Abstract:

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention belongs to the technical field of caps, and in particular relates to a cap with ears capable of jumping.

BACKGROUND

As requirements of people for quality of life are getting higher and higher, daily necessities, such as caps, are not just limited to keeping people warm. Many of the existing caps have been shaped into cartoons and often have ears or mouths. This design may greatly attract willingness of people to buy. However, most of the ears of the existing caps cannot jump and will not attract attention from people, or though the ears can jump, the jumping is poor in flexibility and single in function.

In view of the above reasons, the present invention is specifically proposed.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the above problems existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a cap with ears capable of jumping. The cap according to the present invention is made of a soft material, and enables the ears of the cap to erect and sag by operating the pressure-applying airbag inside the forefoot. Moreover, the ears are flexible in movement and are capable of moving easily without any extraordinary effort, which has a strong performance and increases the entertainment while increasing the warmth.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

A cap with ears capable of jumping, which comprises a cap body, wherein two movable ears are provided at both sides of the upper end of the cap body, respectively, two decorative bands corresponding to the ears are provided at both sides of the lower end of the cap body, respectively, a jumping structure is provided in the cap body, the upper end of the jumping structure is fixedly connected at the joint of the ears and the cap body, the lower end is provided in the decorative bands movably, a pressure-applying airbag is provided at the lower end of the jumping structure, a pressure-bearing airbag is provided at the upper end thereof, and the pressure-applying airbag and the pressure-bearing airbag are connected through an air delivery pipe.

The cap with ears capable of jumping according to the present invention means that the ears on the cap can jump by pressing the pressure-applying airbag, and the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag through the air delivery pipe. Because the inner part of the pressure-bearing airbag is not inflated and is in a flat state in the state that the pressure-applying airbag is released, the pressure-bearing airbag is expanded and unfolded after the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag, thereby bringing the ears to erect; the pressure-bearing airbag restores its flat state after decompression, the pressure-bearing airbag is shrunk and the ears are in a sagging state after the user releases the pressure-applying airbag so that the ears erect by pressing the pressure-applying airbag. The ears are in a sagging state under the action of inertial gravity by releasing the pressure-applying airbag so that the rhythm that the ears sag and erect may be freely controlled when the user wears the cap over the head, which has a strong performance.

The jumping structure according to the present invention is a transparent structure made of plastic.

The jumping structure according to the present invention is fixed at the joint of the cap body and the ears by the upper end, and the lower end is placed in the decorative band movably. This design facilitates installation. Since the lower end of the jumping structure is a pressure-applying airbag and the pressure-applying airbag has a weight, the decorative band sags naturally when the cap is worn over the head, and the jumping structure also sags naturally under the action of the weight of the pressure-applying airbag and does not need to be fixed. It is more convenient and flexible in installation.

Further, the upper end and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag are provided with a solid supporting body, respectively, the solid supporting body is provided with a plurality of threading holes, the upper end of the pressure-bearing airbag is fixedly connected with the ears by threads passing through the threading holes, and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag is fixedly connected with the cap body by threads passing through the threading holes.

The upper end of the pressure-bearing airbag is fixedly connected with the ears, and the lower end thereof is connected with the cap body, so that when the pressure-bearing airbag is inflated and non-inflated, the ears may erect or sag more flexibly along with the folding change of the pressure-bearing airbag.

Further, the pressure-bearing airbag has an inflated state and a non-inflated state, the ears are in an erected state when the pressure-bearing airbag is in the inflated state and the ears are in a sagging state when the pressure-bearing airbag is in the non-inflated state.

The erection and sagging of the ears are controlled by the inflation and non-inflation in the pressure-bearing airbag. The pressure-bearing airbag is expanded and unfolded after the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag, thereby bringing the ears to erect; the pressure-bearing airbag restores its flat state after decompression, the pressure-bearing airbag is shrunk and the ears are in a sagging state after the user releases the pressure-applying airbag so that the ears erect by pressing the pressure-applying airbag and the ears are in a sagging state under the action of inertial gravity by releasing the pressure-applying airbag.

