Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

BACKGROUND

Currently, in the electronic atomization industry, there is an electronic atomizing device using solid aerosolisable medium. Compared with real cigarettes that burn tobacco, the advantages are that it uses evaporation or baking to replace the burning process, avoiding the production of many irritating, toxic, and carcinogenic substances, and it has a purer taste and is suitable for various types of solid aerosolisable medium.

At present, the electronic atomizing device using solid aerosolisable medium on the market usually includes the following components: a box containing solid aerosolisable medium, a spoon, an atomizer, and a battery. In the traditional structure, the atomizer is located at the top of the battery, that is, between the suction nozzle and the battery, while the heating element is located in the atomizer. The box stores highly viscous solid aerosolisable medium. Before use, the user needs to separate the atomizer from the battery, then uses the spoon to scoop out a small amount of the solid aerosolisable medium and places it into the atomizing chamber of the atomizer, and then connects and seals the atomizer and the battery together. In use, the atomizer is powered on to heat the solid aerosolisable medium, so as to produce aerosol for suction by the user.

The atomizing assembly and electronic atomizing device provided in various embodiments of the present application, based on their simple and portable features, can be applied to small electronic atomizing devices or disposable atomizing devices. The aerosolisable medium referred to in this application can be heated and atomized in an electronic atomizing device to generate aerosol that can be inhaled by the user. According to different usage purposes, various ingredients can be added to the aerosolisable medium, such as tobacco ingredients, drug ingredients, fragrance ingredients, nicotine ingredients, cannabis extracts etc. Optionally, users can conduct composition analysis experiments on the aerosolisable medium stored in the electronic atomizing device by connecting the electronic atomizing device to a gas collection device. For example, the aerosolisable medium in the electronic atomizing device is used as an experimental material, and the electronic atomizing device is distributed as a teaching and experimental teaching tool to experimental personnel or students to complete the experimental teaching. The electronic atomizing device can also be connected to a respiratory device to achieve nebulization therapy for patients. For example, the aerosolisable medium in the electronic atomizing device contains drug components, and the electronic atomizing device atomizes the aerosolisable medium for the patients to inhale and treat. Alternatively, the aerosolisable medium in the electronic atomizing device may contain fragrance or nicotine components. The electronic atomizing device atomizes the aerosolisable medium for users to inhale, replacing traditional suction methods. Users can also place the electronic atomizing device in a designated area for work and atomization at the designated area. For example, the aerosolisable medium in the electronic atomizing device includes disinfectant or fragrance enhancer to achieve disinfection or fragrance enhancement.

Taking the electronic cigarette for heating solid aerosolisable medium to generate aerosol as an example, the structure of the electronic atomizing device in the present application will be explained. The electronic atomizing device includes an atomizing assembly, which is used to heat the aerosolisable medium inside to form aerosol for users to inhale. When the aerosolisable medium is solid aerosolisable medium, users can simulate the feeling of smoking by inhaling the aerosol formed by the atomization of the solid aerosolisable medium, thus replacing cigarettes and helping users quit smoking. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the external appearance of the electronic atomizing device 10 in one embodiment of the present application, FIG. 3 shows the exploded schematic diagram of the electronic atomizing device 10 in this embodiment, and FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6 show the internal structural schematic diagram of the electronic atomizing device 10 in this embodiment. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the electronic atomizing device 10 provided in one embodiment of the present application includes a housing 100, an atomizing assembly 200, and a power supply assembly 300. The housing 100 is provided with a charging hole 101 and an air outlet 102 that are each in communication with an inner cavity of the housing 100. The atomizing assembly 200 and the power supply assembly 300 are both located in the housing 100. The power supply assembly 300 is electrically connected to the atomizing assembly 200 for supplying power to the atomizing assembly 200 to generate heat energy. The atomizing assembly 200 is used to heat the aerosolisable medium stored inside it to generate aerosol. When the user inhales, the external air can enter the atomizing assembly 200 located in the housing 100 through the charging hole 101, mix with the aerosol, and be discharged from the air outlet 102 to be inhaled by the user.

The atomizing assembly 200 includes a mounting member 210, a heating element 220, a preheating member 230, and an atomizing core 240. The heating element 220, the preheating member 230 and the atomizing core 240 are all located in the mounting member 210. The mounting member 210 is an integrated structure, preferably made of an elastic soft material (such as silicone or rubber) for sealing and insulation purposes. The mounting member 210 seals the aerosolisable medium inside the atomizing assembly 200 to prevent the aerosolisable medium from leaking to an outside of the atomizing assembly 200 and coming into contact with the power supply assembly 300, thereby avoiding the risk of short circuit.

