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS AND PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIG. 1 in an exemplar side view of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 the invention is comprised of layers of materials that are glued and compressed together. FIG. 1A is a paper backed material as in typical drywall.

FIG. 1B is a compressed light weight recyclable material such as compressed Styrofoam or similar flexible light weight material.

FIG. 1C is a woven flexible mesh material such as in fiber glass mesh or fabric to give strength or other fire resistant materials.

FIG. 2. is an exemplary quarter side view of the present invention.

FIG. 2A, B, C are the same in FIG. 1

FIG. 3 is a segmented quarter view of FIG. 2

FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is an exemplary diagram quarter segmented side view with additional embodiments A,B,C in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are same as A,B,C in FIG. 1.

SPECIFICATIONS

See FIGS. 1 thru 3

1. A Paper back finish similar or the same as typical drywall

2. B. Light weight compressed flexible material such as compressed Styrofoam.

3. C. Strong woven mesh material such as fiber glass mesh or fabric.

Note. Layers are glued and compressed together.

EMBODIMENTS

Layers of compressed materials and mesh materials may be added for additional strength See FIGS. 4 thru 5.

Claims

What is claimed:

1. I claim that my invention is a lightweight flexible interior wall and ceiling enclosure product that is installed and finished identically to typical drywall.

2. 1 claim that my invention is more dent resistant, less brittle, more water-resistant and stronger than typical drywall.

3. A method to reduce sound due to a non dense material.

4. A method to increase the insulation R factor than typical drywall.

5. A method to reduce deforestation and mining pollution.