Further, the pressure-bearing airbag is folded in the non-inflated state, and the length of the pressure-bearing airbag at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction.

In the state that the pressure-bearing airbag is not inflated, the pressure-bearing airbag is in a flatly folded state, and the length at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction. This design enables a folded state to be easily formed when the pressure-bearing airbag is gradually deflated from the inflated state, thereby bringing the ears to sag and enabling the ears to erect and sag flexibly.

The pressure-bearing airbag is integrally formed, and the length at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction by providing an uneven protrusion at the side in the folding direction.

Further, an air outlet valve is provided between the pressure-applying airbag and the air delivery pipe, an elastic piece is provided in the air outlet valve, the elastic piece blocks the air outlet valve from communication with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag is pressed, and the elastic piece is separated from the air outlet valve to communicate with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag is released.

The air outlet valve according to the present invention is provided so that the elastic piece blocks the air outlet valve from communication with the outside when the user presses the pressure-applying airbag, and the air in the pressure-applying airbag can rapidly enter the pressure-bearing airbag. The pressure-bearing airbag is immediately filled and is in a stretched state so that the ears are in the erecting state. The elastic piece is separated from the air outlet valve to communicate with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag is released. At this time, the air in the pressure-bearing airbag can be discharged through the air outlet valve, so that the air pressure inside the jumping structure is the same as that of the outside, and at the same time, the pressure-bearing airbag immediately becomes a folded state, and the ears are in a sagging state under the action of the pressure-bearing airbag and gravity.

Further, the pressure-bearing airbag, the air outlet valve and the air delivery pipe are connected in a sealing manner.

The pressure-applying airbag, the air outlet valve and the air delivery pipe are all connected in a sealing manner, which may be a connection through fusion or bonding, in order to prevent the jumping structure from the air leakage and ensure that the air inside the entire device is sufficient.

Further, the pressure-applying airbag, the air delivery pipe, the air outlet valve and the pressure-bearing airbag are integrally formed.

The jumping structure according to the present invention can be integrally formed and designed, so that it is simple in design, convenient in production, and is not easy to leak air.

Further, the air delivery pipe and the pressure-bearing airbag are connected in a sealing manner by a fixed pipe.

Further, the fixed pipe is provided with a thread.

The pressure-bearing airbag and the air delivery pipe are connected by the fixed pipe. A hollow small pipe is provided at the joint of the pressure-bearing airbag and an end of the fixed pipe, and the diameter of the small pipe is larger than that of the fixed pipe. The other end of the fixed pipe is connected with the air delivery pipe, and the diameter of the other end of the fixed pipe is smaller than that of the air delivery pipe. The thread is provided on the fixed pipe to facilitate the insertion of the pressure-bearing airbag and the air delivery pipe into the fixed pipe.

Further, the pressure-bearing airbag and the fixed pipe, and the fixed pipe and the air delivery pipe, can be connected together by bonding or fusion so that a better sealing effect is achieved, and it is not easy to leak air.

Further, the lower end of the decorative band is a forefoot and the pressure-applying airbag is provided within the forefoot movably. The pressure-applying airbag is provided in the forefoot so that when the user presses the forefoot, the ears can erect or sag, which is more vivid and lovely.

Further, the ears are provided with an LED lamp, the cap body is provided with a switch, and the LED lamp is connected with the switch through a wire.

The LED lamp is provided inside the ears. The LED lamp is provided on the LED lamp board. The LED lamp board is provided with threading holes. The LED lamp is fixed inside the ears by threads passing through the threading holes. The switch is provided outside the cap body and is also fixed on the cap body through a thread.

When the user wears the cap according to the present invention at night or in a relatively dark environment, the switch can be turned on and the LED light can be lightened, which not only can play a role in lighting, but also can increase the effect of entertainment.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows.

(1) The cap according to the present invention is made of a soft material, and enables the ears of the cap to erect and sag by operating the pressure-applying airbag inside the forefoot.

Moreover, the ears are flexible in movement and are capable of moving easily without any extraordinary effort, which has a strong performance and increases the entertainment while increasing the warmth.

