The disclosure relates to the technical field of bra connectors, in particular to a bra rear buckle capable of effectively improving wearing experience and stability.
The bra rear buckle is a bra underwear connector, which is sewn at the ends of two straps and includes a buckle ring and a hook buckle that cooperate with each other. The connector includes a front surface and a back surface, the front surface is a clothes sticking surface, and the back surface is a meat sticking surface facing the human body. The front surface is provided with one or several rows of buckle rings, which mainly play the role of connecting and fixing the straps, and the straps can be adjusted according to the size of the lower bust, and generally there are three rows to choose from.
However, at present, in the processing process of the existing bra rear buckle on the market, the buckle rings are mainly sewn directly on the baseband. Therefore, the back surface of the baseband (that is, the meat-sticking surface of the ring band) will have stitches correspondingly, which affects the beauty of the bra. Moreover, due to the existence of stitches, this kind of stitching-like ligature marks also correspondingly appear on the back of women when wearing bras. Because the stitches are uneven, long-term contact and friction with the skin will affect the wearing experience and even cause damage to the skin. Moreover, most of the existing bra buckles can only stretch and contract along the length direction, but cannot simultaneously stretch and contract along the length and width directions, and the elasticity is poor, and the buckles have insufficient rebound after stretching, which easily leads to deformation. The bra has a poor stability and easy falls off, which will have adverse effects on the support and shaping of the chest.
The main purpose of the disclosure is to provide a bra rear buckle capable of effectively improving the wearing experience and stability, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing bra rear buckle has stitches, which affect the wearing experience and even cause damage to the skin, and cannot stretch and contract along the length and width directions simultaneously, and the buckles are easy to deform due to the insufficient rebound after stretching, the stability of the bra is relatively poor.
In order to achieve the above purpose, a bra rear buckle capable of effectively improving wearing experience and stability is provided. The bra rear buckle includes an elastic baseband, double-layer double-pull cloths, and buckle rings. The elastic baseband includes an elastic lining and a single-layer double-pull cloth, the single-layer double-pull cloth is sewn on the elastic lining, the elastic lining is capable of stretching and contracting along a length direction and a width direction simultaneously, and the single-layer double-pull cloth is wrapped around an outer peripheral wall of the elastic lining. The buckle rings are arranged in two or more rows, the double-layer double-pull cloths correspondingly include two or more pieces, the double-layer double-pull cloths are sequentially and alternately sewn on an upper end wall of the single-layer double-pull cloth from right to left. And from right to left, a buckle ring positioning groove is formed between an upper end wall of a rear end part of each of the double-layer double-pull cloths and an upper end wall of a front end part of adjacent the each of double-layer double-pull cloths, a rear end part of each of the buckle rings is embedded in the buckle ring positioning groove. The buckle rings are sewn on the elastic baseband, the single-layer double-pull cloth interacts with the double-layer double-pull cloths to sew and position the buckle rings, one of the double-layer double-pull cloths positioned at a rightmost side of the elastic baseband reversely wraps the elastic baseband from top to bottom, sewing seams at a bottom of the elastic baseband are formed at inner sides of the double-layer double-pull cloths respectively.