The electronic atomizing device 10 has a thickness direction (the X-axis direction in FIG. 1), a width direction (the Y-axis direction in FIG. 1), and a height direction (the Z-axis direction in FIG. 1). Referring also to FIG. 7 to FIG. 10, the mounting member 210 protrudes and extends along the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10 to form a hollow cylindrical mounting portion 211. A mounting hole 201 is provided in the mounting portion 211, and the central axis X1 of the mounting hole 201 extends along the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10. One end of the mounting hole 201 is formed with an opening 201A, and the heating element 220 is placed into and mounted in the mounting hole 201 through the opening 201A. The mounting member 210 is provided with a bottom wall 201B at the other end of the mounting hole 201.

The heating element 220 is mounted in the mounting hole 201, and the heating element 220 is a hollow structure used to contain solid aerosolisable medium. The preheating member 230 and the atomizing core 240 are each connected to the heating element 220. The preheating member 230 is used to preheat the solid aerosolisable medium contained in the heating element 220, so that the solid aerosolisable medium melts and flows into the atomizing core 240. The atomizing core 240 is used to heat the melted aerosolisable medium to generate aerosol, and the aerosol can be discharged from the air outlet 102 of the electronic atomizing device 10.

Specifically, the heating element 220 has a hollow cylindrical structure extending along the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, and includes a first cylindrical section 222 and a second cylindrical section 224 that are connected to each other. The first cylindrical section 222 and the second cylindrical section 224 are coaxially connected to each other as an integrated structure. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the first cylindrical section 222 is greater than the outer diameter of the second cylindrical section 224, and the length of the first cylindrical section 222 is greater than the length of the second cylindrical section 224.

A receiving chamber 221 is provided in the heating element 220 and runs through opposite ends of the heating element 220. The central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221 extends along the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, and the central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221 coincides with the central axis X1 of the mounting hole 201. The receiving chamber 221 includes a first cavity 221A and a second cavity 221B that are in communication with each other. The first cavity 221A is located in the first cylindrical section 222, and the second cavity 221B is located in the second cylindrical section 224. The first cavity 221A is used to contain the solid aerosolisable medium and functions as a preheating cavity for preheating the solid aerosolisable medium contained therein, and the atomizing core 240 is located in the second cavity 221B.

In other words, a receiving chamber 221 is formed in the heating element 220, the receiving chamber 221 includes a first cavity 221A formed in a first end of the heating element 220 and a second cavity 221B formed in a second end of the heating element 220, wherein the first cavity 221A and the second cavity 221B are in communication with each other, the first cavity 221A is used for containing the solid aerosolisable medium, and the atomizing core 240 is located in the second cavity 221B.

In this embodiment, the first cavity 221A and the second cavity 221B are coaxially arranged to each other, the inner diameter of the first cavity 221A is greater than the inner diameter of the second cavity 221B, and the length of the first cavity 221A is greater than the length of the second cavity 221B. As a result, the first cavity 221A has a much larger volume than the second cavity 221B. Thus, more solid aerosolisable medium can be contained in the first cavity 221A.

Moreover, the first cavity 221A and the second cavity 221B are arranged adjacent to each other. After the solid aerosolisable medium in the first cavity 221A is heated to a molten state, it can flow into the second cavity 221B through a shortest path, and then be heated by the atomizing core 240 to generate aerosol. Also, the atomizing core 240 can transfer a portion of the heat to the heating element 220, achieving the effect of preheating while heating and atomizing the aerosolisable medium. Therefore, the electronic atomizing device 10 only needs to turn on the preheating member 230 for preheating once, so that the atomizing core 240 can fully atomize the aerosolisable medium, thereby saving electricity.