(2) The jumping structure according to the present invention is fixed at the joint of the cap body and the ears by the upper end, and the lower end is placed in the decorative band movably. This design facilitates installation. Since the lower end of the jumping structure is a pressure-applying airbag and the pressure-applying airbag has a weight, the decorative band sags naturally when the cap is worn over the head, and the jumping structure also sags naturally under the action of the weight of the pressure-applying airbag and does not need to be fixed. It is more convenient and flexible in installation.

(3) The cap according to the present invention is further provided an LED lamp. When the user wears the cap according to the present invention at night or in a relatively dark environment, the switch can be turned on and the LED light can be lightened, which not only can play a role in lighting, but also can increase the effect of entertainment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, the present invention discloses a cap with ears capable of jumping. The cap comprises a cap body 1, wherein two movable ears 2 are provided at both sides of the upper end of the cap body 1, respectively, two decorative bands 3 corresponding to the ears 2 are provided at both sides of the lower end of the cap body 1, respectively, a jumping structure is provided in the cap body 1, the upper end of the jumping structure is fixedly connected at the joint of the ears 2 and the cap body 1, the lower end is provided in the decorative bands 3 movably, a pressure-applying airbag 53 is provided at the lower end of the jumping structure, a pressure-bearing airbag 51 is provided at the upper end thereof, and the pressure-applying airbag 53 and the pressure-bearing airbag 51 are connected through an air delivery pipe 52.

The cap with ears capable of jumping according to the present invention means that the ears 2 on the cap can jump by pressing the pressure-applying airbag 53, and the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag 51 through the air delivery pipe 52. Because the inner part of the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is not inflated and is in a flat state in the state that the pressure-applying airbag 53 is released, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is expanded and unfolded after the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag 51, thereby bringing the ears 2 to erect; the pressure-bearing airbag 51 restores its flat state after decompression, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is shrunk and the ears 2 are in a sagging state after the user releases the pressure-applying airbag 53 so that the ears 2 erect by pressing the pressure-applying airbag 53. The ears 2 are in a sagging state under the action of inertial gravity by releasing the pressure-applying airbag 53 so that the rhythm that the ears sag and erect may be freely controlled when the user wears the cap over the head, which has a strong performance. The jumping structure according to the present invention is a transparent structure made of plastic.

The user of the cap according to the present invention can control two pressure-applying airbags 53, respectively, so that the two ears 2 can erect or sag at the same time, or one ear 2 can erect and the other ear 3 can sag, as shown in FIG. 2.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 2-4, the upper end and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag 51 of this embodiment are provided with a solid supporting body 511, respectively, the solid supporting body 511 is provided with a plurality of threading holes 512, the upper end of the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is fixedly connected with the ears 2 by threads passing through the threading holes 512, and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is fixedly connected with the cap body 1 by threads passing through the threading holes 512.

In a further solution, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 has an inflated state and a non-inflated state. The ears 2 are in an erected state when the ear 2 on the left side of the cap is in the inflated state as shown in FIG. 2, and the ears 2 are in a sagging state when the ear 2 on the right side of the cap is in the non-inflated state as shown in FIG. 2.

The erection and sagging of the ears 2 are controlled by the inflation and non-inflation in the pressure-bearing airbag 51. The pressure-bearing airbag 51 is expanded and unfolded after the air enters the pressure-bearing airbag 51, thereby bringing the ears 2 to erect; the pressure-bearing airbag 51 restores its flat state after decompression, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is shrunk and the ears 2 are in a sagging state after the user releases the pressure-applying airbag 53 so that the ears 2 erect by pressing the pressure-applying airbag 53 and the ears 2 are in a sagging state under the action of inertial gravity by releasing the pressure-applying airbag 53.

In a further solution, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is folded in the non-inflated state, and the length of the pressure-bearing airbag 51 at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction. This design enables a folded state to be easily formed when the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is gradually deflated from the inflated state, thereby bringing the ears 2 to sag and enabling the ears 2 to erect and sag flexibly.

In a further solution, the pressure-bearing airbag 51 is integrally formed, and the length at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction by providing an uneven protrusion 513 at the side in the folding direction.

