Abstract:

This invention is related to an anti-counterfeiting bottle cap that includes an outer cap made up of an upper outer cap and a lower outer cap connected by a breaking ring and an inner cap. The said inner cap at the end of which a protuberant identifying ring is set and the upper outer cap are fastened with each other. The breaking ring lies above the identifying ring which inserts in the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap.

The breaking ring breaks revealing the identifying ring when the bottle is uncapped. With its radius bigger than that of the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap, the identifying ring can not be buried in the sunk head when the bottle is capped to be anti-counterfeiting. No breakage to the cap is made when the bottle is uncapped so that reseal of the remnants is not affected.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an anti-counterfeiting bottle cap with a breaking ring at the middle part of the outer cap which breaks at the place of the breaking ring when the cap is uncapped and the identifying ring for anti-counterfeiting purpose is revealed and the identifying ring is not able to be turned into the outer cap again.

The joint of the breaking ring on the outer cap incarnates the anti-counterfeiting feature of most of the current bottle caps. The joint breaks for anti-counterfeiting purpose when the bottle is uncapped which does not work well as careful identification is required to recognize the broken joint.

Another anti-counterfeiting solution that the edge of the bottle breaks the top of the outer cap when the bottle is uncapped has the problem that the remnants in the bottle can not be resealed due to the broken outer cap.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Given the disadvantage of the current technologies, the object of the present invention is to provide an anti-counterfeiting bottle cap with distinctive identification that makes the reseal of the remnants in the bottle feasible.

These objects are accomplished, according to the present invention, an anti-counterfeiting bottle cap consists of an outer cap made up of an upper outer cap and a lower outer cap connected by a breaking ring and an inner cap. The said inner cap at the end of which a protuberant identifying ring is set and the upper outer cap are fastened with each other, the breaking ring lies above the identifying ring which inserts in the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap.

The anti-counterfeiting bottle cap features that both the sunk tail at the bottom of the upper outer cap and the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap are set in the hollow slot on top of the said identifying ring.

The anti-counterfeiting bottle cap features that sealing mat is put in the inner cap.

The benefit of this invention: with the identifying ring at the end of the inner cap inserting the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap, the identifying ring is revealed distinctively when the bottle is uncapped and the breaking ring breaks. With its radius bigger than that of the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap, the identifying ring can not be buried in the sunk head when the bottle is capped to be anti-counterfeiting. No breakage to the cap is made when the bottle is uncapped so that reseal of the remnants is not affected.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a general view of the structure of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a view showing the partially enlarged drawing of part A of this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

One embodiment of the present invention will hereunder be described by referring to the drawings.

An anti-counterfeiting bottle cap, consisting of an outer cap 1 made up of an upper outer cap 1-1 and a lower outer cap 1-3 connected by a breaking ring 1-2 and an inner cap 2, features the fact that the said inner cap 2 at the end of which a protuberant identifying ring 3 is set and the upper outer cap 1-1 are fastened with each other in order to prevent the relative displacement of the upper outer cap 1-1 and the inner cap 2 at movement. The breaking ring 1-2 lies above the identifying ring 3 which inserts in the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap 1-3. Both the sunk tail at the bottom of the upper outer cap 1-1 and the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap 1-3 are set in the hollow slot 4 on top of the said identifying ring 3. Sealing mat 5 is put in the inner cap 2 in order to better the sealing of the liquid in the bottle.

The breaking ring 1-2 breaks and inner cap 2 is turned outward revealing the identifying ring 3 at the end of the inner cap 2 due to the turning force when the bottle is uncapped. With its radius bigger than that of the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap, the identifying ring shows outside all the time instead of being buried in the sunk head when the bottle is capped to be anti-counterfeiting.

Claims

I claim:

1. An anti-counterfeiting bottle cap, consisting of an outer cap (1) made up of an upper outer cap (1-1) and a lower outer cap (1-3) connected by a breaking ring (1-2) and an inner cap (2), features the fact that the said inner cap (2) at the end of which a protuberant identifying ring (3) is set and the upper outer cap (1-1) are fastened with each other, the breaking ring (1-2) lies above the identifying ring (3) which inserts in the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap (1-3).

2. An anti-counterfeiting bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein said both the sunk tail at the bottom of the upper outer cap (1-1) and the sunk head on top of the lower outer cap (1-3) are set in the hollow slot (4) on top of the said identifying ring (3).

3. An anti-counterfeiting bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein said sealing mat is put in the inner cap (2).
