Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field technology of sports requisites, in particular to an integral molding and foaming leg guard.

BACKGROUND ART

In the current leg guards on the market, the impact-resistant plastic plates (pp plastic plates, TPU, POM, PMMA, ABS, PA, styrene-butadiene rubber plastic plates and other plastic plates) or the carbon fiber plates and the foam buffer layer (the prepared foam buffer layer is made of EVA, XPE, PE or TPE, etc.) within an inside thereof are bonded together via double-sided adhesive or glue, or are sewn together by means of sewing. However, if the leg guards are coated with glue, etc., during the production process of the leg guards, because the glue has a strong smell and contains formaldehyde, it is harmful to the respiratory tract, the eyes and the skin when the workers attach the leg guards. At the same time, because the product received by the customer has a smell, the experience of the customer is poor, and it is not environmentally friendly. With the increases of the time and the frequency in the use process, the adhesive force is weakened and the leg guard is easy to fall off. During the use of the sewing leg guard, the sewing thread is easy to break with the increases of the use time and the use frequency. In the production process of the plastic plate and the buffer layer, the buffer layer needs to be prepared in advance, and then fixed on the plastic plate via the glue bonding or by means of sewing, which leads to low production efficiency. In addition, the prefabricated foam buffer layer needs to be cut into the desired shape according to the shape of the leg guard, and a lot of corner wastes of the foam buffer layer are generated during the cutting process.

SUMMARY

The embodiments aim to provide an integral molding and foaming leg guard to solve the above technical problems existing in the prior art. The integral molding and foaming leg guard can improve the connection effect and the connection strength between the fixing layer and the foam buffer layer, and is not easy to fall off. The production efficiency is high, the production cost is saved, and it is more environmentally friendly.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions.

An integral molding and foaming leg guard is provided. The leg guard includes a fixing layer and a foam buffer layer. The fixing layer and the foam buffer layer are integrally molded and foamed, such that the fixed connection between the fixing layer and the foam buffer layer may be realized without glue or sewing. The fixed effect is good, the production is convenient, and the production efficiency is improved. Further, there is no need to cut the foam buffer layer, the amount of leftover material is very small, and the production cost is saved.

In some embodiments, the fixing layer may be an arc-shaped fixing plate. The structure of the arc-shaped fixing plate can facilitate the fitting of the legs, improve the protective effect of the leg guard, and is convenient to use.

In some embodiments, the fixing plate may be made of plastic or carbon fiber. The fixing plate made of the plastic is easy to be manufactured and has a low cost. The fixing plate made of the carbon fiber board has high impact strength and better protection. After the plastic material or the carbon fiber material and polyurethane are subjected to the foam molding, the adhesion and fixation effect is good, and it is not easy to fall off between them. The plastic materials include PA, TPU, POM, PMMA, ABS, pp plastic plate, styrene-butadiene rubber plastic sheet and other plastic plates.

In some embodiments, the foam buffer layer may be made of polyurethane. Compared with the traditional pre-prepared plastic plates and the foam buffer layers, in the present disclosure, after pouring the liquid polyurethane (abbreviated as PU) raw material with an A-component and an B-component directly onto the foam buffer layer formed by foaming on the plastic plate, the plastic plate and the foam buffer layer are fixed together. On the one hand, the production efficiency is higher and the waste generation is reduced. On the other hand, the adhesion effect between the foam buffer layer and the fixing layer is better. The adhesion between the foam buffer layer and the fixed layer is more stronger, and the foam buffer layer and the fixed layer are not easy to separate.

In some embodiments, the foam buffer layer may be provided with a ventilation slot. By providing the ventilation slot, the functions of both the ventilation and the heat dissipation are achieved, and the overall comfort of the leg guard is improved.

In some embodiments, the foam buffer layer may include a first wall area and a second wall area, and a thickness of the second wall area may be greater than a thickness of the first wall area. The foam buffer layer is formed by integrated foaming. According to the use requirements, the first wall area and the second wall area with different thicknesses can be made according to the mold shape during the production, which makes the buffer effect better during use.

The embodiments have the following beneficial effects due to the above technical scheme.

In the embodiments, the fixing layer and the foam buffer layer are integrally molded and foamed, such that the adhesion effect between the fixing layer and the foam layer is better. There is no need to cut the foam buffer layer in the production process, and only a small amount of leftover material is produced when the product is trimmed. In the present embodiments, the connection effect and the connection strength between the fixing layer and the foam buffer layer are improved, the foam buffer layer is not easy to fall off from the fixed layer, the production efficiency is high, and the production cost is saved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an integral molding and foaming leg guard is provided. The leg guard includes a fixing layer 1 and a foam buffer layer 2. The fixing layer 1 and the foam buffer layer 2 are integrally molded and foamed, such that the fixed connection between the fixing layer 1 and the foam buffer layer 2 may be realized without glue or sewing. The fixed effect is good, the production is convenient, and the production efficiency is improved. Further, there is no need to cut the foam buffer layer, the amount of leftover material is very small, and the production cost is saved.

The fixing layer 1 is an arc-shaped fixing plate. The structure of the arc-shaped fixing plate can facilitate the fitting of the legs, improve the protective effect of the leg guard, and is convenient to use.

The fixing plate is made of plastic or carbon fiber. The fixing plate made of the plastic is easy to be manufactured and has a low cost. The fixing plate made of the carbon fiber board has high impact strength and better protection. After the plastic material or the carbon fiber material and polyurethane are subjected to the foam molding, the adhesion and fixation effect is good, and it is not easy to fall off between them. The plastic materials include PA, TPU, POM, PMMA, ABS, pp plastic plate, styrene-butadiene rubber plastic sheet and other plastic plates.

The foam buffer layer 2 is made of polyurethane. Compared with the traditional pre-prepared plastic plates and the foam buffer layers 2, in the present disclosure, after pouring the liquid polyurethane (abbreviated as PU) raw material with an A-component and an B-component directly onto the foam buffer layer formed by foaming on the plastic plate, the plastic plate and the foam buffer layer are fixed together. The foam buffer layer 2 is provided with a ventilation slot 3. By providing the ventilation slot 3, the functions of both the ventilation and the heat dissipation are achieved, and the overall comfort of the leg guard is improved.

The foam buffer layer 2 includes a first wall area and a second wall area, and a thickness of the second wall area may be greater than a thickness of the first wall area. The foam buffer layer is formed by integrated foaming. According to the use requirements, the first wall area and the second wall area with different thicknesses can be made according to the mold shape during the production, which makes the buffer effect better during use.

The fixing layer 1 and the foam buffer layer 2 are integrally molded and foamed, such that the adhesion effect between the fixing layer and the foam layer is better. The above are only specific embodiments of the present disclosure, but the technical features of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. Any simple change, equivalent replacement or modification made on the basis of the present disclosure to solve basically the same technical problems and achieve basically the same technical effects are contained by the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A leg guard, the leg guard comprising a fixing plate and a foam buffer layer, wherein the foam buffer layer and the fixing plate are integrally molded and fixedly connected with each other;

the fixing plate is made of plastic; and

the foam buffer layer is made of polyurethane;

wherein liquid polyurethane is directly poured onto the fixing plate made of plastic to be foamed and molded.

2. The leg guard according to claim 1, wherein the fixing plate is an arc-shaped fixing plate.