In a further solution, an air outlet valve 54 is provided between the pressure-applying airbag 53 and the air delivery pipe 52, an elastic piece is provided in the air outlet valve 54, the elastic piece blocks the air outlet valve 54 from communication with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag 53 is pressed, and the elastic piece is separated from the air outlet valve 54 to communicate with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag 53 is released.

In a further solution, the pressure-applying airbag 53, the air outlet valve 54 and the air delivery pipe 52 are all connected in a sealing manner, which may be a connection through fusion or bonding, in order to prevent the jumping structure from the air leakage and ensure that the air inside the entire device is sufficient. The air delivery pipe 52 and the pressure-bearing airbag 51 are connected in a sealing manner by a fixed pipe 55. The fixed pipe 55 is provided with a thread (not shown in the figure). The lower end of the decorative band 3 is a forefoot 4 and the pressure-applying airbag 53 is provided within the forefoot 4 movably.

Embodiment 2

The jumping structure in this embodiment is the same as that of Embodiment 1, except that the pressure-applying airbag 53, the air delivery pipe 52, the air outlet valve 54 and the pressure-bearing airbag 51 are integrally formed, which are not shown in the figure. The jumping structure of this embodiment can be integrally formed and designed, so that it is simple in design, convenient in production, and is not easy to leak air.

As shown in FIG. 5, the cap of this embodiment further comprises an LED lamp 8 provided on the ears 2. The cap body 1 is provided with a switch 6, and the LED lamp 8 is connected with the switch 6 through a wire 7.

When the user wears the cap according to the present invention at night or in a relatively dark environment, the switch 6 can be turned on and the LED light 8 can be lightened, which not only can play a role in lighting, but also can increase the effect of entertainment.

The foregoing descriptions are merely specific embodiments of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Any changes or replacements conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed by the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A cap with ears capable of jumping, which comprises a cap body, wherein two movable ears are provided at both sides of the upper end of the cap body, respectively, two decorative bands corresponding to the ears are provided at both sides of the lower end of the cap body, respectively, a jumping structure is provided in the cap body, the upper end of the jumping structure is fixedly connected at the joint of the ears and the cap body, the lower end is provided in the decorative bands movably, a pressure-applying airbag is provided at the lower end of the jumping structure, a pressure-bearing airbag is provided at the upper end thereof, and the pressure-applying airbag and the pressure-bearing airbag are connected through an air delivery pipe.

The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag are provided with a solid supporting body, respectively, the solid supporting body is provided with a plurality of threading holes, the upper end of the pressure-bearing airbag is fixedly connected with the ears by threads passing through the threading holes, and the lower end of the pressure-bearing airbag is fixedly connected with the cap body by threads passing through the threading holes.

The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-bearing airbag has an inflated state and a non-inflated state, the ears are in an erected state when the pressure-bearing airbag is in the inflated state and the ears are in a sagging state when the pressure-bearing airbag is in the non-inflated state.

4. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 3, wherein the pressure-bearing airbag is folded in the non-inflated state, and the length of the pressure-bearing airbag at the side in the folding direction is less than the length at the side opposite to the folding direction.

The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein an air outlet valve is provided between the pressure-applying airbag and the air delivery pipe, an elastic piece is provided in the air outlet valve, the elastic piece blocks the air outlet valve from communication with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag is pressed, and the elastic piece is separated from the air outlet valve to communicate with the outside when the pressure-applying airbag is released.

6. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 5, wherein the pressure-applying airbag, the air outlet valve and the air delivery pipe are connected in a sealing manner.

7. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 5, wherein the pressure-applying airbag, the air delivery pipe, the air outlet valve and the pressure-bearing airbag are integrally formed.

8. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein the air delivery pipe and the pressure-bearing airbag are connected in a sealing manner by a fixed pipe, and the fixed pipe is provided with a thread.

9. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the decorative band is a forefoot and the pressure-applying airbag is provided within the forefoot movably.

10. The cap with ears capable of jumping according to claim 1, wherein the ears are provided with an LED lamp, the cap body is provided with a switch, and the LED lamp is connected with the switch through a wire.
