A backpack/bag/handbag and a chair with backrest combination combines, two essential objects used in the outdoor activities: the personal transportation bag and the portable chair all-in-one. While addressing the technical problem of storage goods and seating which normally characterizes the outdoor activities such as going to the beach or public gardens. The invention object presents the characteristics of a bag/backpack, but, the back of the storage compartment of the bag/backpack articulates a seat with two planes: the back part of the backpack storage area and the back of the chair and the cushion seat. When the two planes and and the cushion seat are folded in the vertical position, the invention object can be used as a bag/backpack. To be used as a chair/backrest, the cushion seat is rotated to a horizontal angle and the two planes and move to an oblique angle transforming the invention into a chair.

The actual invention refers to the combination of a bag/backpack and a seat in one object. It has the characteristics of a bag/backpack, which can be articulated into a chair/backrest.
There are many inventions on the market aimed at the outdoor leisure segment: portable and folding chairs with carrying straps, and an extensive range of backpacks, but none integrates the function of the two objects in only one object.
The following patents documents were identified as being the closest to this Invention:
Besides the advantage of joining two objects in one (bag+chair) these retain their active functions simultaneously, in other words, the invention can be an assembled chair/seat and maintain the rucksack/bag function simultaneously. Thus, the present invention does not losses its storage functions when converted into a chair, keeping the area reserved for storage. Also the seat/backrest can be adjustable in different angles, and it is also easy to transport as a backpack or bag.
The present invention combines in one object a bag/backpack and a seat. This combination is achieved by the creation of two parts/planes in the back part of the storage area of the bag/backpack (2) therefore structuring the seat.
The back part of the storage area of the bag/backpack (2) has two pockets (10) e (11) which contains two quadrilateral frames (9) responsible for structuring the seat while defining two planes, responsible for structure the backrest:
The two planes (3) and (7) are joined at the top, creating an axis of rotation (5) allowing these to have adjustable angles. It contains an adjustable ribbon (4) which limits the maximum angle. The cushion seat (8) is attached to the inferior plane of the backrest (7).
The invention can be carried on the shoulder or on the back, it includes a shoulder strap (1) and backpack shoulder straps (6).
Also, when the invention is not being used as a chair/backrest the seat cushion is folded in between planes (3) and (7), reinforcing the lumbar support. The cushion seat (8) is united at the bottom of backrest plane (7), when closed between the planes (3) and (7) serves as a reinforced lumbar support.
When functioning as a chair/backrest, the cushion seat (8) is rotated to a horizontal position and the two planes move to an oblique angle, becoming a seat.
The rear area storage (2) of the backpack/bag contains two pouches, one in the back of backpack/bag (11) and the other on the backrest (10) joined only at the top, creating an axis of rotation (5).
In these two pouches are inserted two frames (9) structuring the planes (3) and (7) and shaping the backrest and the backpack; the plane that integrates the back of the backpack (3) and the plane to serving as a backrest (7).
The frames (9) are made from tubular aluminum and have a quadrilateral shape.
FIG. 1—side view which presents two planes (3) and (7) and the cushion seat (8) in vertical position. The invention locked in the backpack/bag position.
FIG. 2—side view with the two structural planes (3) and (7) opened, united at the top, creating one rotation axle (5). It is also presented the adjustable ribbon (4). This configuration represents the first step to open the chair/backrest.
FIG. 3—side view of the invention in the opened position (chair/backrest).
FIG. 4—illustration of the invention on the closed position (backpack/bag).
FIG. 5—illustration of the invention in the fully opened position (chair/backrest and seat).
FIG. 6—Illustration of the location of the two pockets in which are inserted the two frames. The invention presents in the rear area storage (2) of the backpack/bag two pouches, one in the back of backpack/bag (11) and the other on the backrest (10) joined only at the top, creating an axis of rotation (5). In these two pouches are inserted two frames (9) structuring the planes (3) and (7) and shaping the backrest and the backpack.
