The specific implementation methods of the present application are further described below in combination with the accompanying drawings of the embodiments, so that the technical solution of the present application is easier to understand and grasp. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present application and are not used to limit the present application.
This embodiment provides a push-type cup lid and a nozzle cup, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the nozzle cup includes a cup body 100 and a cup lid 200. The cup lid 200 includes a lid body 210, a press button 220, a suction nozzle 230 and a suction pipe 240. The press button 220 is movably mounted on the lid body 210, the suction nozzle 230 is fixed to the press button 220, the suction pipe 240 is fixed to the lid body 210, and the suction pipe 240 extends into the cup body 100, and the press button 220 includes a first position and a second position, so that when the press button 220 is in the first position, a channel of the suction nozzle 230 communicates with a channel of the suction pipe 240, and when the press button 220 is in the second position, the channel of the suction nozzle 230 is disconnected from the channel of the suction pipe 240.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the lid body 210 has a mounting chamber 211 with an opening facing upward, and the press button 220 is embedded in the mounting chamber 211. One of an inner wall of the mounting chamber 211 and a side wall of the press button 220 has a vertically extending guide bar 212, and another one of the inner wall of the mounting chamber 211 and the side wall of the press button 220 has a guide groove 221 cooperating with the guide bar 212. The press button 220 can move up and down in the mounting chamber 211. The shape of the cup lid 200 is relatively regular, so as to prevent the press button 220 from protruding from the lid body 210. In this embodiment, only the part of the suction nozzle 230 that protrudes upward from the press button 220 protrudes from the lid body 210. In other optional embodiments, the press button 220 can also be wrapped on the lid body 210, and the two can move up and down relatively by limiting the side wall of the lid body 210. At this time, the upper end of the lid body 210 is embedded in the press button 220. In other optional embodiments, the guide bar 212 may also be located on the side wall of the press button 220, and the guide groove 221 may be located on the inner wall of the mounting chamber 211.
As shown in FIG. 3, at this time, the press button 220 is in the second position, and the nozzle cup is in a closed state. The lid body 210 is provided with a mounting hole 213, and the suction nozzle 230 passes downward through the mounting hole 213. A first sealing element 232 is provided at a lower end of the suction nozzle 230. When the press button 220 is in the second position, the first sealing element 232 abuts against a wall of the mounting hole 213. A water inlet 231 is provided at the side wall of the lower end of the suction nozzle 230. The water inlet 231 is positioned above the first sealing element 232. The water inlet 231 communicates with the channel of the suction nozzle 230. When the first sealing element 232 abuts against the hole wall of the mounting hole 213, the water inlet 231 is in the mounting hole 213 and cannot be connected to the lower suction pipe 240, so that the nozzle cup is closed to prevent the nozzle cup from leaking.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a return member is provided between the press button 220 and the lid body 210 such that the press button 220 tends to move upward relative to the lid body 210. The return member enables the first sealing element 232 to be tightly against the hole wall of the mounting hole 213 to improve the sealing effect. In one embodiment, the suction nozzle 230 formed at a first end of the press button 220, and the return member includes a first spring 251 sleeved on the suction nozzle 230 and a second spring 252 abutting against a second end of the press button 220. The two springs are respectively supported at the two ends of the press button 220, so that the force of the press button 220 is more balanced, the tilting of the press button 220 during the movement is reduced, and the smoothness of the movement of the press button 220 is ensured. The suction nozzle 230 is integrally formed at the first end of the press button 220, which is simple to process and has a firm structure, so that the press button 220 has a greater tendency to be pressed by fingers.
When the press button 220 is in the first position, that is, the press button 220 moves downward on the basis shown in FIG. 3, the channel of the suction pipe 240 communicates with the channel of the suction nozzle 230 through the water inlet 231. The water inlet 231 is exposed to the mounting hole 213, and the suction pipe 240 is connected to the channel of the suction nozzle 230 through the water inlet 231, and the suction nozzle cup is opened. A second sealing element 233 is provided at the suction nozzle 230, and the second sealing element 233 abuts against the wall of the mounting hole 213. The second sealing element 233 has a lip edge 234 embedded in the mounting hole 213, so that the air in the mounting chamber 211 can be prevented from entering the suction nozzle 230 through the matching gap between the suction nozzle 230 and the hole wall of the mounting hole 213, thereby improving the smoothness of drinking.
The press button 220 is provided with a spring buckle 260, and the lid body 210 is provided with a clamping portion 214. When the press button 220 is in the first position, the spring buckle 260 engages with the clamping portion 214. The cooperation between the spring buckle 260 and the clamping portion 214 can make the press button 220 be in the first position, and the user can also suck and drink by releasing the press button 220 with his fingers. In other optional embodiments, the spring buckle 260 can also be fixed on the lid body 210, and the clamping portion 214 is integrally formed on the press button 220. In other optional embodiments, the spring buckle 260 may not be provided, and the nozzle cup is in an open state by pressing the press button 220 with the user's fingers.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a butt junction 270 is detachably disposed on the lid body 210, and the suction pipe 240 is inserted into the butt junction 270. This facilitates the processing and manufacturing of the lid body 210.
As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a bottom of the mounting chamber 211 is provided with a valve chamber 215 with an upward opening, a top of the valve chamber 215 has an air vent hole 217, and an air return valve 216 is provided in the valve chamber 215, so that when negative pressure is generated in the cup body 100, the air return valve 216 is deformed downward to open the air vent hole 217.
