Description

1. TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, in particular to a strength training device.

2. BACKGROUND ART

Strength training is an exercise method that improves the strength, endurance and shape of muscle groups through multiple sets of rhythmic weight-bearing exercises. Strength training is mainly anaerobic exercise, such as weight-bearing squats, push-ups, barbell rowing and other exercises. However, we can combine the advantages of aerobic exercise with light weight, multiple times, and multiple sets of circular exercises, which can decompose and utilize the lactic acid produced by anaerobic metabolism again to reduce muscle discomfort.

In a traditional strength training device, one end of the sprocket is connected to a handle bar, and the other end is connected to a weight plate; during training, the weight plate is pulled up by applying downward pulling force to the handle bar. However, traditional strength training devices take up a lot of space, and for users, the exercise cost is relatively high.

For example, the patent with the publication number of CN212817814U in the prior art discloses a strength training device, wherein elastic parts are provided between the movable gearbox and the fixed column, so that a tension is applied to the pull rod to drive the gearbox with a certain mass to move up and down, and the elastic parts apply an elastic force opposite to the above pulling force to the gearbox to achieve strength training; the elastic parts can provide a cushioning effect on the movable gearbox, reducing or even avoiding the noise and vibration generated when using training equipment for strength training; however, the overall equipment is large in size, so it takes up a lot of space and is not convenient for home use.

Therefore, in view of the technical problems described hereinabove, there is an urgent need for a strength training device that takes up little space and is convenient for home use.

3. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical problem to be solved in the invention is to overcome the defective of above technology, and provide a strength training device; the purpose is to lead the connecting rope to the handle through the connecting rods on both sides of the housing to achieve the technical effect of strength training through the handles on both sides of the housing, so as to objectively solve the technical problem that the existing strength training device takes up a lot of space.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solutions provided by the invention are: a strength training device, comprising: a housing, wherein the front of the housing is provided with a display screen, and both sides of the inner bottom of the housing are fixedly installed with motors; the output shaft of the motor is provided with a wire winding wheel, and both sides of the inside of the housing are equipped with wire passing wheels that match with the wire winding wheels; both sides of the inside of the housing are fixedly installed with universal rotating mechanisms, and the outside of the universal rotating mechanism is fixedly installed with a fixed sleeve; the fixed sleeve is fixedly installed with a connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a rotating pull ring, and the rotating pull ring is provided with a handle; a connecting rope is wound on the wire winding wheel, and the other end of the connecting rope passes through the wire passing wheel, the universal rotating mechanism, the fixed sleeve, and the connecting rod in turn and is fixedly connected to the rotating pull ring;

    • the universal rotating mechanism comprises a shell, a sliding sleeve, and a rotating gear; the shell is provided with a sliding sleeve that is slidably engaged with its rotation, and the sliding sleeve is provided with a rack that is in gear meshing with the rotating gear; the rotating gear is rotatably matched with the sliding sleeve, and the outer side thereof is fixedly connected to the fixed sleeve.

Further, the wire passing wheel comprises a fixed seat and a pulley; the fixed seat is provided with a pulley rotatably matched therewith, and the connection rope is passed between the pulley and the fixed seat.

Further, the outside of the universal rotating mechanism is provided with a rotation limiting assembly and a movement limiting assembly matched therewith; the shell is provided with a round hole matched with the rotation limiting assembly and a keyway hole matched with the movement limiting assembly; the sliding sleeve is provided with annular grooves matched with the keyway hole, and a plurality of annular grooves are arranged along the direction of the central axis of the shell.

Further, the connecting rod is a hollow cylinder with openings at both ends, which is convenient for the connecting rope to pass through; the rotating pull ring is provided with a plug matched with the connecting rod, which is plugged and rotatably matched with the connecting rod.

Further, the left side of the housing is fixed installed with a display mainboard, and the right side of the housing is provided with a control mainboard; the control mainboard is arranged on the right side of the display mainboard, and a power supply is arranged between it and the display mainboard; the top and the bottom of the right side of the housing are fixedly installed with polygonal docking columns, and sockets are opened inside the polygonal docking columns.

Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the invention are: in the invention, one end of the connecting rope is wound on the wire winding wheel and the other end is connected to the rotating pull ring through the wire winding wheel, the wire passing wheel, the universal rotating mechanisms, the fixed sleeve, the connecting rod, and the rotating pull ring; the connecting rod can be rotated and opened under the drive of the universal rotating mechanism, so as to achieve the technical effect of adjusting the height and angle according to the demand. The invention constitutes a strength training device through the interworking among structures such as the housing, the display screen, the motor, the wire winding wheel, the wire passing wheel, the universal rotating mechanisms, the fixed sleeve, the connecting rod, and the rotating pull ring; the overall size of the invention is small, and it can be installed on the wall for use, which takes up little space and is convenient for home use.

5. SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the invention will be described clearly and completely hereinafter with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the invention, rather than all of the embodiments. With reference to FIGS. 1-8, a strength training device, comprising: a housing 1, wherein the front of the housing 1 is provided with a display screen 2, and both sides of the inner bottom of the housing 1 are fixedly installed with motors 3; the output shaft of the motor 3 is provided with a wire winding wheel 4, and both sides of the inside of the housing 1 are equipped with wire passing wheels 5 that match with the wire winding wheels 4; both sides of the inside of the housing 1 are fixedly installed with universal rotating mechanisms 6, and the outside of the universal rotating mechanism 6 is fixedly installed with a fixed sleeve 7; the fixed sleeve 7 is fixedly installed with a connecting rod 8, the other end of the connecting rod 8 is provided with a rotating pull ring 9, and the rotating pull ring 9 is provided with a handle; a connecting rope 10 is wound on the wire winding wheel 4, and the other end of the connecting rope 10 passes through the wire passing wheel 5, the universal rotating mechanism 6, the fixed sleeve 7, and the connecting rod 8 in turn and is fixedly connected to the rotating pull ring 9;

Preferably, the wire passing wheel 5 comprises a fixed seat 5.1 and a pulley 5.2; the fixed seat 5.1 is provided with a pulley 5.2 rotatably matched therewith, and the connection rope 10 is passed between the pulley 5.2 and the fixed seat 5.1. The use of the wire passing wheel can make the connecting rope work stably and accurately, and there will be no deviation of the use position.

Preferably, the connecting rod 8 is a hollow cylinder with openings at both ends, which is convenient for the connecting rope 10 to pass through; the rotating pull ring 9 is provided with a plug matched with the connecting rod 8, which is plugged and rotatably matched with the connecting rod 8.

The left side of the housing 1 is fixed installed with a display mainboard 13, and the right side of the housing 1 is provided with a control mainboard 14; the control mainboard 14 is arranged on the right side of the display mainboard 13, and a power supply is arranged between it and the display mainboard 13. The control board is used to control the motor, accept and feed parameters back to the display mainboard, and the display mainboard sends various information such as start and stop, setting mode, and tension to the control board.

The display screen sends commands such as start and stop, tension setting, and mode setting to the display mainboard, and the display screen displays various parameters and alarm information sent by the display mainboard and the control mainboard.

During the specific implementation of the invention, data such as adjusting the tension value can be set through the display screen and the display mainboard, and displayed through the display screen; the adjusted data can be embodied by the control mainboard, and the output power of the motor can be controlled.

Through the mutual cooperation between the rotation limiting assembly, the movement limiting assembly and the universal rotating mechanism, the use angle and direction of the fixed sleeve, the connecting rod and the rotating pull ring can be adjusted until they are adjusted to a suitable state.

Then the user can use two hands to hold the handles subsequently, and pulls the handles downward, and the connecting rope will be pulled immediately and the connecting rope carries out the work of stretching out, and then drives the wire winding wheel to rotate, and makes the motor rotate. At this time, the tension value of the motor is controlled by the control mainboard, and the connecting rope is unfolded from the winding state on the wire winding wheel at the same time, so the tension at this time is the tension required for training.

After the connecting rope is pulled out, the wire winding wheel is driven to rotate by loosening the connecting rope and the voluntary reverse rotation of the motor, so that the connecting rope is carried out the winding work, and the training work is carried out in this reciprocating manner.

Preferably, the top and the bottom of the right side of the housing 1 are fixedly installed with polygonal docking columns 15, and sockets 16 are opened inside the polygonal docking columns 15. The right side of the housing 1 is provided with a mounting plate 17; the top and bottom of the left side of the mounting plate 17 are fixedly installed with adaptive columns 18, and the interior of the adaptive column 18 is provided with a polygonal slot 19; a fixing hole 20 is opened inside the adaptive column 18 and outside the polygonal slot 19. The mounting plate is H-shaped and can be directly fixed on the wall by bolts. The polygonal slots are matched with the polygonal docking columns.

A plug pin is provided on the top of the fixing hole 20 and on the top of the adaptive column 18. The diameters of the fixing hole and the socket are the same, and match with the plug pin; the fixing hole and the polygonal slot are arranged vertically to each other.

When the invention is in implemented, when it needs to carry out installation operation, the polygonal docking column can be moved by lifting the housing until the polygonal docking column move to correspond to the left opening position of the polygonal slot opened inside the adaptive column; the polygonal docking column can then be moved to the right by pushing the housing to the right, and enters into the polygonal slot, until the position of the socket and the fixing hole are aligned when fully inserted; then the plug pin can be inserted into the fixing hole from the top of the fixing hole and the top of the adaptive column, and then enter the socket to complete the installation work.

the universal rotating mechanism comprises a shell, a sliding sleeve, and a rotating gear; the shell is provided with a sliding sleeve that is slidably engaged with its rotation, and the sliding sleeve is provided with a rack that is in gear meshing with the rotating gear; the rotating gear is rotatably matched with the sliding sleeve, and the outer side thereof is fixedly connected to the fixed sleeve.

2. The strength training device of claim 1, wherein the wire passing wheel comprises a fixed seat and a pulley; the fixed seat is provided with a pulley rotatably matched therewith, and the connection rope is passed between the pulley and the fixed seat.

The strength training device of claim 2, wherein the outside of the universal rotating mechanism is provided with a rotation limiting assembly and a movement limiting assembly matched therewith; the shell is provided with a round hole matched with the rotation limiting assembly and a keyway hole matched with the movement limiting assembly; the sliding sleeve is provided with annular grooves matched with the keyway hole, and a plurality of annular grooves are arranged along the direction of the central axis of the shell.

The strength training device of claim 3, wherein the connecting rod is a hollow cylinder with openings at both ends, which is convenient for the connecting rope to pass through; the rotating pull ring is provided with a plug matched with the connecting rod, which is plugged and rotatably matched with the connecting rod.
