The present invention relates to a sanitary device, and more particularly to a mounting structure of a bidet.
A bidet is gradually popular because it provides better cleaning to the human body and reduces environmental pollution. The main cleaning function of the bidet is to clean the human body through a water spray device after the user takes a dump. The bidet is usually installed on a pedestal toilet and fixed at the rear of the pedestal toilet. The bidet is provided with a switch and a control valve to control water flow. The water passes through a water hose to a flushing nozzle to complete the flushing.
As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional bidet 10 is detachably mounted on a pedestal toilet. A mounting structure 20 of the bidet 10 includes two positioning troughs 30 disposed on the bidet 10 and two mounting discs 40 installed in the positioning troughs 30. The mounting discs 40 each have a mounting hole 50. When the conventional bidet 10 is to be assembled, the toilet seat cover is first removed from the pedestal toilet. The mounting holes 50 of the mounting discs 40 are aligned with the coupling holes of the toilet seat cover, and then the toilet seat cover is placed on the bidet 10. Afterward, the toilet seat cover and the bidet are fixed with connecting members, so that the bidet 10 is positioned on the pedestal toilet. The positioning troughs 30 are located at the connecting position of the toilet seat cover, such that the bidet 10 can be fitted on the pedestal toilet better.
However, the mounting structure of the conventional bidet has the following disadvantages:
Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
In view of the shortcomings of the conventional bidet, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure of a bidet which has a simple structure and is more convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance and is applicable to different sizes of pedestal toilets.
In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the mounting structure is used for mounting the bidet to a pedestal toilet. The bidet includes two engaging portions spaced apart in a transverse direction and two mounting portions arranged corresponding to the engaging portions, respectively. The mounting portions are circular fixing members each having an elongated open slot. The two circular fixing members are rotationally engaged with the engaging portions of the bidet.
Preferably, the two engaging portions of the bidet are two openings corresponding to the two circular fixing members. An inner wall of each of the openings is provided with an annular engaging groove. An outer wall of each of the circular fixing members is formed with a flange to mate with the annular engaging groove. The circular fixing members are rotatably engaged in the openings of the bidet through the flange to mate with the annular engaging groove.
Preferably, each of the openings is a C-shaped configuration greater than a semicircle thereof. The annular engaging groove passes through two ends of the C-shaped opening.
According to the aforesaid structure, the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention has the following advantages:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the mounting structure of a conventional bidet;
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is a first top view of the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention;
FIG. 4 is a second top view of the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention; and
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the operation of the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, the present invention discloses a mounting structure of a bidet 1, wherein the mounting structure is used for mounting the bidet 1 to a pedestal toilet (not showing in the figures). The bidet 1 includes two engaging portions 11 spaced apart in a transverse direction and two mounting portions 2 arranged corresponding to the engaging portions 11, respectively.
Each of the two engaging portions 11 is an opening 11. The opening 111 is a C-shaped configuration greater than a semicircle thereof. The inner wall of the opening 111 is provided with an annular engaging groove 112. The annular engaging groove 112 passes through two ends of the C-shaped opening 111.
The mounting portions 2 are circular fixing members 21 each having an elongated open slot 211. The two fixing members 21 are rotationally engaged with the engaging portions 11 of the bidet 1. The outer wall of each circular fixing member 21 is formed with a flange 212 to mate with the annular engaging groove 112. The fixing member 21 is rotatably engaged in the opening 111 of the bidet 1 through the cooperation of the flange 212 and the engaging groove 112.
In the present invention, the engaging portion 11 and the mounting portion 2 of the bidet 1 employ the circular fixing member 21 and the opening 111 to mate with each other. After the circular fixing members 21 are inserted into the openings 111, the bidet 1 may be mounted on the pedestal toilet through the elongated open slots 211 of the two circular fixing members 21. During installation, the circular fixing members 21 are rotated leftward and rightward so that the elongated open slots 211 of the two circular fixing members 2 are rotated to a suitable position corresponding to the pedestal toilet. It is only required to loosen the fixing nut of the pedestal toilet. (There is no need to remove the fixing nut from the pedestal toilet.) The mounting portions 2 each having the elongated open slot 211 are inserted between the pedestal toilet and the toilet seat cover, and then the position is adjusted. Finally, the nut is tightened.
In summary, the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention has the following advantages:
