There is telescopic cavity at the free end of the finger-cot, there is telescopic part in the telescopic cavity, the telescopic part can be pulled out of the telescopic cavity, and it can be drawn tightly into the telescopic cavity, meanwhile, it has the function of supporting and putting objects, such as card or earphone, etc., objects can be concentrated to facilitate using when one goes out, its functions are diversified and applicable scope is wider, it is easy to carry and flexible to use, but when that card pack structure is installed onto equipment for using, the backboard and the part to be fixed need to be pasted by double-sided adhesive, although new material is adopted for multiple times of water washing and pasting, if it is treated inappropriately, the circumstance of unfirm pasting might emerge, and it could not be used immediately after cleansing, so it is inconvenient to some extent, in addition, loose and tight storage structure is adopted for it, and when cards need to be fetched for using, all needs to be taken out before the needed card is selected, and card needs to be fetched by hand that extends into the accommodating bag, so there is certain inconvenience.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is: aimed at the defect or shortcoming in existing technique, a kind of card box with magnetic attraction bracket is provided, and through the magnetic attraction structure that is set on the card box, mutual adsorption between it and the electronic product with function of wireless charging is available, it can be used as bracket, and stepped ejecting out structure is set on the card box, so as to eject out cards grade by grade, cards can be conveniently identified and fetched for using, and the using experience of users is greatly improved.

In order to realize the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted in this invention is: it includes the main body of card box 1, the main body of card box 1 is a frame structure, there is panel 2 on it, after the main body of card box 1 is connected with panel 2, card storage cavity is formed in the main body of card box 1, the top part is slot for inserting card 9, at that side of the main body of card box 1 far from panel 2, there is magnet 5 of circular arrangement, and on bottom of that side of the main body of card box 1 toward panel 2, there is stepped ejector rod 4 that is movable, and at that side of panel 2 far from the main body of card box 1, there is bracket 6.

Furthermore, the main body of card box 1 includes backboard 1-1, the first lateral wall 1-2 and the second lateral wall 1-3, the first lateral wall 1-2 is a L shaped structure, and it is set along the side part of backboard 1-1 to be flush with the bottom part, the second lateral wall 1-3 is also a L shaped structure, the perpendicular part of main body is set along the side part of backboard 1-1 and is flush with it, and there is gap at the bottom bend and the bottom rim of backboard 1-1.

Furthermore, the main body of card box 1 includes baseplate 1-4, one end of baseplate 1-4 is connected with the first lateral wall 1-2, there is limit table 1-5 at that position of baseplate 1-4 corresponding to the bend of the second lateral wall 1-3, and the limit table 1-5 is a trapezoid structure.

Furthermore, that spaced between the limit table 1-5 and the second lateral wall 1-3 is ejector rod moving groove 1-8, and there is movable shaft 1-7 on the ejector rod moving groove 1-8.

Furthermore, there is spring hook 1-6 on the baseplate 1-4, and there is spring on the spring hook 1-6 to be connected with the ejector rod 4.

Furthermore, at that part of the top of the first lateral wall 1-2 and the second lateral wall 1-3 close to the rim of backboard 1-1, there is clamping block 1-9.

Furthermore, the ejector rod 4 includes poke rod 4-1 and lifting pin 4-2, the poke rod 4-1 and the lifting pin 4-2 are set to be parallel and staggered, a Z shaped structure is formed, the external end of poke rod 4-1 bends upward to match with the second lateral wall 1-3, and at the transition part of poke rod 4-1 and lifting pin 4-2, there is axle hole 4-3 to match with the movable shaft 1-7, the inclined plane at the transition part matches with the inclined plane of limit table 1-5, and the lifting pin 4-2 is under the planar constraint of the top of limit table 1-5.

Furthermore, there is stepped ejecting block 4-2-1 at one side of the lifting pin 4-2, and there is groove for fixing spring 4-4 at one side of the stepped ejecting block 4-2-1 close to the axle hole 4-3.

