An Exercise tube with adjustable resistance can provide different compression resistance strength for exercise. A user can select the correct spring loaded small tubes of different resistance strength to add up to desired total resistance strength and insert them into bigger outer tube and big inner tube. The user can adjust the resistance strength needed for a particular exercise. In addition, different user can share the same exercise tube by adjusting the resistance strength to suit their individual needs.

Many single exercise apparatus have only one fixed resistance strength. An exercise tube with adjustable resistance contains exchangeable spring loaded small tubes of different resistance strength. This allows the user to adjust the desired total compression resistance strength by inserting the correct spring loaded small tubes into the outer tubes of the exercise tube.
An exercise tube with adjustable resistance can provide different compression resistance for exercise. A user selects the correct spring loaded small tubes of different resistance strength to add up to the desired total resistance strength and insert them into the bigger outer tubes. The user can adjust the resistances strength needed for a particular exercise. In addition, different users can share the same exercise tube by adjusting the resistance strength to suit their individual needs.

One inner tube 15 and one outer tube 16 of FIGS. 1 and 2 can store 4, 5 or more of spring loaded small tube 30 of FIG. 2. The more the spring loaded small tubes 30 are stored inside inner tube 15 and outer tube 16 the more force of resistance power will be produced for exercise. In addition to changing the number of spring loaded small tubes changing the type of spring loaded small tube 30 with different rresistance strength of compression spring 35 can also adjust the total resistance. The user can squeeze together the top cap 17 and lower cap 18 inwardly with both hands to train the pectorals. The user can grasp both sides of rope 19 and pull them sideway to train the dorsal muscles and deltoids. The user can use one foot or both feet to step on one side of rope 19 and use one hand or both hands to pull up another side of rope 19 to train the biceps, back muscles and quadriceps. The user can push exercise tube with adjustable resistance 11 against the wall with the abdomen to train abdominal muscles.
1. Exercise tube with adjustable variable resistance comprising one outer tube with a cap, one inner tube with a cap, one surrounding rope and several spring loaded small tubes.
4. Said surrounding rope of claim 1 comprising a long rope which can pass easily through said tunnel of claims 2 and 3 and encircles tightly said exercise tube with adjustable variant resistance of claim 1 and has a locking apparatus which includes one ring installed at one end and a hook installed at the other end to lock together.
