The present disclosure relates to the field of inlay gemstone technologies, and in particular, to a gemstone inlay structure.
A gemstone refers to a stone or mineral that, after being refined and polished, can meet the requirements of jewelry. This precious ore has a beautiful color, high hardness, and does not change under an influence of atmosphere and chemicals. It can be used as instrument bearings, abrasives, decorations, etc.
At present, inlay gemstone is usually done manually by making corresponding grooves in advance, and the gemstone is directly embedded in the inlay mouth. After the inlay is completed, the gemstone cannot be disassembled. When people have a need to replace the gemstone, they need to replace the groove and matching a ring bracket together, which has lower applicability and higher production costs.
In Patent No. of U.S. Pat. No. 11,229,265B2, entitled with “Kit assembly for adapting a gemstone between multiple wearable use configurations”, in this patent, a claw setting structure is used to embed the gemstone in a seat, and then threads and screws are used to fix the seat on the jewelry to complete an embedding of the gemstone. However, this method is extremely inconvenient to disassemble the gemstone after embedding, and a phenomenon of gemstone falling off is prone to occur when the screws are loose, or the claws are deformed.
Therefore, a gemstone inlay structure to address the aforementioned issues is proposed.
In view of the existing problems in the existing technology, the present disclosure discloses a gemstone inlay structure, which adopts a technical solution of including an inlay structure and an inlay gemstone. The inlay structure includes an inlay base, an inlay top seat, and an inlay shell. A lower surface of the inlay top seat is uniformly fixed with a side rib rod, one end of the side rib rod is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the inlay base. An upper surface of the inlay base is fixedly provided with a bracket, the inlay shell is provided in the inlay base, the inlay shell is threaded and clamped with the bracket. The inlay gemstone is placed in the bracket.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, an inlay hole runs through a middle of an upper surface of the inlay shell, a diameter of the inlay hole is 0.2-0.3 mm smaller than a diameter of a waist of the inlay gemstone.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, an inner wall of the inlay base is provided with an inner screw groove, an outer wall of the inlay base is provided with an external thread. The inlay shell and the bracket are assembled through a thread clamp of the inner screw groove and the external thread.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, an upper surface of the inlay top seat is uniformly provided with a decorative groove, the decorative groove is embedded with a decorative gemstone.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure: the present disclosure forms an inlay structure through a split inlay shell and an inlay base, is assembled through a thread clamp of the inner screw groove and the external thread. The inlay shell can be quickly and stably covered on an outside of the inlay base, completing the assembly of the inlay gemstones. This gemstone inlay structure allows for easy replacement of gemstones of the same size, different materials, and different colors, and the gemstones are not easy to fall off, rendering the assebly more secure.

The following will provide a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure, in combination with the drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present disclosure discloses a gemstone inlay structure, which includes an inlay structure and an inlay gemstone 6. The inlay structure includes an inlay base 1, an inlay top base 3, and an inlay shell 7. A lower surface of the inlay top base 3 is uniformly fixed with a side rib rod 2, one end of the side rib rod 2 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the inlay base 1. An upper surface of the inlay base 1 is fixedly installed with a bracket 4, the inlay shell 7 is provided in the inlay base 1 and is threaded and clamped with the bracket 4. The inlay gemstone 6 is provided in the bracket 4. By embedding the inlay gemstone 6 in the bracket 4, the inlay shell 7 is threaded and clamped outside the bracket 4 to complete an inlay work of a pair of inlay gemstone 6.
In an implementation mode, an upper surface of the inlay shell 7 is provided with an inlay hole 8 that runs through a middle of the upper surface thereof. A diameter of the inlay hole 8 is 0.2-0.3 mm smaller than a diameter of a waist of the inlay gemstone 6. By providing the inlay hole 8 in the middle of the upper surface of the inlay shell 7 and limiting the diameter of the inlay hole 8 to be smaller than the diameter of the inlay gemstone 6, the inlay gemstone 6 can be displayed through the inlay hole 8, it can avoid a phenomenon of inlay gemstone 6 falling off through the inlay hole 8.
In an implementation mode, an inner screw groove 9 is provided on an inner wall of the inlay base 1, an external thread 5 is provided on an outer wall of the inlay base 1. The inlay shell 7 and the bracket 4 are assembled through a thread of the inner screw groove 9 and the external thread 5. The external thread 5 and the inner screw groove 9 are assembled through a thread of the external thread 5 and the inner screw groove 9. The inlay shell 7 can be stably placed on an outside of the bracket 4, completing a protection of the inlay gemstone 6 embedded in the bracket 4.
In an implementation mode, an upper surface of the inlay top base 3 is uniformly provided with a decorative groove 11, a decorative gemstone 12 is embedded in the decorative groove 11. By setting the decorative groove 11 and embedding the decorative gemstones 12 in the decorative groove 11, an aesthetics of the inlay structure of the inlay gemstone can be improved.
The working principle of the present disclosure is to embed the inlay gemstone 6 in the bracket 4, and then install it through the thread of the external thread 5 and the internal screw groove 9. The inlay shell 7 is stably placed on the outside of the bracket 4, completing the embedding work of the inlay gemstone 6.
This inlay technique is not limited to rings and is applicable to all jewelry categories.

Although the specific embodiments of the present disclosure have been explained in detail above, the present disclosure is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments. Within the scope of knowledge possessed by ordinary technical personnel in this field, various changes can be made without departing from a purpose of the present disclosure. 1. A gemstone inlay structure, comprising an inlay structure and an inlay gemstone,
wherein the inlay structure comprises an inlay base, an inlay top base, and an inlay shell,
a lower surface of the inlay top base is uniformly-fixedly provided with a side rib rod, one end of the side rib rod is fixedly connected to an outer wall circumference of the inlay base;
an upper surface of the inlay base is fixedly provided with a bracket,
wherein an inner wall of the inlay shell is provided with an inner screw groove, an outer wall of the bracket is provided with an external thread, the inlay shell and the bracket are assembled through a threaded connection of the inner screw groove and the external thread so that the inlay gemstone is capable being placed in the bracket;
wherein an inlay hole runs through a middle of an upper surface of the inlay shell, a diameter of the inlay hole is 0.2-0.3 mm smaller than a diameter of a girdle of the inlay gemstone.