In some embodiments, a front end of each of the buckle rings is formed with a flat sewing seam position, and a rear end of each of the buckle rings is formed with a buckle ring sewing seam position.
By adopting the technical solutions of the disclosure, the embodiment has the following beneficial effects. In the technical solutions of the disclosure, firstly, the double-layer double-pull cloth positioned at a rightmost side of the elastic baseband reversely wraps the elastic baseband from top to bottom, sewing seams at a bottom of the elastic baseband are formed at inner sides of the double-layer double-pull cloths respectively, the bottom surface of the elastic baseband is has no sewing seam, the produced ring band is beautiful and high-grade. Secondly, the bottom surface of the baseband has no sewing seam, the underwear bra produced by using this ring band will not have sewing-like ligature marks on the back when women wear it, and will not cause damage to the skin. Thirdly, the bottom surface of the elastic baseband is smooth, it will not cause discomfort in use, and hand feeling is comfortable, a sense of restraint is weak, and it is more comfortable to wear, the wearing experience is effectively improved. Fourthly, with the structure, the elastic baseband can elastically stretch and contract along the length and width directions simultaneously, which can effectively solve the problem that the buckle is deformed due to insufficient rebound after stretching, and the wearing stability of the underwear bra is effectively ensured.
In order to more clearly explain the technical solutions in the embodiment of the disclosure or the prior art, the drawings needed in the description of the embodiment or the prior art will be briefly introduced below. Apparently, the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the disclosure, and other drawings can be obtained according to the structures shown in these drawings without creative efforts for ordinary skilled in the field.

It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back, etc.) in the embodiment of the disclosure are only used to explain the relative positional relationship and movement situation among components in a specific posture (as shown in the attached drawing), and if the specific posture changes, the directional indications will also change accordingly.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the disclosure, the bra rear buckle capable of effectively improving wearing experience and stability is provided. The bra rear buckle includes an elastic baseband 7, double-layer double-pull cloths 2, and buckle rings 1. The elastic baseband 7 includes an elastic lining 4 and a single-layer double-pull cloth 3, the single-layer double-pull cloth 3 is sewn on the elastic lining 4, the elastic lining 4 can stretch and contract along a length direction and a width direction simultaneously, and the single-layer double-pull cloth 3 is wrapped around an outer peripheral wall of the elastic lining 4. The buckle rings 1 are arranged in two or more rows, the double-layer double-pull cloths 2 used for sewing the buckle rings 1 correspondingly include two or more pieces. The double-layer double-pull cloths 2 are sequentially and alternately sewn on an upper end wall of the single-layer double-pull cloth from right to left. From right to left, a buckle ring positioning groove 8 is formed between an upper end wall of a rear end part of each of the double-layer double-pull cloths 2 and an upper end wall of a front end part of adjacent the each of double-layer double-pull cloths 2, a rear end part of each of the buckle rings 1 is embedded in the buckle ring positioning groove 8. The outer surface of the single-layer double-pull cloth 3 has no sewing seam. Both ordinary hook buckles and sponge hook buckles have sewing seam positions.
The buckle rings 1 are arranged in two or more rows, the double-layer double-pull cloths 2 used for sewing the buckle rings 1 correspondingly include two or more pieces, each of the buckle rings 1 is sewn and positioned by using corresponding one of the double-layer double-pull cloths 2 and the single-layer double-pull cloth 3. This product with multiple buckle rings 1 is more suitable for the requirements of most consumers.

Specifically, in the technical solutions of the disclosure, the double-layer double-pull cloth positioned at a rightmost side of the elastic baseband reversely wraps the elastic baseband from top to bottom, so that sewing seams at a bottom of the elastic baseband are hidden in inner sides of the double-layer double-pull cloths. The bottom surface of the elastic baseband is has no sewing seam, so that the produced ring band is more beautiful. Because there is no sewing on the bottom surface of the baseband, the underwear produced by using this ring band will not have sewing-like ligature marks on the back when women wear it. The bottom surface of the elastic baseband is smooth, which will not cause discomfort or damage to the skin during use, and effectively improve the wearing experience. Meanwhile, because the elastic lining can elastically stretch and contract along the length and width directions simultaneously, the straps have good elasticity and the bra back straps have good gathering effect. The sense of restraint is weak and it is more comfortable to wear. This structure can effectively solve the deformation caused by insufficient rebound of the rear buckle after stretching, and can also help relieve the pressure. It won't feel tight when you wear it, and it will be more comfortable. This structure is convenient to adjust, can prevent the hook buckle from falling off the buckle ring, effectively ensure the wearing stability of the bra, and has strong practicability.
