FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention generally relates to devices for the inhalation of volatile components of a substance, or more particularly to a sophisticated apparatus in rectangular shape for the vaporization of materials that release active constituents for inhalation, is easy to use, can be attached to another pen and provides accurate temperature control, mixing of flavors and airflow.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

Popular smoking articles, such as cigarettes, have a substantially cylindrical rod shaped structure and include a charge, roll, or column of smokable material, such as shredded tobacco (e.g., in cut filler form), surrounded by a paper wrapper, thereby forming a so-called “smokable rod” or “tobacco rod.” Normally, a cigarette has a cylindrical filter element aligned in an end-to-end relationship with the tobacco rod. Preferably, a filter element comprises plasticized cellulose acetate tow circumscribed by a paper material known as “plug wrap.” Certain filter elements can incorporate polyhydric alcohols. See, for example, UK Pat. Spec. 755,475. Certain cigarettes incorporate a filter element having multiple segments, and one of those segments can comprise activated charcoal particles. See, for example, U.S. Pat. No. 5,360,023 to Blakley et al. and U.S. Pat. No. 6,537,186 to Veluz. Preferably, the filter element is attached to one end of the tobacco rod using a circumscribing wrapping material known as “tipping paper.” It also has become desirable to perforate the tipping material and plug wrap, in order to provide dilution of drawn mainstream smoke with ambient air. Descriptions of cigarettes and the various components thereof are set forth in Tobacco Production, Chemistry and Technology, Davis et al. (Eds.) (1999). Traditionally, a cigarette of the most popular type is employed by a smoker by lighting one end thereof and burning the tobacco rod. The smoker then receives mainstream smoke produced by the burning tobacco into his/her mouth by drawing on the opposite end (e.g., the filter end) of the cigarette.

Various tobacco substitute materials have been proposed, and substantial listings of various types of those materials can be found in U.S. Pat. No. 4,079,742 to Rainer et al. and U.S. Pat. No. 4,771,795 to White et al. Certain cigarette-type products that employ non-tobacco materials (e.g., dried vegetable leaves, such as lettuce leaves) as filler that is burned to produce smoke that resembles tobacco smoke have been marketed under the trade names “Cubebs,” “Triumph,” “Jazz,” and “Bravo.” See, for example, the types of materials described in U.S. Pat. No. 4,700,727 to Torigian. Furthermore, tobacco substitute materials having the trade names “Cytrel” and “NSM” were introduced in Europe during the 1970s. Representative types of proposed synthetic tobacco substitute materials, smokable materials incorporating tobacco and other components, and cigarettes incorporating those materials, are described in British Pat. No. 1,431,045; and U.S. Pat. No. 3,738,374 to Bennett; U.S. Pat. No. 3,844,294 to Webster; U.S. Pat. No. 3,878,850 to Gibson et al.; U.S. Pat. No. 3,931,824 to Miano et al.; U.S. Pat. Numerous references have proposed various smoking articles of a type that generate flavored vapor, visible aerosol, or a mixture of flavored vapor and visible aerosol. Some of those proposed types of smoking articles include tubular sections or longitudinally extending air passageways. See, for example, those types of smoking articles described in U.S. Pat. Certain attempts have been made to deliver vapors, sprays or aerosols, such as those possessing or incorporating flavors and/or nicotine. See, for example, the types of devices set forth in U.S. Pat. No. 4,190,046 to Virag; U.S. Pat. No. 4,284,089 to Ray; U.S. Pat. No. 4,635,651 to Jacobs; U.S. Pat. No. 4,735,217 to Gerth et al.; U.S. Pat. No. 4,800,903 to Ray et al.; U.S. Pat. No. 5,388,574 to Ingebrethsen et al.; U.S. Pat. No. 5,799,663 to Gross et al.; U.S. Pat. No. 6,532,965 to Abhulimen et al.; and U.S. Pat. There are multiple inventions that have been proposed in prior art regarding bringing advancement and enhanced utility in the smoking domain. However, to further enhance the options and performance of the product to the users, the instant invention aims to provide a vaping device that is rectangular in shape. The proposed assembly is sleek, portable, and has a magnetic back. The vaping device can be attached to another vaping device easily and the consumer can enjoy multiple flavors in a convenient manner.

None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.

SUMMARY

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.

The primary object of the invention is related to advancement in offering a novel design of the vaping device with advanced features.

It is further the objective of the invention to provide a safe, easy-to-use, and portable vaping assembly that is rectangular and sleek.

It is moreover the objective of the invention to provide vaping pen which has a magnetic back and can be attached easily to another pen due to its magnetic properties.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a new and improved approach that provides greater output and benefits as compared to traditional vaping pens.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a new and improved structure that is of durable and reliable construction.

An even further object of the present invention is to provide a new and improved vaping pen that is susceptible of a low cost of manufacture with regard to both materials and labor, and which accordingly is then susceptible of low prices of sale to the consuming public, thereby making such procedure economically available to the buying public.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.

More specifically, the present invention as per its preferred embodiments provides a vaping pen of rectangular shape and has a magnetic back allowing it to join other pens conveniently.

The vape pen is configured to deliver a vaporized nicotine solution to a user thereof. It is to be understood, however, that the electronic vaporizer may be utilized for other purposes, including the deliverance of various vaporized solutions to the user for recreational or medicinal purposes.

The vape pen comprises a power source and a cartridge. The power source and the cartridge are configured to be mechanically and electrically coupled to one another. For example, the cartridge may comprise an electrically conductive threaded fastener, and the power source may comprise an electrically conductive threaded receiver. The threaded fastener and the threaded receiver can be coupled to one another, thereby mechanically and electrically coupling the power source with the cartridge.

The vape pen, which may be manufactured from a metal, a polymer, a ceramic, or some other suitable material. As used herein, a “polymer” can refer to a formulation of manufactured materials comprising plastics, PVC, and/or some other compound that derives from the classification of a polymer or polymer derivative. A “ceramic” refers to a compound that is classified or derivative of such compound that are derived from clay or man-made materials that are listed in a suitable classification scheme as being ceramic, which may include compounds that are derived with some portion of the compound being ceramic in nature that is a blended or compounded material. The housing is rectangular and elongated in nature. It is to be understood, however, that the housing may be any suitable shape. The housing comprises a first end and a second end that is opposite the first end, and also includes an interior. The back of the housing has magnetic construction allowing it to join another assembly conveniently.

While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. Therefore, it is not intended that the scope of the invention be limited to the specific embodiment illustrated and described. Claims

1. A rectangular-shaped vape pen apparatus comprising:

A rectangular body;

Flat mouth;

Magnetic back;

a cartridge that facilitates the provision of a vaporized solution to an individual; and

a heating element located in the interior of the housing, wherein the heating element is configured to vaporize a solution for oral provision to the individual.

The assembly as per claim 1, is sleek in design;

The assembly as per claim 1, is portable in nature; and,

The assembly as per claim 1, can be joined to another vape pen due to its magnetic back.
