Description

This application is the U.S. national phase of International Application No. PCT/CN2013/079456 filed on 13 Jul. 2013 which designated the U.S., the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The prevent invention relates to a ball for fitness.

DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ARTS

A gravity ball (also called medical ball, heavy ball, medicine ball, etc.) has a common structure formed by compounding multiple layers of spherocolloid. Due to the strength of the spherocolloid, the gravity ball is easy to break and has a short service life.

CONTENTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The objective of the present invention provides a gravity ball with a rational structure and a long service.

The technical solution of the present invention is as follows:

A gravity ball comprises a ball body, characterized in that the ball body consists of multiple layers of spherocolloid and a woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded on the surface of at least one layer of spherocolloid.

The woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded on from one layer of spherocolloid to all of layers of spherocolloid except the outermost layer of spherocolloid.

The woven-belt reinforcing ribs are compounded on the surfaces of the spherocolloid in a crisscrossed way.

The width of the woven-belt reinforcing rib is β…“Λœβ…™ the diameter of the spherocolloid.

The woven-belt reinforcing ribs on two adjacent layers are staggered by an angle.

The woven-belt reinforcing rib is a non-woven fabric or textile fabric.

The present invention has a rational structure, high strength and a long service and is difficult to damage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS

The present invention is described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings and embodiment.

FIG. 1 is a structural view of the prevent invention in one embodiment (in the state that the outermost layer of spherocolloid is open).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A gravity ball comprises a ball body 1. The ball body is compounded by using multiple layers of spherocolloid 2. A woven-belt reinforcing rib 3 is compounded on the surface of at least one layer of spherocolloid.

Preferably, the woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded on other layers of spherocolloid except an outermost layer of spherocolloid.

The woven-belt reinforcing ribs are compounded on the surfaces of the spherocolloid in a crisscrossed way, capable of enhancing the strength effectively.

The width of the woven-belt reinforcing rib is β…“Λœβ…™ the diameter of the spherocolloid, not only ensuring usability, but also ensuring effective improvement of the strength.

The woven-belt reinforcing ribs on two adjacent layers are staggered by an angle, so the overall strength is effectively improved.

The woven-belt reinforcing rib is a non-woven fabric or textile fabric.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A gravity ball, comprising a ball body consisting of multiple layers of spherocolloid wherein a woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded on the surface of at least one layer of spherocolloid.

2. The gravity ball according to claim 1, characterized in that the woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded with more than one layer of spherocolloid except the outermost layer of spherocolloid.

3. The gravity ball according to claim 1, characterized in that the woven-belt reinforcing rib is compounded on the surface of the spherocolloid in a crisscrossed way.

4. The gravity ball according to claim 3, is characterized in that the width of the woven-belt reinforcing rib is β…“Λœβ…™ the diameter of the spherocolloid.

5. The gravity ball according to claim 3, characterized in that the woven-belt reinforcing ribs on two adjacent layers are staggered by an angle.

6. The gravity ball according to claim 1, characterized in that the woven-belt reinforcing rib is a non-woven fabric or textile fabric.