Referring also to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, in this embodiment, the preheating member 230 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical section 222. Preferably, a gap is formed between the preheating member 230 and the mounting portion 211 of the mounting member 210 to avoid contact between the preheating member 230 and other components, so as to avoid damage to other components. The atomizing core 240 is located in the second cavity 221B. An atomizing chamber 203 is formed outside the atomizing core 240 away from the receiving chamber 221. Specifically, the atomizing chamber 203 is formed between the atomizing core 240 and the bottom wall 201B of the mounting hole 201. The mounting member 210 is further provided with an air inlet 202, and the air inlet 202 is in communication with the atomizing chamber 203. The aerosol formed due to the heating and atomization of the aerosolisable medium by the atomizing core 240 can enter the atomizing chamber 203. That is, the aerosol can enter the atomizing chamber 203 to mix with the external air entering the atomizing chamber 203 from the air inlet 202. Specifically, the air inlet 202 is provided through the bottom wall 201B of the mounting hole 201, but is not limited to this. For example, in other embodiments, the air inlet 202 can also be provided through a side wall of the mounting member 210.

Specifically, the atomizing core 240 has a first end surface and an opposite second end surface, wherein the first end surface faces towards the first cavity 221A, and the second end surface faces towards the atomizing chamber 203. The atomizing chamber 203 is formed between the second end surface of the atomizing core 240 and the bottom wall 201B of the mounting hole 201, so that the atomizing chamber 203 is located at one side of the atomizing core 240, with the atomizing core 240 located between the first cavity 221A of the receiving chamber 221 and the atomizing chamber 203. An accommodating chamber 241 is formed in the atomizing core 240, and the accommodating chamber 241 is in fluid communication with the first cavity 221A of the receiving chamber 221 and the atomizing chamber 203. Specifically, a central portion of the first end surface of the atomizing core 240 is recessed towards the second end surface of the atomizing core 240 to form the accommodating chamber 241, so that the atomizing core 240 has a U-shaped cross-section, as can be clearly seen from FIG. 11 and FIG. 12. After the solid aerosolisable medium is preheated by the preheating member 230 to become a molten state, the molten aerosolisable medium flows towards the atomizing core 240. The molten aerosolisable medium first flows to and is accumulated in the accommodating chamber 241 of the atomizing core 240, and then is diffused from the accommodating chamber 241 into micro pores that are formed inside the atomizing core 240, so that the molten aerosolisable medium can be uniformly permeated into the atomizing core 240. A heating member 242 (wherein the pins of the heating member 242 can be clearly seen from FIG. 3 and FIG. 7) is fixed attached to the second end surface of the atomizing core 240, or is embedded in the atomizing core 240. The heating member 242 is electrically connected to the power supply assembly 300 and is used to heat the atomizing core 240, so that the molten aerosolisable medium permeated into the atomizing core 240 can be heated and atomized into aerosol. The heating member 242 may be a heating wire or a heating plate. Further, the atomizing core 240 has a thickness, i.e., the distance between the first end surface and the second end surface, being substantially the same as the length of the second cavity 221B of the receiving chamber 221, so that the atomizing core 240 is fittingly received in the second cavity 221B of the receiving chamber 221.

The mounting member 210 is further provided with a vent hole 204, and the vent hole 204 is in communication with the atomizing chamber 203. A vent pipe 700 is connected to the mounting member 210, with one end of the vent pipe 700 inserted into the vent hole 204 and connected to the mounting member 210. An airway 701 is provided in the vent pipe 700 and runs axially through opposite ends of the vent pipe 700. The central axis X3 of the airway 701 extends along the height direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, and is perpendicular to the central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221. The atomizing chamber 203 is in communication with the airway 701 through the vent hole 204, so that the charging hole 101, the air inlet 202, the atomizing chamber 203, the vent hole 204, the airway 701 and the air outlet 102 are communicated in sequence to form an airflow passage.

The preheating member 230 and the heating member are both electrically connected to the power supply assembly 300. Before the use of the electronic atomizing device 10, solid aerosolisable medium is filled in the first cavity 221A. The preheating member 230 can preheat the solid aerosolisable medium in the first cavity 221A under the electrical energy provided by the power supply assembly 300 to generate molten aerosolisable medium. The molten aerosolisable medium flows into the atomizing core 240 in the second cavity 221B. The atomizing core 240 can heat and atomize the molten aerosolisable medium under the electrical energy provided by the power supply assembly 300 to generate aerosol, so that the aerosol can be discharged from the air outlet 102 of the electronic atomizing device 10.

