The present disclosure relates to the field of furniture, and in particular to a detachable folding bed frame, a bed, and a sofa.
Traditional bed frames are assembled from a plurality of support panels, a headboard frame, and bed slats (or stringers), with fixed connections between the plurality of support panels and the headboard frame. Such structures are bulky, requiring collaboration among multiple people for transportation or recycling. In modern society, the number of single-person households is gradually increasing, making fixed-connection bed frames highly inconvenient for such users.
Currently, various foldable bed frames exist on the market, such as those disclosed in CN209331530U and CN214230639U. The primary issue with these designs lies in their technical approach; these designs either utilize foldable bed boards or employ movable X-shaped supports. While such designs reduce the storage space required after folding, these designs remain integrated structures that cannot be easily disassembled. Consequently, the inconvenience of transportation due to the substantial weight of the bed frame persists.
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a detachable folding bed frame, a bed, and a sofa, and the bed and the sofa each comprises the detachable folding bed frame.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a detachable folding bed frame, a bed, and a sofa.
A detachable folding bed frame comprises a frame and a plurality of longitudinal supporting beams.
The frame comprises a headboard frame, a transverse supporting frame parallel to the headboard frame, and two longitudinal supporting frames arranged opposite to each other. The headboard frame, the transverse supporting frame, and the two longitudinal supporting frames are configured to be foldable. The transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame are arranged opposite to each other, and two ends of each of the two longitudinal supporting frames are respectively buckled to the headboard frame and the transverse supporting frame.
The plurality of longitudinal supporting beams are arranged in parallel to each other, and each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is detachably connected to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
In some possible implementations, each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams comprises two supporting rods and a supporting leg. A first end of the supporting leg comprises a pivoting groove perpendicular to the supporting leg, and two ends of the pivoting groove are respectively pivotally connected to the two supporting rods. When each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is folded, the two supporting rods and the supporting leg are parallel to each other. When each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is unfolded, the two supporting rods are perpendicular to the supporting leg, and a first end of each of the two supporting rods pivotally connected to the pivoting groove abuts a bottom of the pivoting groove.
Second ends of each of the two supporting rods of each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams away from the pivoting groove are two connecting ends, and the two connecting ends of each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams are buckled or hooked to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
In some possible implementations, the detachable folding bed frame comprises one or more transverse supporting beams, and the one or more transverse supporting beams are configured to be arranged perpendicular to the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams.
Two ends of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams are respectively and detachably connected to adjacent two longitudinal supporting beams of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, or a first end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, and a second end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to the frame.
More preferably, each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams comprises a plurality of first buckling grooves along a length direction of a corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams. Each of the plurality of first buckling grooves comprises two groove openings parallel to each other and perpendicular to the length direction of a corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams. The one or more transverse supporting beams are a plurality of transverse supporting beams, and each of the plurality of first buckling grooves is configured to be buckled to ends of two transverse supporting beams of the plurality of transverse supporting beams.
More preferably, the plurality of transverse supporting beams are divided into two rows spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the detachable folding bed frame, and the two ends of each of the plurality of transverse supporting beams are respectively buckled to one of the two longitudinal supporting frames and one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams.
In some possible implementations, each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is respectively buckled to or hooked to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
In some possible implementations, the frame comprises one or more legs, and the one or more legs are disposed on a bottom surface of the headboard frame, the transverse supporting frame, and the two longitudinal supporting frames.
In some possible implementations, the detachable folding bed frame comprises a bed frame upholstery. The bed frame upholstery covers all surfaces of the detachable folding bed frame except a bottom surface of the detachable folding bed frame and the headboard frame.
A bed comprises the detachable folding bed frame.
A sofa comprises the detachable folding bed frame.
The present disclosure further provides another detachable folding bed frame.
The frame of the detachable folding bed frame is formed by detachably buckling together the two longitudinal supporting frames, the headboard frame, and the transverse supporting frame. Subsequently, the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams are buckled to the transverse supporting frames, and the one or more transverse supporting beams are buckled to one of the two longitudinal support frames and/or one of the two longitudinal supporting beams. All components of the detachable folding bed frame are detachable, enabling users to transport them separately.

The technical solutions of the present disclosure will be described clearly and comprehensively below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the described embodiments represent merely one implementation of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the following examples without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It is hereby clarified that when a component is described as being “fixed to” another component, it may be directly attached to that component or may have intervening elements in between. When a component is considered “connected” to another component, it may be directly linked or may have intermediary components. In this application, directional terms such as “upper,” “lower,” “bottom,” “rear,” and “side” refer to orientations or positional relationships based on the accompanying drawings. These terms are used solely to simplify description and do not imply that the described device or component must adopt a specific orientation or configuration. Therefore, such terms should not be construed as limitations on the present disclosure. In this embodiment, “lower” refers to the direction toward ground or a supporting surface when the components are unfolded and assembled into a detachable folding bed frame. “Inner surface” denotes a side of the components that faces a middle of the assembled bed frame. The term “transverse” herein refers to a width direction of the detachable folding bed frame, while “longitudinal” refers to a length direction. However, “transverse” and “longitudinal” (or “width direction” and “length direction”) are merely two mutually perpendicular orientations and impose no additional constraints on the bed frame. For example, the dimension along a length of detachable folding bed frame may be greater than, equal to, or less than a width dimension of the detachable folding bed frame.
