This disclosure is in regard to Easy on Pants Dressing Assistive Device. The new dressing assistive device is a device which will enable the user to put on articles of clothing which need to go over their feet before being pulled up their legs a much easier task. The devices unique shape will allow for holding the article of clothing in place while pulling it up over their feet and legs. The devices unique shape and long handle will enable the user to put their clothing on with much more ease. The dipping/curved areas on the device along with the clothes clips will allow the articles of clothing to stay attached even when significant resistance is applied. The new, unique Easy on Pants Dressing Assistive Device will allow users with leg or arm problems a new and better option when needing assistance in dressing themselves.

Easy on Pants Dressing Assistive Device is an assistive device that will make putting on pants, underwear, shorts, skirts and dresses much easier for people with leg or arm problems. The device will enable users to attach their article of clothing to it and then assist them in putting the the article of clothing on. The device will allow people with either leg or arm problems, which hinder them from putting articles of clothing on over their feet before pulling them up, a much easier way of accomplishing the task of putting on their article of clothing.
The device is a unique shaped item made of plastic, the shape has a base area that is 16 inches wide, the sides which project upwards from each end of the base extend approximately 6 inches straight up before angling at approximately a 34 degree angle to a center area which flattens out that has two vertical pieces that are equally distant from each other and extend upwards for approximately 12 inches. The parts of the device which angle from the straight side parts travel upwards approximately 5 inches higher than the two side parts making the lower section or base of the device approximately 11 inches tall. The two angled parts of the device have a section on each of them approximately 2 inches wide with a dipped curved area which will assist in attaching articles of clothing to the device. Four additional straight pieces of plastic tubing which run parallel to the two outside 6 inch vertical pieces start at the bottom and top of the curves in the angled pieces and extend to the base of the device, these pieces add stiffness and strength to the lower section of the device.
The two 12 inch vertical pieces which start at the flat area at the top of the lower section of the device extend upwards until they meet a horizontal, slightly arched piece approximately 5 inches wide which comprises the top and handle of the device. The device is to be made from a plastic injection mold using ABS plastic or a similar plastic. The plastic tubular shaping of the device will be approximately 5/16″ to ⅜″ in diameter and will appear similar to a plastic clothes hanger tubing shape. The device will also come with two clothes clips, the clips will be similar to a clothes pin but with more strength than a generic clothes pin and slightly larger as depicted in attached drawings. The clips will be comprised of either metal or plastic and will be tethered to the device near each dipped/curved area in the device, these clips will help secure the article of clothing to the device.
