The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described in combination with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is obvious that the described embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present disclosure instead of an exclusion of other embodiments. All other embodiments fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure provided that they are obtained by technical persons skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative work.

In the claims, the description, and the drawings of the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified, with respect to orientation terms, for example, terms “height”, “upper end”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on orientations and positional relationships shown in the drawings, so as to easily describe the present disclosure and simplify the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referenced device or element should have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation and therefore should not be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIGS. 1-12, this embodiment provides an elastic module 101 with a large supporting area. The elastic module 101 comprise a plurality of spring supporting frames 1 and a plurality of tapered springs 2. The plurality of spring supporting frames 1 are configured to enable the plurality of tapered springs 2 to be detachably installed on a mounting frame 3 of an elastic mattress. The plurality of tapered springs 2 provide elasticity of the elastic mattress. The elastic mattress comprises one or more of the elastic modules 101.

The plurality of spring supporting frames 1 are configured to support and secure the plurality of tapered springs 2 (e.g., each of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 is configured to support and secure a corresponding one of the plurality of tapered springs 2). One or more first end rings of first ends (i.e., large ends) of the plurality of tapered springs 2 are larger than one or more second end rings of second ends (i.e., small ends) of the plurality of tapered springs 2 to form tapered structures. The plurality of spring supporting frames 1 comprise a plurality of lower seats 10 and a plurality of upper covers 11 (e.g., each of spring supporting frames 1 comprises a lower seat 10 and an upper cover 11). The plurality of lower seats 10 are circular shapes and the plurality of upper covers 11 are rectangular shapes (square shapes are included). The large ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 are disposed on the plurality of upper covers 11 (e.g., a large end of each of the plurality of tapered springs 2 is disposed on a corresponding one of the plurality of upper covers 11). Areas of the plurality of upper covers 11 are larger than areas of the plurality of lower seats 10 to form inverted tapered structures, and the plurality of tapered springs 2 are fixedly disposed between the plurality of upper covers 11 and the plurality of lower seats 10 (e.g., each of the plurality of tapered springs 2 is fixedly disposed between a corresponding one of the plurality of upper covers 11 and a corresponding one of the plurality of lower seats 10). The plurality of upper covers 11 are connected to one another to form the elastic module 101, and a connection between the plurality of upper covers 11 is a flexible connection

When the plurality of tapered springs 2 are fixedly disposed between the plurality of upper covers 11 and the plurality of lower seats 10, the one or more first end rings of the large ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 are connected to the plurality of upper covers 11, and the one or more second end rings of the small ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 abut the plurality of lower seats 10, so that the plurality of tapered springs 2 are installed in the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 to fit more firmly with the plurality of spring supporting frames 1, and a stress is more constant.

More specifically, the plurality of upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 comprise one or more circular openings 110, and sizes of the one or more circular openings 110 are exactly consistent with sizes of the one or more first end rings of the plurality of tapered springs 2. One or more buckle plates 111 bending downward are evenly and separately disposed on peripheries of the one or more circular openings 110 of the plurality of upper covers 11 to form one or more spring mount members 103. The one or more buckle plates 111 extend towards centers of the one or more circular openings 110 and are bent downward to enable rear surfaces of the one or more buckle plates 111 to form one or more buckle grooves 112 shaped as circular arcs. Widths of the one or more buckle grooves 112 are exactly consistent with sizes of metal coils constituting the plurality of tapered springs 2, and the metal coils of the one or more first end rings of the large ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 are therefore buckled to the one or more buckle grooves 112 of the one or more buckle plates 111 bending downward to achieve a connection between the one or more first end rings of the large ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 and the plurality of upper covers 11. At this time, the second ends of the plurality of tapered springs 2 opposite to the first ends fixed to the one or more spring mount members 103 abut the plurality of lower seats 10. The plurality of tapered springs 2 deform between the one or more buckle plates 111 of the plurality of upper covers 11 and the plurality of lower seats 10, and the plurality of tapered springs 2 are installed in the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 with a preset initial compression force.

