Belt with two handgrips provides grips for hands to grasp to straighten arms for upper body extension. Patient who is suffering from backache secondary to pinched nerve can wear this device and grasps handgrips with hands to straighten his/her arms to extent upper body and vertebral space to decompress the pinched spinal nerve to relieve backache. It is especially helpful for patients who have to sit in a car or airplane for a long trip.

Backache can be caused by pinched nerve from the compressed lumbar vertebrae. If extension of the compressed vertebrae is applied backache is relieved. Ordinary belt does not have handgrips. Belt with handgrips has installed two handgrips. After wearing belt with handgrips user can grasp handgrips and straightens his/her arms to extend his/her upper body to decompress the compressed lumbar vertebrae to relieve pinched nerve and backache.
People who have backache which is caused by pinched nerve need bed rest and traction of legs to relieve the compression of vertebrae. After backache disappears patients are allowed to sit up and walk around. But after sitting or walking for a long time backache may reoccur. Patients can wear belt with handgrips and grasps handgrips to straighten their arms to extend upper body and vertebrae to relieve backache. It is especially helpful for people who have to take a long trip in a car or in airplane.

1. Belt with handgrips comprising a belt and two handgrips.
2. Said belt of claim 1 is a belt. Wherein said belt has installed one of said two handgrips of claim 1 at 3 o'clock point and one of said two handgrips of claim 1 at 9 o'clock point.
3. Said two handgrips of claim 1 are two identical handgrips. Each of said two handgrips consists of a rectangular grip and a U-shaped plate hook. Said U-shaped plate hook connects said rectangular grip side to side to form L-shaped device and hooks on said belt of claims 1 and 2 at 3 o'clock point or 9 o'clock point.
