CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 2025212954599 filed on Jun. 23, 2025, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to a technical field of rackets, in particular to a kind of pickleball racket.

BACKGROUND

A pickleball racket is a racket designed specifically for pickleball activities. Existing pickleball rackets are usually made of lighter materials to make it convenient for users to swing. However, the elasticity of the racket body is weak, and the force of shot cannot be effectively transmitted to the ball, resulting in insufficient flying speed and force of the ball after being hit, affecting the users' usage experience. In addition, users control the direction of the ball through the racket body of the pickleball racket. If the racket body has insufficient elasticity, it may be difficult for users to accurately control the landing point of the ball, affecting the accuracy of the shot.

SUMMARY

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technologies, the present application provides a kind of pickleball racket. The racket face is internally provided with elastic components, which have excellent elastic properties, improve energy absorption and rebound efficiency, and improve the users' usage experience.

The technical solutions adopted by the present application to solve the technical problems are:

A pickleball racket comprises a racket frame, a racket face and a handle. The handle is connected to one end of the racket frame, the racket frame is arranged around the racket face, and the racket face and the racket frame enclose to form a filling cavity filled with elastic components.

Preferably, the racket frame, the racket face and the handle are integrally formed.

Preferably, the racket frame, the racket face and the handle are all made of foam material.

Preferably, the elastic components include a honeycomb structure. EVA material is filled between the honeycomb structure and the racket frame, and the honeycomb structure and the EVA material is covered by the racket face.

Preferably, a cover piece is provided on the outer periphery of the connection of the racket frame and the handle. And the cover piece is provided as a ring structure gradually expanded toward a direction close to the racket frame.

Preferably, the over grip is wrapped around the outer periphery of the handle.

Preferably, a plurality of air holes are provided on the over grip.

Preferably, the racket face is made of graphite material or carbon-fiber material.

The present application will further describe the concept, specific structure and technical effects in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments to fully understand the purpose, characteristics and effects of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present application, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present application, other embodiments obtained by skilled in this field without creative work are all within the scope of protection of the present application. In addition, all the connection relationships involved in the application do not simply refer to the direct connection of components but refer to the formation of a better connection structure by adding or reducing connection accessories according to the specific implementation situation. The present application provides a kind of pickleball racket. The pickleball racket's racket face is internally provided with elastic components, which have excellent elastic properties, improve energy absorption and rebound efficiency, and improve the users' usage experience.

Referring FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, this embodiment provides a kind of pickleball racket, comprising racket frame 1, racket face 2 and handle 3. The handle 3 is connected to one end of the racket frame 1, and the racket frame 1 is arranged around the racket face 2. The racket face 2 and the racket frame 1 enclose to form a filling cavity filled with elastic components 21.

Furthermore, the racket frame 1, the racket face 2 and the handle 3 are integrally formed. The foaming material is added into an injection molding machine and then injected into a matching mold, and the foaming material is foamed and formed in the mold under a certain temperature and pressure.

In this embodiment, the racket frame 1, the racket face 2 and the handle 3 of the pickleball racket are made of foam material. The foam material contains a large number of tiny bubble structures. When the ball collides with the pickleball racket provided by this embodiment, the resulting impact force will be quickly transmitted to the frame. And the bubble structures can absorb and disperse the impact force generated when hitting the ball, thereby reducing the vibration of the hand. For people who often play pickleball, it helps to reduce the risk of hand fatigue and injury and improve the comfort of the users' hitting. In addition, the density of the foam material is low, and the pickleball racket made of foam material is light, so users can make various hitting movements more flexibly and quickly when swinging the racket.

Preferably, the elastic material includes honeycomb structure 210, EVA material 211 is filled between the honeycomb structure 210 and the racket frame 1, and the honeycomb structure 210 and the EVA material 211 is covered by the racket face 2.

It should be noted that the EVA material 211 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. Both EVA material 211 and honeycomb structure 210 have the characteristics of light weight and high strength, which makes pickleball racket maintain lightness and has high strength durability. In addition, EVA material 211 and honeycomb structure 210 can provide good elasticity and good rebound effect, providing excellent elastic property for pickleball racket, enhancing the durability and controllability of pickleball racket, being able to maintain good property after multiple hits, and also improving energy absorption and rebound efficiency, ensuring powerful and accurate hitting. The property of the pickleball racket provided in this embodiment is well improved and has strong market competitiveness.

By making the pickleball racket of this embodiment with EVA material 211, honeycomb structure 210 and foaming material, the elasticity of the pickleball racket is improved. After undergoing a complex molding process, including foaming expansion and cooling shrinkage, the foaming material can still maintain good elasticity and will not crack. Therefore, the qualified rate in the product production process is improved.

Preferably, cover piece 30 is provided on the outer periphery of the connection between the racket frame 1 and the handle 3, and the cover piece 30 is provided as a ring structure gradually expanded toward the direction close to the racket frame 1. By providing cover piece 30, the overall appearance of the pickleball racket provided in this embodiment is beautiful.

Preferably, the outer periphery of the handle 3 is wrapped with over grip 31, which can increase users' comfort when holding it, and can also absorb sweat and prevent slipping, thereby improving the users' holding experience.

Further, the over grip 31 is provided with a plurality of air holes 32, which can accelerate the volatilization of sweat to remain dry, reduce the occurrence of slipping and improve the stability of gripping.

Further, the racket face 2 is made of graphite material or carbon-fiber material.

The graphite material has the advantages of being light and soft. During the process of hitting the ball, users can better control the direction and strength of the ball through the soft racket face 2, thereby achieving more accurate hitting. The carbon-fiber material has a relatively high weight and strength and can produce a rotation effect when in contact with the ball. In ball games, users can hit the ball with different rotation effects, thereby enhancing the entertainment.

Understandably, under the guidance of the above embodiments, those skilled in the field can combine various implementation methods in the above embodiments to obtain technical solutions of multiple implementation methods.

Claims

1. A pickleball racket, comprises a racket frame, a racket face and a handle, wherein the handle is connected to one end of the racket frame, and the racket frame is arranged around the racket face, the racket face and the racket frame enclose to form a filling cavity filled with elastic components.

2. The pickleball racket according to claim 1, wherein the racket frame, the racket face and the handle are integrally formed.

3. The pickleball racket according to claim 2, wherein the racket frame, the racket face and the handle are all made of foam material.

4. The pickleball racket according to claim 1, wherein the elastic components comprise a honeycomb structure, and EVA material is filled between the honeycomb structure and the racket frame; wherein the honeycomb structure and the EVA material is covered by the racket face.

5. The pickleball racket according to claim 1, wherein a cover piece is provided on an outer periphery of the connection of the racket frame and the handle, and the cover piece is provided as a ring structure and gradually expands toward the direction close to the racket frame.

6. The pickleball racket according to claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the handle is wrapped by an over grip.

7. The pickleball racket according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of air holes are provided on the over grip.

8. The pickleball racket according to claim 1, wherein the racket face is made of graphite material or carbon-fiber material.
