The present invention relates to the field of dart technologies, and specifically relates to a dart with novel configuration.
As a sport which has a wide application scope (regardless of profession, age and sex), can be easily learned, and is highly entertaining, sport of darts is attractive to many people. The sport of darts can exercise people's balance that is an important cause for longevity according to a medical science research. At the same time, the sport of darts can exercise people's eyesight and attention, develop people's brain, regulate the nervous system, stimulate blood circulation, relax the muscles and joints, excite the spirit, allay tiredness and keep fit, and have conditioning and curing effects, especially for some chronic diseases of human bodies.
A traditional dart normally comprises a dart body, a dart shaft, a dart tip connected to the front end of the dart shaft and a dart flight at the tail end of the dart shaft. According to different materials of the dart tip at the front end of the dart, darts currently consist of: a hard tip dart (dart tip materials being hard metals) and a soft tip dart (dart tip materials being plastics). In each separated component of a traditional dart (a hard dart=a dart body with a metal tip+a tail shaft+a dart wing, a soft dart=a soft dart tip+a dart body+a tail shaft+a dart wing), a connection only with shorter travel of the dart body and male and female threads of the tail shaft leads to a larger concentricity deviation; moreover, a structural design integrally formed with a dart body and a dart tip leads to a fixed appearance of the dart body, and an appearance of an original dart body cannot be changed by replacing a housing.
The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned defects, and provides a dart with novel configuration which has strong stability, the color and appearance design thereof being able to be changed in various ways.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the technical solutions adopted by the present invention are:
A dart with novel configuration comprises a dart body housing, a dart tip connected to the front end of the dart body, and a dart flight at the tail end of the dart body, wherein the dart body housing is a sleeve-type structure and comprises a dart body at the front end and a dart shaft at the tail end, the dart body and the dart shaft are an integrally formed structure, a plurality of gas vents are disposed on the dart body, a plurality of circular grooves are disposed on the outer surface at the tail end of the dart shaft from outside to inside, the end at the tail end thereof is in a camber shape, and a cross slot is designed on the top end of the cambered surface; the dart tip comprises a tip body and a tungsten steel inner core connected to the tip body, and is integrally mounted in the sleeve of the dart body housing via the tungsten steel inner core; and the dart flight is disposed at the tail end of the dart shaft.
Further, a piston structure is disposed on a core body of the tungsten steel inner core.
Further, the dart flight is designed to be in two types: an insertable dart flight and a nestable dart flight.
Further, the nestable dart flight is provided with a sleeve-type structure, and an inner ring of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of protrusions engaged with the circular grooves at the tail end of the dart shaft.
Further, a dart tip body is a steel tip for a hard dart or a plastic tip for a soft tip.
Further, the dart body housing can be designed to be in any shape and color.
As can be seen from the foregoing technical solution, the advantageous effects of the present invention are:
1. The present invention combines a dart tip with a sleeve-type dart body housing integrally formed with a dart body and a dart shaft, wherein a dart structure is designed by matching a tungsten steel inner core with a steel tip for a hard dart or a plastic tip for a soft dart, and a piston-like secure connection between the sleeve-type dart housing and the tungsten steel inner core is more than 1 cm, which better ensures the concentricity of the entire dart and enhances the flight stability of the dart.
2. In the present invention, the design of multi-direction gas vents disposed on the dart body housing facilitates convection ventilation of the dart body, while reducing the probability of dart sliding caused by hand perspiration of the player.
3. The appearance and color of the dart body housing both can be designed variously, the player can vary the color and appearance of the dart just by replacing the integral-type dart body housing (dart body and dart shaft) without buying the whole set of dart again, which saves the cost of replacement of the whole set of dart.
4. The dart flight of the present invention can be designed with an insertable dart flight and a nestable dart flight, wherein the structural design of inserting the insertable dart flight into the cross slots can reduce the phenomenon of dart drop and dart shaft damage caused when the dart hits the tail shaft of the previous dart. In addition, in the present invention, multiple circular grooves are lathed at the tail end of the dart shaft from outside to inside, and such dart tail shaft with an integrated housing has multi-function compatibility. That is, in addition to using the above-mentioned insertable dart flight, the nestable dart flight can also be used. A plurality of protrusions engaged with the circular grooves at the tail end of the dart shaft are disposed on the inner ring of the sleeve, and a dart flight position can be adjusted and an overall length of the dart can be changed according to user preferences during the use; therefore, the centre of gravity and flight path of the dart can be changed.