Furthermore, on one side of the main body of card box 1 far from panel 2, there is magnet installation groove 1-10 for installation of magnet 5, and there is decorative sheet 3 on the magnet installation groove 1-10.

Furthermore, one side of the bracket 6 is the fixed end which is fixed onto panel 2, the other end is the movable supported end, and at the transition part of the fixed end and the supported end, there is flexible metal support 7, and there is magnetic suction piece 8 inside the top of free end.

Working principle of this invention: in daily use, the main body of card box 1 directly puts card into the card storage cavity from the slot for inserting card 9, the bottom of card contacts the ejector rod 4, both sides of card are clamped by the first lateral wall 1-2 and the second lateral wall 1-3, the top of card is clamped by the clamping block 1-9, so as to ensure that card would not fall off in the process of carrying, and when a card needs to be take out, only the ejector rod 4 needs to be pressed down, the stepped ejecting block 4-2-1 shall arrange the card to be staggered and eject it out, user can select the needed card by the information on the surface of the staggered card, and after fetching and using are finished, the card shall be pressed back into the storage cavity, and when the used electronic equipment needs to be supported for using, one side of decorative sheet shall approach the electronic equipment, it can be adsorbed to its back, or it can be adsorbed onto the protective shell with magnetic attraction loop, and the equipment can be supported for using after bracket 6 is opened.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1-7, the technical scheme adopted in this description of the preferred embodiment is: it includes the main body of card box 1, the main body of card box 1 is a frame structure, there is panel 2 on it, and the structure for transverse inserting of card is shown in this embodiment, after the main body of card box 1 is connected with panel 2, card storage cavity is formed in the main body of card box 1, the top is slot for inserting card 9, the slot for inserting card is located lengthwise, at that side of the main body of card box 1 far from panel 2, there is magnet 5 of circular arrangement, and at the bottom of that side of the main body of card box 1 toward panel 2, there is stepped ejector rod 4 that is movable, there is bracket 6 at the side of panel 2 far from the main body of card box, the structure and function of existing card pack and card box (etc.) for storage of card are relatively single, therefore, there is bracket structure on the card box in this embodiment, and there is magnet of circular arrangement, when electronic equipment needs to be supported for using, since there is magnetic attraction structure on the electronic equipment for wireless charging, the main body of card box can be adsorbed onto the electronic equipment or its protective shell, it is used as a supporting frame, and the cost of using is reduced;

It is a card storage equipment, card can be inserted into the card storage cavity directly from the slot for inserting card, and when card is to be fetched, only by pressing the ejector rod at bottom of the main body of card box, card can be ejected out for fetching and using, and since the ejector rod is designed to be stepped, card can be ejected out stepwise, so that user can identify the information of card, and user can selectively fetch and use by need.

To explain more concretely, the main body of card box 1 includes backboard 1-1, the first lateral wall 1-2 and the second lateral wall 1-3, the first lateral wall 1-2 is a L shaped structure, it is set along the lateral part of backboard 1-1 and is flush with the bottom, the second lateral wall 1-3 is also a L shaped structure, the perpendicular part of the main body is set along the lateral part of backboard 1-1 and is flush with it, there is gap between the bottom bend and the bottom rim of backboard 1-1, the main body of card box is the storage carrier for card, it matches with the panel to form a storage cavity, and two lateral walls clamp and fix cards.

To explain more concretely, the main body of card box 1 includes baseplate 1-4, one end of baseplate 1-4 is connected with the first lateral wall 1-2, there is limit table 1-5 at that part of baseplate 1-4 corresponding to the bend of the second lateral wall 1-3, the limit table 1-5 is a trapezoid structure, there is limit table at the terminal of baseplate to match with the ejector rod, position limit is performed to the ejector rod, so that the ejector rod can steadily support card, and card can be ejected out more smoothly.