In this embodiment, by setting the atomizing chamber 203 inside the mounting member 210, the aerosol formed after heating and atomizing the aerosolisable medium can be concentrated in the atomizing chamber 203 without being scattered, effectively reducing the loss of aerosol and avoiding it from escaping to other structures inside the housing 100 of the electronic atomizing device 10. This ensures that as much aerosol as possible gathers in the atomizing chamber 203, and is then discharged from the air outlet 102 and inhaled by the user, avoiding waste of the aerosolisable medium.

It can be understood that the preheating member 230 is not limited to be sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical section 222 of the heating element 220, and can also be connected to the first cylindrical section 222 of the heating element 220 in any connection method, as long as it can preheat the aerosolisable medium inside the heating element 220. For example, the preheating member 230 can also be embedded inside the first cylindrical section 222 of the heating element 220, that is, the preheating member 230 is hidden inside the first cylindrical section 222 without being exposed.

When the atomizing core 240 heats and atomizes the aerosolisable medium, the atomizing core 240 can also transfer a portion of the heat to the heating element 220, achieving the effect of preheating while heating and atomizing. That is, the atomizing core 240 can also preheat the solid aerosolisable medium in the first cavity 221A to a certain extent. Therefore, in other embodiments, the preheating member 230 can be omitted, that is, no preheating member 230 is provided in the atomizing assembly 200, and only the atomizing core 240 is provided in the atomizing assembly 200, and the atomizing core 240 can melt the solid aerosolisable medium and further heat and atomize it to generate aerosol.

In order to enable the heating element 220 to be fixedly mounted in the mounting hole 201 without arbitrary movement in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, the outer peripheral surface of the heating element 220 has a first step 225 between the first cylindrical section 222 and the second cylindrical section 224. Correspondingly, the mounting member 210 is provided with a first limiting structure 212 protruding towards the central axis X1 of the mounting hole 201 on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 201, and the end face of the first limiting structure 212 is in contact with the first step 225 to restrict the movement of the heating element 220 towards the air inlet 202 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10.

Further, a second limiting structure 213 protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the first limiting structure 212 towards the central axis X1 of the mounting hole 201. The end face of the second limiting structure 213 is in contact with the atomizing core 240 to restrict the movement of the atomizing core 240 towards the air inlet 202 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, thereby limiting the overall displacement of the heating element 220 and the atomizing core 240 towards the air inlet 202. Specifically, the second limiting structure 213 may be one or more limiting strips arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the first limiting structure 212.

Further, the first cylindrical section 222 is provided with a second step 226 protruding towards the mounting portion 211 of the mounting member 210 on the outer peripheral surface of one end of the first cylindrical section 222 away from the second cylindrical section 224. Correspondingly, one end of the mounting portion 211 of the mounting member 210 away from the air inlet 202 is provided with a third limiting structure 214 protruding towards the central axis X1 of the mounting hole 201 on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 201. The third limiting structure 214 is located at the position of the opening 201A of the mounting hole 201. The third limiting structure 214 is in contact with the second step 226 to prevent the heating element 220 from detaching from the mounting hole 201 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10. In this way, the displacement of the heating element 220 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10 is completely restricted, so that the heating element 220 can be fixedly mounted in the mounting hole 201 of the mounting member 210.

In addition, in order to completely limit the displacement of the atomizing core 240 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, a limiting portion 227 is protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the heating element 220 towards the central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221. The limiting portion 227 has an annular shape and is in contact with the atomizing core 240 to restrict the atomizing core 240 from moving away from the air inlet 202 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, so that the displacement of the atomizing core 240 in the thickness direction of the electronic atomizing device 10 is also be completely limited.

Moreover, the end surface of the limiting portion 227 near the first cavity 221A is an inclined surface that converges towards the central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221, so that the molten aerosolisable medium generated by preheating the solid aerosolisable medium in the first cavity 221A can smoothly and quickly flow into the atomizing core 240 for heating and atomization under the guidance of the inclined surface.

In this way, through the above settings, the structure of the mounting member 210 is simple, simplifying the installation steps of the atomizing assembly 200, thereby facilitating the installation of the heating element 220 and the atomizing core 240, and the heating element 220 and the atomizing core 240 can also be firmly fixed and sealed in the mounting member 210, with better fixing and sealing effects.

In a specific embodiment, the preheating member 230 is an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) heating cable, which has excellent flexibility, light weight, thin thickness, and good bendability, and can be tightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the heating element 220. The heating element 220 is made of a metal material with good thermal conductivity. When the preheating member 230 is powered on, the heat can be quickly transferred to the first cavity 221A, thereby quickly heating the solid aerosolisable medium in the first cavity 221A into a molten flow state.

