A sock constructed with an insole comprising of an insole and a sock having a sock body and an opening. The sock, having a sock sole comprised of an inner and an outer sock sole. A pocket is formed between the two sock soles where an insole is to be placed and securely sealed in. The foot of the wearer is to rest on the inner sock sole; thereby, ensuring that the foot of the wearer is not to rest on the insole directly. In conclusion, a sock constructed with an insole prevents the wearer from having to transfer the insoles between different pairs of shoes and offers continuing comfort to the wearer once the shoes are removed.

In the past, people whom suffer from pain in their feet use insoles in their shoes for added comfort while wearing them. There are two defects with the prior art. First is the inconvenience of having to move the insoles between shoes. Second and most important, the users lose the comfort in their feet once the shoes are removed. The solution is integrating the insoles with the construction of the sock. As a result, when the shoes are removed, the comfort stays with their feet using the sock constructed with the insole.
Accordingly, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a sock constructed with an insole wherein the bottom of the sock sole is comprised of two sock soles forming a pocket for an insole to be placed and securely sealed in the sole of the sock.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a sock constructed with an insole.
FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional front view of a sock constructed with an insole.
FIG. 3 is a two-dimensional rear view of a sock constructed with an insole.
It is to be noted that the attached drawings illustrate only typical embodiments of this invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope, as the invention may disclose other equally effective embodiments.
Referring to FIG. 1 shown therein is a cross-sectional view of a sock constructed with an insole. The sock 1 which is fabricated from interlaced fabric such as woven or knitted cotton, wool, nylon, rayon, or more preferably a stretchable elastic fabric has a pocket portion 2 comprised of an inner sock sole 3 and an outer sock sole 4. The insole 5 is comprised of memory foam material which is placed within the pocket 2.
As can be seen from FIG. 2 (the front view) and FIG. 3 (the rear view), the insole 5 is placed within the pocket 2 which is made up of the inner sock sole 3 and outer sock sole 4.
The user's foot is to rest on the inner sock sole 3.
The sock 1 is constructed in this manner in order for the insole 5 to absorb the shock for the foot when stepping on the ground without the foot coming in contact with the insole 5.
While the particular embodiments for socks as herein shown and disclosed in detail are fully capable of obtaining the objects and advantages herein before stated, it is to be understood that they are merely illustrative of the presently preferred embodiments of the invention and that no limitations are intended by the details of construction or design herein shown other than as described in the appended claims.
1. A sock constructed with an insole comprising:
A sock; having a sock body and an opening at the top providing access for the foot of a wearer to the interior of said sock; a pocket formed by two sock soles where said insole is to be placed and securely sealed in. The inner sock sole being made of the same fibers as the sock body. The outer sock sole being made of thicker fibers. An insole; inserted into said pocket in the sole portion of said sock, so the foot of a wearer may rest on the inner sock sole.
2. The sock constructed with an insole according to claim 1, said sock being a stretchable fabric. Wherein selected from one of Acrylic, Cotton, X-Static, Spandex, Lycra, Nylon, Polyester, manmade long fibers or a combination thereof.
3. The sock constructed with an insole according to claim 1, said insole being of memory foam.
4. The sock constructed with an insole according to claim 1, said pocket being a void between two sock soles allowing for the placement of the insole.