To explain more concretely, that spaced between the limit table 1-5 and the second lateral wall 1-3 is ejector rod moving groove 1-8, there is movable shaft 1-7 on the ejector rod moving groove 1-8, ejector rod moving groove is formed between the limit table and the second lateral wall, the ejector rod is installed on the movable shaft, and when the ejector rod is pressed, the ejector rod rotates in the moving groove to eject out card.

To explain more concretely, there is spring hook 1-6 on the baseplate 1-4, there is spring (not shown) on the spring hook 1-6 to be connected with the ejector rod 4, and after the ejector rod ejects out card, the ejector rod shall be pulled back for resetting under the effect of spring, and after card fetching and using are finished, the remaining cards shall be pushed back into the card storage cavity, and they shall contact the ejector rod again.

To explain more concretely, at that part on top of the first lateral wall 1-2 and the second lateral wall 1-3 close to the rim of backboard 1-1, there is clamping block 1-9, the clamping block is set on top, it shall continue to clamp cards after card is ejected out, so as to ensure that those cards not taken out are still kept flat as before, and those cards would not be brought out at the time of fetching card.

To explain more concretely, the ejector rod 4 includes poke rod 4-1 and lifting pin 4-2, the poke rod 4-1 and lifting pin 4-2 are set to be parallel and staggered, a Z shaped structure is formed, the external end of poke rod 4-1 bends upward to match with the second lateral wall 1-3, and at the transition part of poke rod 4-1 and lifting pin 4-2, there is axle hole 4-3 to match with the movable shaft 1-7, the inclined plane of the transition part matches with the inclined plane of limit table 1-5, the lifting pin 4-2 is under the planar constraint of the top of limit table 1-5, the ejector rod is set as a Z shaped structure to match with the limit table, so as to ensure that the lifting pin keeps horizontal to contact card, but also it shall facilitate ejecting out card evenly by the lifting pin when the poke rod is pressed.

To explain more concretely, there are stepped ejecting blocks 4-2-1 at one side of the lifting pin 4-2, the ejecting blocks are set to be stepped and are at different position when it contacts card, and when the lifting pin ejects out card, the ejecting blocks at different positions shall ejects up cards in order, so that they stop at different positions, as a result, each card can display part of information, and user can conveniently selectively fetch and use according to the information on card;

At one side of the stepped ejecting block 4-2-1 close to the axle hole 4-3, there is spring fixing groove 4-4, one end of spring is fixed onto the spring hook, the other end of it is fixed into the groove for fixing spring, and when the ejector rod ejects out card, it shall be under the pulling force of spring for resetting.

To explain more concretely, on one side of the main body of card box 1 far from panel 2, there is magnet installation groove 1-10 for installation of magnet 5, and there is decorative sheet 3 on the magnet installation groove 1-10, the decorative sheet covers the entire back of the main body of card box, so that concealed decoration is performed to magnet, and the decorative sheet is tightly close to the magnet, so as to ensure the effect of magnetic attraction.

To explain more concretely, one side of the bracket 6 is fixed end which is fixed onto panel 2, the other side is movable supported end, there is flexible metal support 7 at the transition part of the fixed end and supported end, there is magnetic suction piece 8 in the top of free end, only one kind of bracket structure is adopted in this embodiment, i.e., the flexible metal is used as a support limit structure, the position of flexible metal can be fixed at random, and when it is pressed to the original position, it is adsorbed to the magnet through the magnetic suction piece, it is more convenient to use, and it is understandable that according to the actual contour and functional demand, the bracket can be set as a buckle structure or other structure with function of limit support, and that is not concretely restricted in this embodiment.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 9, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: card is inserted by means of longitudinal insertion, the slot for inserting card 9 is located widthwise, and other structure is identical to that of embodiment 1, setting the slot for inserting card widthwise can conform to the using habit of different users, and that is more people-oriented.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 10, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: at the external side of the decorative sheet 3, there is storage case 10 that is detachably set, one side of storage case 10 is detachably set on the decorative sheet, there is elastic storage layer on the other side, and the storage case is set onto the decorative sheet by adhesion in one kind of embodiment, and there is magic sticker on the decorative sheet for adhesion with storage case in another kind of embodiment, and when ferrule is not used as bracket, the storage case can be installed onto the decorative sheet, so as to enrich the storage function, it can not only be used for putting card, but also be used for putting small object (such as coin) into the storage layer, so as to improve the using experience.