A detachable folding bed frame comprises a frame 1, a plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2, and one or more transverse supporting beams 3 configured to be arranged perpendicular to the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2.
The frame 1 comprises a headboard frame 11, a transverse supporting frame 13 parallel to the headboard frame 11, and two longitudinal supporting frames 12 arranged opposite to each other. As shown in FIGS. 1-6, each of the headboard frame 11, the transverse supporting frame 13, and the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 is configured to be folded. As shown in FIG. 10, the transverse supporting frame 13 and the headboard frame 11 are arranged opposite to each other, and two ends of each of the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 are respectively and detachably connected to the headboard frame 11 and the transverse supporting frame 13. In this embodiment, the detachable connection is achieved by a buckling connection of one or more connecting protrusions 14 and one or more connecting holes 121.
A bottom surface of the frame 1 is formed with a plurality of legs 16, and the plurality of legs 16 can reduce a contact area between the detachable folding bed frame and ground to have a function of dust prevention. In this embodiment, the headboard frame 11 is built with a metal bracket, and the transverse supporting frame 13 and the two longitudinal support frames 12 are metal frames.
Specifically, two ends of an inner surface of the headboard frame 11 and two ends of an inner surface of the transverse supporting frame 13 each comprises the one or more connecting protrusions 14 (not shown in FIGS. 1-2, please refer to FIGS. 7-10 for the one or more connecting protrusions 14 of the headboard frame 11), and the two ends of each of the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 along a length direction of the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 correspondingly comprises the one or more connecting holes 121. As shown in FIGS. 7-10, after the headboard frame 11, the two longitudinal supporting frames 12, and the transverse supporting frame 13 are unfolded, the headboard frame 11, the two longitudinal supporting frames 12, and the transverse supporting frame 13 are configured to be connected by cooperation of the one or more connecting protrusions 14 and the one or more connecting holes 121. For example, the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 can be connected to the headboard frame 11, and then the transverse supporting frame 13 can be connected to the two ends of each of the two longitudinal supporting frames 12 that are not connected to the headboard frame 11.
As shown in FIG. 15, the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 are arranged in parallel to each other, and each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 is detachably buckled or hooked to the transverse supporting frame 13 and the headboard frame 11. Each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 comprises two supporting rods 21 and a supporting leg 22. A first end of the supporting leg 22 comprises a pivoting groove 23 perpendicular to the supporting leg 22. Two ends of the pivoting groove 23 are respectively pivotally connected to the two supporting rods 21. When each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 is folded, the two supporting rods 21 and the supporting leg 22 are parallel to each other. When each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 is unfolded, the two supporting rods 21 are perpendicular to the supporting leg 22, and a first end of each of the two supporting rods 21 pivotally connected to the pivoting groove 23 abuts a bottom of the pivoting groove 23. A second end of each of the two supporting rods 21 of each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 away from the pivoting groove 23 is a connecting end 211. Each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 is buckled or hooked to the transverse supporting frame 13 and the headboard frame 11 through the connecting ends 211. One of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 is substantially arranged on a symmetry axis along a length direction of the detachable folding bed frame. Each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2 comprises a plurality of first buckling grooves 24 along a length direction of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2. The plurality of first buckling grooves 24 can be connected to the one or more transverse supporting beams 3.
This embodiment provides two embodiments of the connecting end 211. In a first embodiment of the connecting end 211, referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, the connecting end 211 is configured as a hook 212, and the hooks 212 of the two supporting rods 21 are hooked on the metal bracket of the headboard frame 11 and the transverse supporting frame 13 (see FIGS. 15, 17, and 18). A second embodiment of the connecting end 211 is shown in FIGS. 13 and 14. The connecting end 211 is configured as a buckling groove 213, and an inner wall of the buckling groove 213 is disposed with one or more buckling protrusions 214. Each of the headboard frame 11 and the transverse supporting frame 13 is buckled to a corresponding one of the two supporting rods 21 through a buckling sub-component 15 as shown in FIGS. 10 and 16 and the buckling groove 213. The buckling sub-component 15 is substantially strip-shaped in a vertical direction. The buckling sub-component 15 comprises one or more buckling holes 151 configured to correspond to the one or more buckling protrusions 214. The buckling groove 213 first abuts the buckling sub-component 15, and then the buckling groove 213 slides until the one or more buckling protrusions 214 enter the one or more buckling holes 151, thereby achieving engagement of the headboard frame 11 and the transverse supporting frame 13 with the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams 2.
