Abstract:

A blanket sleeve comprise of a small toddlers security blanket and/or baby blanket with a sleeve through it so that it may be carried or worn by a child. The blanket sleeve maintains an access point with sleeve so the blanket can be attached to the child allowing the Childs hands free for other tasks. The device keeps the blanket close to the child at all times and makes it much less likely to be lost of damaged. A baby's security blanket comprising a baby blanket approximately 30″.times.40″ and a sleeve manufactured within the body of the blanket.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to blankets for toddlers and more specifically, small personal security blankets carried for comfort and security and less for warmth. Small blankets, popularly known as security blankets, are highly desired by most babies. These items are usually separated and are often misplaced and lost

The current invention improves other security/baby blankets by being more secure to the child. Staying at an elevated position out of mud and dirt. Leaving hands free to function

SUMMARY

The blanket sleeve is a security/baby blanket with a sleeve through it so that it may be carried or worn by a child. The blanket maintains an access point with sleeve so the blanket can be attached to the child allowing the Childs hands free for other tasks. The device keeps the blanket close to the child at all times and makes it much less likely to be lost of damaged.

The top, square drawing is the blanket body, it has a hole cut in the top left corner and the edge has satin binding. The following numbers on figone are

Claims

1. A child care device including a blanket and permanently mounted sleeve on said blanket substantially inwardly from the periphery of the blanket, comprising;

a. Ribbed cuff

b. A single attached sleeve

c. A silk binded edge

d. A permanently attached pocket

2. The blanket sleeve of claim 1 wherein the blanket is adapted to be secured around a human arm in a loose fitting manner.

3. A blanket sleeve device of claim 1 wherein the blanket includes a pocket adapted to hold accessories involved in child care.

4. The blanket sleeve device of claim 1 wherein the blanket includes a personalized mark or logo.

5. A child care device including a blanket and permanently mounted sleeve on said blanket substantially inwardly from the periphery of the blanket.