Meanwhile, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description of the invention.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the invention will be described clearly and comprehensively hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a dart with novel configuration, comprising a dart body housing 1, a dart tip 2 connected to the front end of the dart body, and a dart flight 3 at the tail end of the dart body, wherein the housing, dart tip, and dart flight have a detachable structure among them, the dart body housing 1 is a sleeve-type structure and comprises a dart body 11 at the front end and a dart shaft 12 at the tail end, the dart body 11 and the dart shaft 12 are integrally formed by injection process, and a color and appearance of the dart can be diversely designed, so that a player can change the color and appearance of the dart only by replacing the integrated dart body housing 1, which not only saves the cost of the dart, but also increases the players' personal choice, meeting users' diverse requirements.
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of multidirectional gas ports 13 are disposed on the dart body 11 in the present invention. The structural design facilitates convection ventilation of the dart body 11, while reducing the probability of dart sliding caused by hand perspiration of the player.
The structures of the circular grooves 14 and the cross slot 15 at the tail end of the dart shaft 12 are for convenience of the installation of the nestable dart flight 31 and the insertable dart flight 32. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of protrusions engaged with the circular grooves 14 of the dart shaft are provided in the inner ring of the nestable dart flight 31. Upon installation, the sleeve at the tail end of the dart flight 3 is directly nested into the dart shaft 12 to make the two fitly connected, and the dart flight 3 is engaged into the dart shaft 12 firmly, meanwhile a location of the nestable dart flight 31 can also be adjusted over the time, and the center of gravity and flight path of the dart can be changed by changing an overall length of the dart; as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the insertable dart flight 32 is directly inserted into the cross slot 15, and the structural design of the cross slot 15 reduces the phenomenon of dart drop and tail shaft damage caused when the dart hits the tail shaft of the previous dart.
In comparison with an existing product, various structural designs of the tail end of the dart shaft 12 in the present invention allow multi-functional compatibilities, and a user can choose the nestable dart flight 31 or the insertable dart flight 32 depending on its own like and personal habit. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the dart tip 2 of the present invention comprises a tip body 21 and a tungsten steel inner core 22 connected to the tip body 21, and is integrally mounted in the sleeve of the dart body housing 1 by using the tungsten steel inner core 22, and the tip body 21 can be a steel tip for a steel dart, and can also be a plastic tip for a soft dart, and a piston structure 23 is disposed on a core body of the tungsten steel inner core 22. This structure secures the dart body housing 1 and the tungsten steel inner core 22 together tightly, better ensuring the concentricity of the entire dart.
The above-mentioned implementation of the present invention does not constitute a limitation to the protection scope claimed by the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

A dart with novel configuration comprising a dart body housing, a dart tip connected to the front end of the dart body and a dart flight at the tail end of the dart body, wherein, the dart body housing is a sleeve-type structure, and comprises a dart body at the front end and a dart shaft at the tail end, which are of an integrally formed structure; a plurality of gas vents are disposed on the dart body; a plurality of circular grooves are disposed on the outer surface at the tail end of the dart shaft from outside to inside, the end at the tail end thereof is in a camber shape, and a cross slot is designed on the top end of the cambered surface; the dart tip comprises a tip body and a tungsten steel inner core connected to the tip body, and is integrally mounted in the sleeve of the dart body housing via the tungsten steel inner core; and the dart flight is disposed at the tail end of the dart shaft.
2. The dart with novel configuration of claim 1, wherein a piston structure is disposed on a core body of the tungsten steel inner core.
3. The dart with novel configuration of claim 1, wherein the dart flight is designed to be in two types: an insertable dart flight and a nestable dart flight.
4. The dart with novel configuration of claim 1, wherein the nestable dart flight is provided with a sleeve-type structure, and an inner ring of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of protrusions engaged with the circular grooves at the tail end of the dart shaft.
5. The dart with novel configuration of claim 1, wherein a dart tip body is a steel tip for a hard dart or a plastic tip for a soft tip.
6. The dart with novel configuration of claim 1, wherein the dart body housing can be designed to be in any shape and color.
7. The dart with novel configuration of claim 3, wherein the nestable dart flight is provided with a sleeve-type structure, and an inner ring of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of protrusions engaged with the circular grooves at the tail end of the dart shaft.