In a specific embodiment, the atomizing core 240 is made of porous ceramic material, because the ceramic carrier has excellent heat resistance, can work at temperatures up to 1000° C., and has porous properties, thus having good oil guiding and locking functions. The molten aerosolisable medium can be uniformly permeated into the atomizing core 240. Once the user starts to inhale, the smoke inhaled can maintain a certain degree of taste consistency, allowing the atomizing core 240 with the ceramic material to completely release rich flavors and make certain flavors more abundant.

Preferably, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 12, the atomizing assembly 200 further includes a first auxiliary sealing member 250. The first auxiliary sealing member 250 has a hollow cylindrical structure and is made of an elastic soft material. The first auxiliary sealing member 250 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the atomizing core 240 and is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the second cavity 221B to seal the gap formed between the outer peripheral surface of the atomizing core 240 and the inner peripheral surface of the second cavity 221B, thereby further preventing molten aerosolisable medium from leaking out of the gap to the outside of the atomizing assembly 200.

In addition, in order to firmly install the atomizing assembly 200 inside the housing 100, referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the outer surface of the mounting member 210 is provided with two fixing structures 215. Correspondingly, the inner wall of the housing 100 is provided with locking portions (not labeled) corresponding to the fixing structures 215. The fixing structure 215 is interlocked with the locking portion, making it convenient to fix the atomizing assembly 200 inside the housing 100, and avoiding arbitrary movement of the atomizing assembly 200.

As shown by the dashed lines in FIG. 4, when the user performs suction, the external air from the outer environment can enter the housing 100 from the charging hole 101, then enter the atomizing chamber 203 of the atomizing assembly 200 from the air inlet 202, thereafter mix with the aerosol generated by heating and atomizing the aerosolisable medium by the atomizing core 240, and finally be discharged out of the electronic atomizing device 10 from the airway 701 and the air outlet 102 for being inhaled by the user.

As shown in FIG. 13, the mounting member 210 and the vent pipe 700 are respectively provided with the mounting hole 201 and the airway 701, wherein the heating element 220 is mounted in the mounting hole 201, and the central axis X2 of the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220 is perpendicular to the central axis X3 of the airway 701 of the vent pipe 700, making the direction of the airflow passage in the atomizing assembly 200 simple. When the electronic atomizing device 10 is held by the user in the direction shown in FIG. 13 for horizontal suction (i.e., the opening of the receiving chamber 221 faces upwards), the central axis X2 of the heating element 220 extends vertically and is the same as the direction of gravity. The solid aerosolisable medium becomes a flowable molten state under the preheating effect of the preheating member 230. The molten aerosolisable medium flows from the first cavity 221A to the second cavity 221B where the molten aerosolisable medium is heated by the atomizing core 240 to generate aerosol. After mixing with the intake air, the aerosol flows out through the airway 701 and the air outlet 102, so that the flow path of the molten aerosolisable medium is vertical and the outflow path of the aerosol is horizontal. In this case, the molten aerosolisable medium can smoothly and quickly enter the atomizing core 240 from the first cavity 221A under the action of gravity, so that the aerosolisable medium can be atomized more thoroughly when heated and atomized by the atomizing core 240, thereby reducing the residual aerosolisable medium and avoiding blockage of the airflow passage.

Meanwhile, by setting the receiving chamber 221 perpendicular to the airway 701, the power supply assembly 300 can be arranged to fully utilize the space inside the housing 100, making the internal structure of the electronic atomizing device 10 more compact, thereby making the external shape of the electronic atomizing device 10 more compact and flat.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the power supply assembly 300 includes a battery 310, a first control board 320, and a second control board 330. The first control board 320 is electrically connected to the battery 310 and is communicatively connected with the preheating member 230. The first control board 320 is used to control the opening and closing of the preheating member 230. The second control board 330 is electrically connected to the battery 310 and is communicatively connected with the atomizing core 240. The second control board 330 is used to control the opening and closing of the atomizing core 240.