In order to prevent a first one of the plurality of tapered springs 2 in a first one of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 from easily entangling a second one of the plurality of tapered springs 2 in a second one of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 adjacent to the first one of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 or other elements, in this embodiment, each of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 further comprise a plurality of flexible straps 13. The plurality of flexible straps 13 are spaced apart from one another and are evenly disposed between a corresponding one of the plurality of upper covers 11 and a corresponding one of the plurality of lower seats 10. When the plurality of tapered springs 2 are maintained between the plurality of lower seats 10 and the plurality of upper covers 11, the plurality of flexible straps 13 are located at an outer side of the corresponding one of the plurality of tapered springs 2. As the plurality of flexible straps 13 are located outside of the plurality of tapered springs 2, the plurality of flexible straps 13 have a preset blocking effect to prevent the plurality of tapered springs 2 from entangling with the other elements when adjacent tapered springs 2 of the plurality of tapered springs 2 approach. Each of the plurality of flexible straps 13, a corresponding one of the plurality of upper covers 11, and a corresponding one of the plurality of lower seats 10 are integrally connected, and each of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 is integrally formed.

In this embodiment, in the elastic module 101, an area of each of the plurality of upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 is larger than an area of a corresponding one of the plurality of lower seats 10, thereby forming an inverted tapered spring structure. When the elastic module 101 is installed on the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress, the plurality of lower seats 10 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 are connected to the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress. At this time, the plurality of upper covers 11 of the elastic module 101 with a larger area are configured as supporting surfaces for a human body. As an area of the plurality of upper covers 11 is larger, the plurality of tapered springs 2 are more densely packed without gaps between the supporting surfaces when multiple of the elastic module 101 are installed on the mounting frame 3. When a user uses the elastic mattress, a stressed area is larger, a stress of the plurality of tapered springs 2 will be more dispersed. Therefore, a risk of deformation of the elastic mattress is reduced, and the user will also feel more comfortable.

At the same time, the elastic module 101 is prone to be inverted and inclined due to inverted tapered shapes when the elastic module 101 is installed on the mounting frame 3. Therefore, in order to further enhance installation firmness and compactness of the elastic module 101, in this embodiment, the plurality of upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 that secure the plurality of tapered springs 2 are connected together to form a structure with a row of springs, so that adjacent upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 are more compact. Therefore, the elastic module 101 having an inverted tapered shape will not be inverted and inclined when the elastic module 101 is installed on the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress, thereby improving firmness of the elastic mattress.

In this embodiment, in order to maintain an original function of the elastic mattress having independent springs, avoid mutual interference of two or more people using the elastic mattress synchronously, and maintain an original flexibility of the elastic mattress, a connection between the plurality of upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 of the elastic mattress is preferably a flexible connection, so that all of the plurality of tapered springs 2 have independence. In this way, when multiple users use the elastic mattress at the same time, all of the plurality of tapered springs 2 are compressed independently and will not wildly interfere with other springs. The elastic module 101 can also move up and down independently, so that other users will not be affected when the user moves or turns over, which is also more comfortable. In this embodiment, the plurality of upper covers 11 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 of the elastic module 101 are connected to one another using one or more flexible connecting straps 113.

Further, the plurality of lower seats 10 have module mounting members 102 for detachably mounting the elastic module 101 to the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress. Preferably, the module mounting members 102 comprise at least two sliding paths 14 being parallel to each other and disposed on bottom surfaces of the plurality of lower seats 10 to enable the plurality of lower seats 10 to be slidably mounted to the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress through the at least two sliding paths 14.

Each of the at least two sliding paths 14 comprise two sliding rails 140 parallel to each other. Each of the two sliding rails 140 comprise two first portions 1401 extending outward in a vertical direction from the bottom surfaces of the plurality of lower seats 10 and two second portions 1402 extending in a horizontal direction from distal ends of the two first portions 1401. The two second portions 1402 of the two sliding rails 140 oppositely extend inwardly. The at least two sliding paths 14 are preferably T-shaped sliding rails suitable for the mounting frame 3. When the plurality of lower seats 10 are slidably assembled to the mounting frame 3 in the elastic mattress through the at least two sliding paths 14, the two first portions 1401 parallel to each other can be matched with and positioned to the mounting frame 3 in a left-and-right direction in the horizontal direction, and the two second portions 1402 oppositely extending inwardly can be matched with and positioned to the mounting frame 3 in the vertical direction, so that the elastic module 101 can be detachably mounted on the mounting frame 3.

