Sink Support Bracket claiming the benefit of provisional application 63/488,456 confirmation number 5558.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention solves the issues of supporting or lifting items from the sink when needed and closing when not needed. The bracket will provide aid to people with lifting concerns from their sink. Attempting to balance pots and pans on the sink divider is a common issue for users. Supporting on the divider is helpful for those with lifting issues of a heavy or awkward container out of the depth of the sink. By supporting the pot on the divider during filling, cooling or draining it prevents using the sink depth and reducing the lifting. Occasionally pots and pans may not fit and having the option to fill the equipment outside the bottom area is desired. Having a method that is attachable to the divider with supporting areas will prevent potential safety issue and reducing lift requirement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One embodiment of the bracket assembly is designed to straddle over the divided area of the sink or support providing a raised support it extends the divider on both sides. This assembly does not go down or across the sink divider but maintains a table flatness across providing support. The body is of a width of various sizes to fit an assortment of manufactured sink divided sizes. The body containing a spring type material force creating a gripping function on the divide. This type unit would open and close manually.

Another embodiment would function such that when a container is placed on the assembly it would automatically open and then close when container is removed.

Yet another embodiment could use electrification to open and close the bracket support.

Yet another embodiment could be removed and placed on divider as needed and be a stationary support. Removal of the body is available by removing the unit off the divided area. The body could be comprised of solid or mesh. The stands that rotate as need to support the equipment balancing over the body. The stands are such that they support and rotate forward and backwards as needed to provide support or accessibility. The stands could be a solid or mesh type material. The retaining stands and fasteners may be altered to meet various equipment configurations. This demonstrates the concept of the support structure including the rotating along a fastened area of the stands to the body. The proportion of the body and stands in combination that are alternate to the figures but providing the same concept of support integrally formed together or separately coupled together. A design of the use of a push button and some type of spring action could also be incorporated with or without slides and levers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring generally to the figures are assemblies that provide support for use on a sink support system. The disclosed assemblies are configured to provide convenience to support a container during usage at the sink. The bracket assembly is level with the divider using the divider to obtain support creating a level area to place objects upon for support. The divider or other type of support can be varying non uniform shaped divider. The advantage of such a device is to provide ease of transportation from filling area with reduced lifting required for people who struggle with that lifting. The bracket assembly could be used in residential, commercial or industrial operations. The assembly may include more than one configuration. The description and figures shown exemplary embodiments are illustrations only. The material type will act as a clamping type force being of such that it provides support and balance to such usage. The shape is designed to be of the length and material to create a level space to provide support. Although a few embodiments are detailed those selected for this review will appreciate that various alternative are possible (e.g., size, quantity, structures, shapes, materials, orientations, locations, orientations) without materially departing from the novel teaching and advantages of the subject matter described herein.

FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary embodiment of an accessory assembly consisting of a body 0003, stand(s) 0001, Linkage 0002. The body 0003 straddles sink divider 0006. Sink divider 0006 can include a plurality of sizes that extend upward from the bottom of the sink or any direction such that the body 0003 can saddle the area. It is noted that any such upward area such that the body 0003 can fit for such usage is a greeble for such usage on different configurations. The accessory 0007 could be fastened or not fastened as needed to secure a support level plane area for supporting a pot or other unit.

The divider 0006 may be defined by usage in a sink or any other structure such that this type of support is required and may find benefit in its usage. The divider 0006 in this example is a sink divider consisting of a wall extending from the bottom such that the body 0003 will saddle over. The divider or sink design may have any suitable shape that provides an area for the body 0003 to sit upon. A divider could also be described as steel or wood or other type material that creates a support for these types of accessories to be applied for planar support. The divider 0006 other type of support can be varying non uniform shaped divider.

As show in FIG. 1-2, an accessory 0007 and 0008 is removable attachment to an embodiment to a structure such as a divider 0006 in a sink. The divider 0006 or other type of support can be varying non uniform shaped divider. The accessory is designed to support a pot while filling from the sink. The accessory will be at the same level or plane as the attachment top to create a level stable mount of the pot. The accessory may have any number of linkages 0002 and 0004. The accessory may also contain any number of stands 0001 and 0010.

FIG. 2 depicts another exemplary embodiment of a type of accessory that includes an automated extension of the leveling function. It includes a button 0005, linkage 0004 and stands 0010. When a pot or a weighted object is placed on the button the stands 0010 extends by the linkage 0004 attached. When the object or pot is removed the linkage 0004 retracts. The accessory may contain springs to perform the extension and return position. The goal of this accessory is to create a level point that occurs without the aid of the manual extension of as in accessory 0007. The accessory 0008 could be fastened or not fastened as needed to secure a support level plane area for supporting a pot or other unit.

FIG. 4 illustrate the accessory 0011 according to an exemplary embodiment. The accessory includes a body 0012 that extends as a complete structure. This unit will straddle over the varying non-uniform shaped divider 0006 creating a level support area for a pot or pan. This accessory is removable as needed. The attached accessory 0011 may be slid over any such varied size structure that would provide a level support. The accessory 0011 could be fastened or not fastened as needed to secure a support level plane area for supporting a pot or other unit.

The accessory 0007, 0008 and 0011 may include shape that creates a tight fit to varying divider 0006 or other type structures. The accessory 0007, 0008, 0011 may be coated with material that will be an abrasive mating surface with the divider 0006.

The length of the accessory 0007, 0008, 0011 may be adjusted various lengths and heights. They may have various locking process applied to the mechanisms.
