Individuals who utilize several types of exercise equipment can find it inconvenient to carry or wear multiple exercise apparatuses. Each exercise apparatus requires the user to fasten the apparatus to the body or carry it in a pocket, which might not be available. When exercising, having several articles of equipment attached to a user might take away from the exercise experience, as some articles of equipment might shift during the exercise and create discomfort.
The Combined Exercise Strap of the invention disclosed allows a user to fasten one strap to the user's body, which would otherwise require several straps and/or carrying several items in the user's pockets. This strap is comprised of at least one or a plurality of pouches that can hold objects including weights, a digital, analog or mechanical pedometer, music player, cell phone, watch or money. Using one strap reduces the time it takes to get ready to exercise, discomfort from having multiple straps attached to the user's body and the discomfort of multiple objects shifting while exercising.