After the above technical scheme is adopted, the advantageous effect of this invention is: through setting magnetic attraction structure on the card box, it can mutually adsorb with the electronic product with function of wireless charging, it can be used as bracket, and there is stepped structure for ejecting out on the card box, cards can be ejected out grade by grade, so as to facilitate identifying, fetching and using of card, so that the using experience of user is greatly improved.

What is claimed is:

1. A card box with magnetic attraction bracket, characterized by comprising a main body of card box (1), the main body of card box (1) is a frame structure, there is panel (2) on it, after the main body of card box (1) is connected with the panel (2), card storage cavity is formed in the main body of card box (1), the top part is slot for inserting card (9), there is magnet of circular arrangement (5) at that side of the main body of card box (1) far from the panel (2), there is stepped ejector rod (4) that is movably set at the bottom of that side of the main body of card box (1) toward the panel (2), and there is bracket (6) at that side of the panel (2) far from the main body of card box (1).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body of card box (1) includes backboard (1-1), the first lateral wall (1-2) and the second lateral wall (1-3), the first lateral wall (1-2) is a L shaped structure, it is set along the lateral part of backboard (1-1) and is flush with the bottom part, the second lateral wall (1-3) is also a L shaped structure, the perpendicular part of main body is set along the lateral part of backboard (1-1) and is flush with it, and there is gap between the bottom bend and the bottom rim of backboard (1-1).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according claim 1, characterized in that the main body of card box (1) also includes baseplate (1-4), one end of baseplate (1-4) is connected with the first lateral wall (1-2), there is limit table (1-5) at that part of the baseplate (1-4) corresponding to the bend of the second lateral wall (1-3), the limit table (1-5) is a trapezoid structure, that spaced between the limit table (1-5) and the second lateral wall (1-3) is ejector rod moving groove (1-8), and there is movable shaft (1-7) on the ejector rod moving groove (1-8).

4. The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that there is spring hook (1-6) on the baseplate (1-4), and there is spring on the spring hook (1-6) to be connected with ejector rod (4).

5. The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that at the top part of the first lateral wall (1-2) and the second lateral wall (1-3), there is clamping block (1-9) at that part of them close to the rim of backboard (1-1).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that the ejector rod (4) includes poke rod (4-1) and lifting pin (4-2), the poke rod (4-1) and lifting pin (4-2) are set to be parallel and staggered, a Z shaped structure is formed, the external end of the poke rod (4-1) is bent upward to match with the second lateral wall (1-3), at the transition part of the poke rod (4-1) and lifting pin (4-2), there is axle hole (4-3) to match with the movable shaft (1-7), the inclined plane of the transition part matches with the inclined plane of the limit table (1-5), and the lifting pin (4-2) is under the planar constraint of the top part of limit table (1-5).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that there is stepped ejecting block (4-2-1) at one side of the lifting pin (4-2), and at one side of the stepped ejecting block (4-2-1) close to the axle hole (4-3), there is groove for fixing spring (4-4).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that on that side of the main body of card box (1) far from panel (2), there is magnet installation groove (1-10) for installation of magnet (5), and there is decorative sheet (3) on the magnet installation groove (1-10).

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 1, characterized in that one side of the bracket (6) is fixed end which is fixed onto panel (2), the other side is movable supported end, there is flexible metal support (7) at the transition part of the fixed end and supported end, and there is magnetic suction piece (8) inside the top part of free end.

The card box with magnetic attraction bracket said according to claim 8, characterized in that there is detachable storage case (10) at the external side of the decorative sheet (3), one side of the storage case (10) is detachable and is set on the decorative sheet, and there is elastic storage layer on the other side of it.
