Abstract:

The “POPPER” is a piece of equipment, made of a harden piece of metal. Each end has pointed spikes, roughly at a 45 degree angle. A handle is attached for easy placement and removal. They will penetrate the vehicles tire, If forward or backward movement is made, thus making the tire useless.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

By way of background, presently, there's no piece of equipment to assist law enforcement personnel in preventing stopped vehicles from escaping. Thus, placing officers in danger.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It's accordingly one object of the present invention to prevent a vehicle from escaping from an officers request.

Another object of the present invention is to relieve the officer(s) from physically extracting the occupant(s) from the vehicle.

Another object of the present invention will be to allow time for additional personnel to arrive as backup.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

In order that the invention be fore fully comprehended, it will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which: FIG. 1 is a “TOP VIEW” of a wheel, the the “POPPER” placed at the base of the wheel.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

It's to be understood that the phraseology, or terminology, employed is for the purpose description only and not of limitation.

FIG. 1 shows the “TOP VIEW” of the “POPPER” around the base of a tire, which restricts or limits the forward or backward movement.

Claims

1. We claim as our invention, the “popper”: The “POPPER” penetrates the tire, which will impede vehicles from being able to move forward or backwards. This will assist law officers from having to pursue a vehicle, in order to apprehend the occupant.