FIG. 19 is a structural schematic diagram of the one or more transverse supporting beams 3. Two ends of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams 3 are disposed with insertion sheets 31 extending downward. A top surface of each of the two longitudinal support frames 12 comprises a plurality of second buckling grooves 122 (see FIG. 3 and FIG. 4) along the length direction of the two longitudinal supporting frames 12. Each of the plurality of second buckling grooves 122 can be plugged with a corresponding one of the insertion sheets 31. The two ends of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams 3 are respectively inserted into a corresponding one of the plurality of second buckling grooves 122 and a corresponding one of the plurality of first buckling grooves 24 through the insertion sheets 31, and an installation of the one or more transverse supporting beams 3 is completed to form the detachable folding bed frame shown in FIG. 20.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the detachable folding bed frame further comprises a bed frame upholstery 4, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, and the bed frame upholstery 4 covers all surfaces of the detachable folding bed frame except a bottom surface and the headboard frame 11.

a frame, and
a plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, wherein:
the frame comprises a headboard frame, a transverse supporting frame parallel to the headboard frame, and two longitudinal supporting frames arranged opposite to each other,
the headboard frame, the transverse supporting frame, and the two longitudinal supporting frames are configured to be foldable,
the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame are arranged opposite to each other,
two ends of each of the two longitudinal supporting frames are respectively buckled to the headboard frame and the transverse supporting frame,
the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams are arranged in parallel to each other, and
each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is detachably connected to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
2. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1, wherein:
each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams comprises two supporting rods and a supporting leg,
a first end of the supporting leg comprises a pivoting groove perpendicular to the supporting leg,
two ends of the pivoting groove are respectively pivotally connected to the two supporting rods,
when each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is folded, the two supporting rods and the supporting leg are parallel to each other,
when each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is unfolded:
the two supporting rods are perpendicular to the supporting leg, and
a first end of each of the two supporting rods pivotally connected to the pivoting groove abuts a bottom of the pivoting groove.
second ends of each of the two supporting rods of each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams away from the pivoting groove are two connecting ends, and
the two connecting ends of each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams are buckled or hooked to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
3. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1, comprising:
one or more transverse supporting beams, wherein:
the one or more transverse supporting beams are configured to be arranged perpendicular to the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, and
one of:
two ends of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams are respectively and detachably connected to adjacent two longitudinal supporting beams of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams; or
a first end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, and a second end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to the frame.
4. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 3, wherein:
each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams comprises a plurality of first buckling grooves along a length direction of a corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams,
each of the plurality of first buckling grooves comprises two groove openings parallel to each other and perpendicular to the length direction of the corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams,
the one or more transverse supporting beams are a plurality of transverse supporting beams, and
each of the plurality of first buckling grooves is configured to be buckled to ends of two transverse supporting beams of the plurality of transverse supporting beams.
5. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 4, wherein:
the plurality of transverse supporting beams are divided into two rows spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the detachable folding bed frame, and
the two ends of each of the plurality of transverse supporting beams are respectively buckled to one of the two longitudinal supporting frames and one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams.
6. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1, wherein:
each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams is respectively buckled to or hooked to the transverse supporting frame and the headboard frame.
7. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1, wherein:
the frame comprises one or more legs, and
the one or more legs are disposed on a bottom surface of the headboard frame, the transverse supporting frame, and the two longitudinal supporting frames.
8. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1, comprising:
a bed frame upholstery, wherein:
the bed frame upholstery covers all surfaces of the detachable folding bed frame except a bottom surface of the detachable folding bed frame and the headboard frame.
9. A bed, comprising:
the detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1.
10. A sofa, comprising:
the detachable folding bed frame according to claim 1.
11. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 2, comprising:
one or more transverse supporting beams, wherein:
the one or more transverse supporting beams are configured to be arranged perpendicular to the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, and
one of:
two ends of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams are respectively and detachably connected to adjacent two longitudinal supporting beams of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams; or
a first end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams, and a second end of each of the one or more transverse supporting beams is detachably connected to the frame.
12. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 11, wherein:
each of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams comprises a plurality of first buckling grooves along a length direction of a corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams,
each of the plurality of first buckling grooves comprises two groove openings parallel to each other and perpendicular to the length direction of the corresponding one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams,
the one or more transverse supporting beams are a plurality of transverse supporting beams, and
each of the plurality of first buckling grooves is configured to be buckled to ends of two transverse supporting beams of the plurality of transverse supporting beams.
13. The detachable folding bed frame according to claim 12, wherein:
the plurality of transverse supporting beams are divided into two rows spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the detachable folding bed frame, and
the two ends of each of the plurality of transverse supporting beams are respectively buckled to one of the two longitudinal supporting frames and one of the plurality of longitudinal supporting beams.
