The described bottle holder is a simple flexible plastic design that secures a disposable drink bottle by pressure on the outside diameter of the bottle with similar clamping forces applied by the holder design as would be applied by your hand if holding the bottle. The described bottle holder incorporates a contoured base section running lengthwise to maintain a fixed position on any device constructed of box tubing such as a tree stand/blind or all terrain vehicle. Said bottle holder is intended to simplify the transport and use of disposable drink bottles such as plastic soda bottles or bottled water for use while hunting or related outdoor activities. Said bottle holder may be molded, extruded or fabricated with minor visual differences but identical functionality.

Disposable plastic drink containers (soda bottles) are readily available, resealable, and have multiple uses for hunters and outdoorsmen. They are used for the obvious purpose of transporting consumable beverages to any remote location.
Disposable bottles are also useful for hunters and outdoorsmen when empty as lightweight receptacles for use as spitoons by smokeless tobacco users. They may be used in the field and transported out for proper disposal.
Additionally, disposable bottles are useful for hunters and outdoorsmen when empty as resealable urine receptacles to eliminate human odor, which is highly detectable to wild animals.
The problem with these disposable drink containers is transporting them in a convenient manner.
The described bottle holder is designed to attach to the frame member of a hunting stand/blind or all terrain vehicle by means of self-locking plastic cable ties. The bottle holder would in effect become part of the hunting stand/blind or all terrain vehicle. This new device would allow for hands-free transport of said disposable drink containers with no interference with normal activities yet the containers would be readily available when needed. Different sized holders may be manufactured to accommodate different sizes of commonly available soda bottles.
FIG. 1 is a first embodiment frontal view of the bottle holder showing the profile.
FIG. 2 is a first embodiment right side view of the bottle holder.
FIG. 3 is a first embodiment side view of the bottle holder (Item 1) showing the box tubing (Item 4) in phantom lines and the self-locking cable ties (Item 3) used to attach the device to the box tubing. Disposable bottle (Item 2) is shown in phantom lines.
The described bottle holder is a simple design that employs 2 curved members having the correct inside diameter to securely hold a disposable beverage container by flexibly clamping the cylindrical portion of the container. The inside diameter of the curved members of the holder is smaller than the outside diameter of the bottle. When a bottle is inserted between the curved members of the bottle holder the curved members flex to fit the bottle outside diameter applying moderate squeezing pressure on the bottle. The mechanics of the bottle holder would closely duplicate a human hand holding a bottle.
The described bottle holder may be extruded, molded, or fabricated from flexible plastic material to allow for flexing around the cylindrical portion of the bottle.
The described bottle holder would incorporate a lengthwise member employing a rib the proper width and depth to securely position the bottle holder when installed ,as described below, on box tubing commonly used on hunting stands/blinds and all terrain vehicle accessory racks.
The described bottle holder would accommodate the use of plastic cable ties (Item 3) for attachment to box tubing (Item 4). Said cable ties may be inserted through the holes provided in the bottle holder and encircle the box tubing.
I. A flexible plastic bottle holder that utilizes curved members to apply clamping pressure to the sides of a beverage container to secure said beverage container to the frame of a hunting stand/blind or the like.
II. A flexible plastic bottle holder that utilizes a lengthwise βLβ shaped mounting portion.