Inside the housing 100, the atomizing assembly 200 is located at the bottom of the housing 100, and the vent pipe 700 extends from the bottom of the housing 100 to the top of the housing 100. The bottom end of the vent pipe 700 is in communication with the atomizing chamber 203, and the top end of the vent pipe 700 is in communication with the air outlet 102. The battery 310 is located above the atomizing assembly 200, and is tilted on one side of the vent pipe 700 so that the central axis of the battery 310 forms an angle of less than 90 degrees with the central axis X3 of the vent pipe 700. Along the height direction of the electronic atomizing device 10, from the bottom of the housing 100 to the top of the housing 100, the width dimension of the housing 100 gradually decreases, with the bottom of the housing 100 having the maximum width and the top of the housing 100 having the minimum width.

In this way, the atomizing assembly 200, the vent pipe 700 and the battery 310 are arranged reasonably inside the housing 100. The internal structure of the electronic atomizing device 10 is compact, fully utilizing the internal space of the housing 100. The overall appearance of the electronic atomizing device 10 is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, effectively reducing the thickness of the electronic atomizing device 10, ensuring its miniaturization and flatness, making the electronic atomizing device 10 smaller in size, easy to carry and grip by users, and making the appearance of the electronic atomizing device 10 more beautiful.

Further, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, in order to facilitate charging of the battery 310, the power supply assembly 300 further includes a charging seat 340 for connecting to an external power source. The charging seat 340 is connected to the first control board 320 and inserted into the charging hole 101. Preferably, the outer contour of the charging seat 340 is slightly smaller than the inner contour of the charging hole 101, forming a gap between the charging seat 340 and the charging hole 101 that allows the external air to enter the housing 100. In this way, through the above settings, there is no need to separately provide an air inlet on the housing 100 for allowing the external air to enter the housing 100, thereby realizing the multi-purpose use of the charging hole 101 and simplifying the manufacturing process of the electronic atomizing device 10.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in order to enable users to easily control the working state of the electronic atomizing device 10, that is, to switch the electronic atomizing device 10 from the preheating state to the heating state, and from the heating state to the standby state in which the electronic atomizing device 10 is not working, a button 400 is further provided on the housing 100 for users to switch between the above working states. The button 400 can move relative to the housing 100 under an external force, so that the button 400 can sequentially connect with the first control board 320 and the second control board 330, thereby driving the first control board 320 and the second control board 330 to control the opening and closing of the preheating member 230 and the opening and closing of the atomizing core 240 respectively.

In order to facilitate the assembly of internal components of the electronic atomizing device 10, the housing 100 includes a front shell 110 and a rear shell 120. The front shell 110 and the rear shell 120 are detachably connected by fasteners or other means. The button 400 can be located on the front shell 110 or the rear shell 120, and is not limited here. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, in order to facilitate the filling of the solid aerosolisable medium into the heating element 220 in advance, a filling hole 103 is provided on the housing 100 at a position corresponding to the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220. In this embodiment, the filling hole 103 is provided on the rear housing 120, and a sealing cover 130 is detachably provided at the position of the filling hole 103. When the electronic atomizing device 10 needs to fill the solid aerosolisable medium into the heating element 220, the sealing cover 130 is simply opened, the solid aerosolisable medium is filled into the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220 through the filling hole 103, and then the filling hole 103 is closed by the sealing cover 130.

It can be understood that the electronic atomizing device 10 can be a disposable device or a device that can be used multiple times. That is, when the electronic atomizing device 10 is a disposable device, the aerosolisable medium can be filled from the filling hole 103 into the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220 only one time before leaving the factory. After the aerosolisable medium is consumed up, the electronic atomizing device 10 is discarded; when the electronic atomizing device 10 is a device that can be used multiple times, the aerosolisable medium can be repeatedly filled from the filling hole 103 into the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220, so that the electronic atomizing device 10 can be used repeatedly.

Preferably, in order to facilitate the disassembly of the sealing cover 130 from the rear shell 120, as shown in FIG. 3, the sealing cover 130 is protruded to form a tab 131. The tab 131 is used to facilitate the disassembly of the sealing cover 130 from the housing 120 to open the filling hole 103, thereby facilitating the addition of the aerosolisable medium into the heating element 220 or the cleaning of the heating element 220 of the atomizing assembly 200.

Further, in order to facilitate user suction, a suction nozzle 140 is further provided at the top of the housing 100 near the air outlet 102, and the air outlet 102 is provided in the suction nozzle 140 and runs through opposite ends of the suction nozzle 140.

