CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is an update of my provisional application No. 63/535,091, which has been improved for the device to stay on ground for a minimum of 100+shot practice with a golf driver and improved in other aspects of the product.

Also, I have made two more variations with the same original concept; one with steel plate for commercial use and another with multiple purpose with a plastic container filled of sand, water, act like a cooler or planter.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The idea started with the intention of creating a golf tee that can be reused, set at a predetermined height, and can be used for a continuous 100 plus practice shots.

This invention will also help to reduce the use of thousands of plastics and wood broken golf practice tees around the field when practicing.

It will also reduce the amount of time that a golfer spends looking for said broken tees, and placing the standard wood or plastic golf tees to practice again. The golf tee practice device is designed to stay in the grass for a minimum of 100 plus shots of practice, reducing waste and getting more time to practice.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is to give you more time to practice with set height for your ball every time instead of putting and wasting other standard golf tee for every ball. This invention will increase practice and make it easy to use for the user. The invention also includes many distinct parts later explained to reduce stress on driver, allow for predetermined height, and system to lock the system down for 100 plus practice shots.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

On FIG. 1 we see the completed device that goes attached to the solid ground, with numbers corresponding to its various parts.

On FIG. 17 we see the same system but on a steel plate instead for concrete floor or fake grass. This would be used in a commercial setting.

On FIG. 21 we see the same system with a plastic base and container support for sand, water, beer or sodas as a cooler, or plants for commercial or individual purposes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The Rotating Golf Tee practice device will contain all plastic parts in the main system, with a reversible arm for right and left-handed people. It will contain, rubber material as not damage the driver, one main post with different heights, 2 locking washer to set wanted height, one main base to support the position on ground, 4 bottom locking system under the base to lock the stakes and expand them to create greater resistance between the ground, and 4 stainless steel stakes.

Other versions include one with a steel base for commercial use on cement or fake grass. And another one to be used with a decorative plastic container that can be used with sand, water, or function as a cooler or planter for commercial or individual use.

On FIG. 1 we see the complete system to stay on the ground (grass-soil).

Rotating Golf Tee for mats, on FIG. 23 and FIG. 24 we see the same system with an option or changing the main post to adapt to the golfing mat (20), attached with a custom washer to support the main post and for stability (21). FIG. 23 is the higher position, and FIG. 24 is the lower position just flipping the main arm. On FIG. 25 is the BOM assembly view.

Claims

1. We claim that the golf practice tee system allows different heights of the ball to be set for various kinds of shots and can be used in different situations with different models for grass, concrete, and fake grass.

2. We claim that the system uses 4 stainless steel stakes that lock it down to the ground to allow the user to hit a minimum of 100+practice shots.

A—On claim 2, has four stakes to lock down the system, the base of the system includes four clips that house the stakes when locked into the ground.

B—On claim 2, the system allows anyone to easily put and remove the stakes into the ground from the clips at the base, the product comes with a double-sided tool that helps to push/lock the stakes into place, and to unlock/pull the stake out.

C—On claim 2, when inserting the stakes into the ground, the base will purposefully expand the stakes apart to create an even stronger adhesion to the ground.

D—On claim 2, the stakes will be made in a sort of long U form and be created using stainless steel to reduce rusting and corrosion.

3. We claim that the system uses a flexible arm that can rotate 360 degrees in order limit any kind of stress on the driver, the flexible arm can also be used for left and right-handed players and reversed to get a closer or father shot from the ground.

E—On claim 3, the flexible arm is made of a different kind of material from the rest of the system to reduce any kind of stress on the driver upon impact.

F—On claim 3, where the arm and the post connect, the arm contains washers to reduce friction between the two parts.

G—On claim 3, the flexible arm will also include a hole that will be used for other accessories like a rubber ball for practice in a home or backyard environment, and other accessories.

1.1 On claim 1 the system includes locking washers that allow the user to easily set heights for the ball for various kinds of practice shots.

1.2 On claim 1 the different models allow you for more versatility when using the product include a steel plate, container with either sand or water, and container for a soda or beer cooler.

1.3 On claim 1, the different heights can be set differently for personal preference, age, or different golf clubs.