When the elastic module 101 is slidably assembled to the mounting frame 3 in the elastic mattress through the at least two sliding paths 14, in addition to a positioning function of slide tracks 31 on the mounting frame 3 cooperating with the at least two sliding paths 14, in order to set a mounting position of the elastic module on the mounting frame 3 of the elastic mattress, the plurality of lower seats 10 also have positioning holes 100 for installation and positioning of the elastic module 101. The positioning holes 100 can be used to determine whether the elastic module 101 is installed in place on the mounting frame 3. At the same time, the positioning holes 100 further helps with positioning the elastic module 101 in a sliding direction by a mutual insertion connection with elastic plug-in connectors 32 on the mounting frame 3.

In an application scenario of the elastic mattress being detachable, problems of storing and transporting disassembled parts, such as the elastic module 101 and the mounting frame 3, need to be addressed. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate storage of the elastic module 101 being disassembled of this embodiment or to freely plan storage space during transportation, adjacent spring supporting frames 1 of the elastic module 101 can be rotated around a first connection portion 115 of the plurality of upper covers 11. Therefore, when the plurality of elastic modules 101 being disassembled need to be stored, the plurality of tapered springs 2 in a row can be rotated and folded in a length direction of the plurality of tapered springs 2 in the row to reduce a length of the plurality of tapered springs 2 in the row, thereby saving storage space.

In this embodiment, two upper covers 11 of two middlemost spring supporting frames 1 of the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 of the elastic module 101 comprise a second connection portion 114 and the first connection portion 115. The second connection portion 114 and the first connection portion 115 are respectively located at two vertexes of the two upper covers 11. The second connection portion 114 located at a first one of the two vertexes is detachable, and the first connection portion 115 located at a second one of the two vertexes has a hinged connection to enable the plurality of spring supporting frames 1 to be rotated around the first connection portion 115.

Specifically, the second connection portion 114 of the two upper covers 11 of the two middlemost spring supporting frames 1 extends outward along the horizontal direction to form a rectangular (including square) connection block 1141 as a first connection structure, and an inner side of the rectangular connection block 1141 comprises a groove 1142. The second connection portion 114 of the two upper covers 11 of the two middlemost spring supporting frames 1 also extends outward along the horizontal direction to define an insertion plate 1143 configured to be inserted into the groove 1142 as a second connection structure. A side of the connection block 1141 further comprises a positioning hole 1144. A side of the insertion plate 1143 facing the positioning hole 1144 protrudes outward to form a locking structure 1145. The locking structure 1145 has elasticity, and the locking structure 1145 is inserted into the positioning hole 1144 to be circumferentially positioned in and cooperate with the positioning hole 1144. The insertion plate 1143 also comprises a release member 1146, and the release member 1146 is used to drive the locking structure 1145 to be separated from the positioning hole 1144 by pushing to release a positioning cooperation between the locking structure 1145 and the positioning hole 1144.

When the plurality of tapered springs 2 need to be folded, the release member 1146 is pressed, and the release member 1146 pushes the locking structure 1145 having the elasticity away from the positioning hole 1144, thereby releasing the positioning cooperation between the locking structure 1145 and the positioning hole 1144. The insertion plate 1143 is then pulled out from the groove 1142 of the connection block 1141, so that the second connection portion 114 can be disassembled. The plurality of spring supporting frames 1 then rotate around the first connection portion 115, so that the elastic module 101 in the row rotates to be folded along the length direction of the elastic module 101 to shorten a length of the elastic module 101 and save storage space.

The description of the aforementioned specification and the embodiments are used to explain the protective scope of the present disclosure, and the protective scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Thus, it is intended that the protective scope of the present disclosure cover modifications, equivalent replacement, or other improvements of the embodiments or some technical features thereof provided they are made based on indication of the present disclosure or the aforementioned embodiments by person skilled in the art in combination with common knowledges, general technical knowledges, or existing techniques through logical analysis, reasoning, and limited tests.