Referring to FIG. 14, in order to prevent the condensate generated after aerosol cooling from flowing back into the housing 100 and causing a short circuit in the power supply assembly 300, a second auxiliary sealing member 500 made of an elastic soft material is mounted in the housing 100 near the air outlet 102. The second auxiliary sealing member 500 is inserted into the housing 100 by interference fit, and the second auxiliary sealing member 500 is provided with a ventilation hole 501 that runs through opposite ends of the second auxiliary sealing member 500. The top end of the vent pipe 700 is inserted into the ventilation hole 501. One end of the ventilation hole 501 is communicated with the airway 701, while the other end of the ventilation hole 501 is communicated with the air outlet 102, so that the second auxiliary sealing member 500 does not affect the airflow and aerosol flowing through the airway 701 to the air outlet 102, and can prevent condensate from flowing back into the housing 100.

Referring to FIG. 15, the second auxiliary sealing member 500 is further provided with a buffer groove 502 at one end near the air outlet 102. The ventilation hole 501 is formed on the bottom wall of the buffer groove 502, and the ventilation hole 501 is set offset from the air outlet 102, so that the airway 701 of the vent pipe 700 is also set offset from the air outlet 102. The buffer groove 502 communicates the ventilation hole 501 with the air outlet 102. Through this design, the condensate will accumulate in the buffer groove 502 instead of flowing back into the airway 701 of the vent pipe 700. Compared with the structure where the air outlet 102 is aligned coaxially with the airway 701, it can effectively reduce the possibility of condensate flowing back into the airway 701 of the vent pipe 700, avoid users from sucking up large particles of condensate, and thus improve the suction taste of the user.

Preferably, the side wall of the buffer groove 502 is provided with multiple ribs 503 spaced along the circumference of the buffer groove 502, and each rib 503 extends along the radial direction of the buffer groove 502. The purpose of setting the ribs 502 is to block large particles in the aerosol during suction by the user, further preventing large particles from being sucked into the user's mouth. Also, the gaps between the ribs 503 can store condensate, preventing it from flowing freely and further preventing it from flowing back into the housing 100.

The operation steps of the electronic atomizing device 10 in the above embodiments are as follows:

In the first step, when the user presses the button 400 for the first time (the button 400 can be pressed in a long or short time), the first control board 320 controls the preheating member 230 to preheat the heating element 220. The preheating time may be, for example, 5 seconds, causing the solid aerosolisable medium inside the heating element 220 to melt into a molten state and form a flowable aerosolisable medium that flows and permeates into the atomizing core 240. The preheating member 230 stops the preheating work after 5 seconds.

In the second step, when the user presses the button 400 again and sucks from the air outlet 102, the second control board 330 controls the atomizing core 240 to heat and atomize the molten aerosolisable medium flowing into the interior of the atomizing core 240 to generate aerosol for the user to inhale.

In the third step, the user releases the button 400 and stops suction to complete one time of suction action, the atomizing core 240 also stops working, and the electronic atomizing device 10 enters the standby state.

When the user needs to inhale again, the second and third steps mentioned above are repeated.

From above, it can be seen that the electronic atomizing device 10 in the embodiments of the present application can store solid aerosolisable medium inside before leaving the factory. When the user performs suction, the preheating member 230 will first preheat the solid aerosolisable medium, causing a part of the aerosolisable medium to melt into a flowing state and enter the atomizing core 240. Then, the atomizing core 240 will heat the aerosolisable medium flowing inside it to generate aerosol for the user to inhale, so that there is no need to dig out the aerosolisable medium again and put it into the electronic atomizing device 10 every time when it is sucked, which is convenient for the operation of the user and improves the user experience.

In addition, by setting the receiving chamber 221 of the heating element 220 perpendicular to the airway 701 of the vent pipe 700, when the electronic atomizing device 10 is held by the user for horizontal suction, the flow path of the molten aerosolisable medium is vertical, and the outflow path of the aerosol is horizontal. In this case, the molten aerosolisable medium can enter the atomizing core 240 more smoothly and quickly under the action of gravity, so that the aerosolisable medium can be atomized more thoroughly when heated and atomized by the atomizing core 240, thereby reducing the residual aerosolisable medium and avoiding blockage of the airflow passage. At the same time, the power supply assembly 300 can be arranged by fully utilizing the space inside the housing 100, making the internal structure of the electronic atomizing device 10 more compact, thereby making the appearance of the electronic atomizing device 10 more compact and flat.
